Negative experience: They are not open on weekends? Do they expect their paid customers to take time off from their job just so they can talk to a live person?
Negative experience: Disappointed in customer service . I do understand it is the holiday season but most businesses at least have a skeleton staff to answer questions and direct their paying customers. I call the claims adjuster …. Get voicemail which says contact supervisor…. Call supervisor and get voicemail. I call the toll free number and get the automated assistant. Sheesh during the holidays the whole company takes 2 weeks off … good grief I’d love to grab the ear of the CEO or claims manager
Fantastic experience: Renee was awesome and made getting an IDP easy. I don’t have AAA, but honestly thinking about it after talking to Renee.

After a hard day with our former insurance not honoring our policies, we went in person and she was patient, kind, she explained everything in an easy-to-parse way. I had been so worried before coming here, you have also made my Mother’s day so much easier. Thank you!

Negative experience: I have had enough of the clowning around here. Joseph will tell you one thing and your claims adjuster will be bitter and telling you the opposite. Also, is it not weird that AAA has no claims adjusters at their locations. for all we know its a guy living out of his car. That which I'm sure is better "covered" than Mine. To Progressive!
Negative experience: Unless you don't mind GUESSING from month to month what your bill payments are going to be because their onboard app will CONTINUOUSLY throw you out of the app, STAY AWAY FROM AAA!! They will talk to you about all of their so-called discounts but will NOT warn you about the HEADACHES involved to get and KEEP them! RUN!!!
Negative experience: Kept us waiting for over five hours (10 pm 22 Jul to 4: am 23 Jul) for a jump start then at about four am canceled. Story was they had only one provider in San Antonio. That provider did not have a vehicle small enough to get into the airport long term parking garage. Took a taxi home and then met another aaa provider at noon who started our vehicle in about two minutes. Have complained to aaa about the incident and the extra cost and the loss of a night's sleep. Have received no response. Bottom line is don't call aaa after dark in San Antonio. Update: finally heard from AAA in the Spring of 2022. They apologized and comped us our 22 - 23 membership. They acknowledged it was a major screw up and said they had corrected the problem.
Fantastic experience: Got a flat on my boyfriends car and we weren’t able to get the tire off so we ended up calling a tow truck, they estimated a 2 hour wait and it ended up only taking 30 minutes tops. The driver was extremely friendly and worked fast! I’ve been a member for 4 years and will always continue to be
Negative experience: WORST SERVICE EVER. Entirely useless service, called 3 times. They got the address wrong for dispatch every single time. They canceled every one of them without letting us know and left us in the freezing cold for over 4 hours. Don’t waste your money or time with ANY AAA service. Garbage service.

He reassured me I'd get the help I needed, went above and beyond by making calls and getting information, and checked up on me to make sure Everything was going smoothly. Negative experience: They towed my car from the impound because I lost my keys and pulled my car from the front and it’s a rear wheel drive. Never would I have thought AAA would not know how to pull a foreign car.

Negative experience: After I was not told the true, I was told to go back to my original insurance, but I lost my protection for leaving. Unfortunate you can not trust them specially since the representative is just looking out for the sale.

Negative experience: I went to this center to pursue an international driver's permit for an up coming European vacation. The AAA service center was empty upon entering. I stood there for a minute or so with no one greeting me. There were two women sitting at their computers nearby, neither made any effort to great me. I noticed the international driver's license form readily available and so I filled the form out. I completed the form and still no one had greeted me. I walked over to the woman a few steps away who was looking at her computer and not speaking to anyone, and she curtly told me that she was on the phone. I returned to the check in station and waited for a total of 10 more minutes with no one checking in on me or greeting me. I saw 2 or 3 more AAA employees walking around and none of them check in with me. A woman came from the back and kindly greeted me and assisted me quickly. Perhaps she was using the bathroom, although a simple remark from anyone that the greeter was in the restroom and would be right out would have taken little effort and been enormously helpful. This individual was very helpful and is the only reason the AAA gets 2 stars. While being helped, another gentleman walks in behind me and one of the two women who had been on the computer immediately gets up to greet this man and assist. I was shocked and irritated...and then I realized that that man was White and I am Asian...I guess this is how AAA treats is prospective Non-White members. Everyone should be advised that their time is better spent elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: Wow. AAA center. I never knew this place was here. This people are so friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything and answer all your questions. There is stuff for the kids for traveling and travel info for all.
Fantastic experience: Member for 25+ years. Usually do what I need over phone. But time to renew passport. Stopped by for blank paperwork forms to renew. Customer service quickly printed up some forms and directions. They also have the service to do passport photos. Depending on your level of membership there's a service fee to being no cost.

Negative experience: I wish I could give zero stars seeing how triple a didn’t do anything! The car services are exceptional this rating is for the rental insurance me and my wife have been paying for four years and when we finally need them nothing. They said since it was an accident they can’t help. That we would have to purposefully damage things to get help. Wouldn’t that be insurance fraud. So I have to purposefully damage my things to get rental insurance to help? I’m no guru in insurance but that sounds incriminating. I have lost years of money with triple a in the rental insurance department please don’t be like me!

Or emailing your insurance rep and they never respond? This is POOR customer service. We are good loyal customers. You guys should treat us better.

Fantastic experience: I love triple a ! LoL I am like a non paid spokes person/sales man because I always tell people get it get it get it. It is so worth the money . And truly pays for itself easily. And like the commercial says it gives you peace of mind knowing if Anything happens they got you. They even pay for some of the shop fees if it needs repair I think like $150 It's a awesome service to own . Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend having AAA, especially if you are a woman. For a flat tire, car won't start or even if you locked your keys inside the car and you have a baby locked inside the car. They give priority to the latter. No big headaches.

Negative experience: I have called this branch twice and left messages. No call back. I have called main office 3 times, no call back. They're agent (Eric) threatened me my insurance would be cancelled if I didn't pay that day, which was a lie.

Positive experience: Would be easier to deal with if ALL of their reps were given proper tools to complete all possible jobs & certain job aspects were not parceled out to certain employees. Trying to pay a bill for an hr with 4 different employees is not convenient.

Negative experience: Member of AAA since 2008. Only filed 2 claims in that time which totaled 3,500. I would say that's a pretty good track record considering I was paying 200 a month. Fell on hard times and lapsed my insurance ONE TIME! I even called and informed AAA of my situation to try and avoid a lapse. When I was able to catch up AAA informed me the insurance had lapsed and my monthly would go up to 500 A MONTH! Never late and a customer for 10 years and they treat you like this. GO TO ROOT for better and cheaper insurance.

Negative experience: 41 Orcas have died at Sea World and not one of old age, AAA still continues to promote animal cruelty at Pool World even when they know better. Boycott AAA Boycott Sea World aka Pool World. Send the animals to a sea side sanctuary. WATCH BLACK FISH on Netflix
Negative experience: Never received assistance for a refund owed to me. They make me pay 170 dollars for a auto insurance policy and call me and say they can't insurance me. No refund since May. Poor service from a reputable company
