Negative experience: Muy lastimosa mi experiencia con estas personas. Mi pareja y yo nos ganamos un certificado para unas vacaciones y las elegimos en Daytona Beach. Nos dijeron q el único requisito era asistir a una presentación sobre sus servicios como agencia vacacional. Resulta q asistimos pero al final no quisimos comprar sus paquetes vacacionales. Par de meses después nos cobraron a la tarjeta de crédito las vacaciones completas q ya nos habían regalado en el certificado. Cuando me comuniqué con ellos me expresaron q las habían cobrado porq la persona que nos hizo la presentación dijo q hubo interferencia en la comunicación porq no entendíamos el inglés. Persona con la cual conversamos largo tiempo y dejamos q nos explicara una y otra vez toda su exposición. Verdadera estafa.
Fantastic experience: Two companies own access to Wholesale Travel and over 12,000 websites are a great way to hide that fact when you own them all. Bottom line is that just like Costco or Sam's Club, I pay for a membership that gives me access to travel savings that are mind-blowing. I'm a single male so I'm a little butt-hurt that I didn't get gifted but I don't remember Costco gifting me to join them either so I hate reading reviews that say their time was wasted because they were only going there to get the gifts and run so maybe they should review themselves. FYI... I haven't gone to Costco in awhile and that's my fault but I'm blaming them ;) Anyway, I'm a big reviewer and I was pleasantly surprised to find this is NOT TIMESHARE and now it costs me a lot less to travel like a boss and I couldn't be happier. I even refer them publicly and with pride. That's it, see for yourself NOW because their gifting has gotten really juicy since the hurricanes and you can sign up for a presentation if you're eligible a the A1A Convenience Store near the Granada Blvd. beach ramp across from Plantation Island by IHOP.
Negative experience: Complete waste of a Sunday afternoon. We did not sign up and only went for the gift. I'm not sure what everyone is saying gifts because the $50 visa gift card was the $50 we paid to reserve our spot at the presentation. The other gift was that we chose the cruise. We'll, we found out you have to pay $75 to activate the voucher and then for a 7 nt cruise is $439 pp. I'm sorry, but I was told we only need to pay port tax. That is far from port tax.
Negative experience: Do not waste your time the person told us it was a 20 minute tour we paid a 20$ deposit and would get the cash back and could get a dolphin tour that night and it was a 2 hour presentation and didn’t get to do a tour they wasted our time
Negative experience: Well this kind of companies just ruins all other businesses that want to do something good. They called me hundred times and said, by sure, isn't time share, and I can see it is! After I read all these comments, of course I don't want to waste my time with spam meetings and lies like these! Don't make the people waste their time! And work with integrity and honesty please! Don't offer gifts that are lie!
Fantastic experience: NICE.
Negative experience: A guy from their marketing called me, confirming I already live in the area, offering a "promotional vacation of my choice" in trade for me to come in to learn about their vacation membership program, no obligation. Each person I was transferred to, added a gift on, the lady offered a $125.00 Visa giftcard and the last guy who was confirming everything added a dining card. What I got was $50.00 Visa giftcard, I think and worthless vacation packet that cost a lot. It was a major scam. I can not believe they are still in business. Oh well. Also, notice any review regarding being lied to about the gifts they would receive just by attending the seminar, no obligation to buy into anything, has not received any response?
Negative experience: This place is a scam, they bait you with a 7 day cruise, then do the ol switch and give you 3 days in a second rate motel and it still costs $200.00 Don't waste your time, they get mad when you tell them no. Bait and switch!!
Negative experience: Hopefully you did not buy this “travel club” membership. The person that signed us up for this presentation lied and said I would receive a free cruise. Attached if you read the details the cruise fees that are being charged are more expensive than a cruise you can book on your own.
Negative experience: They had my Mom and me come in supposedly to check out the welcome center and give them feedback on it. I figured it was more than that but I went with her anyways. Of course it was a vacation/timeshare sales thing and we put what the lady on the phone said but they said it wasn't enough for the tour. So she gave us 2 nights in a hotel, but the small print said we needed to send $50 somewhere.... Waste of time.
Negative experience: Do NOT FALL for this company. They call you. Sell you a package deal of a hotel stay then cruise to Nausse. Then a flight all paid for to stay at St Thomas or Montigo Bay. Then a hotel stay to Vegas. Jerome talked me into paying 297. But PROBLEMS. DO NOT FALL FOR this. They give a phone number to book. And cant do online. Phone number never answers and if you leave a phone number to call back they never do. . Cancelled after about 15 days of constantly being on phone for hours. If you wait too long you will never get your money back and no vacation. This IS A SCAM. And please do not use your bank card. Use something like American Eypress or anyone to dispute it. Also this is a timeshare thing. A waste of time and trouble. STAY AWAY IF THEY CALL YOU.
Negative experience: The welcome center was fine. The presentation was fine. When it came time that we did not want to buy in to the global vacation package....the last guy 'pushing' the package was rude! Actually came over to our representative to sign off on our papers and had the audacity to say 'guess they aren't going to be vacationing ever'! If I know of a name of a manager there I would have turned him in!!!! Right at the beginning we were advised we would not be pushed...... unfortunately I had.gine to the ladies room and we were checked out at the desk right after. Did not know of this until my husband shared withe on the way home. Therefore I have nothing positive to really state of my experience.

Negative experience: I was there today. They did not have much on Ormond Beach. Mostly St Augustine and Daytonia. I already knew from Google searches. They tried to do a vacation sale pitch.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Family Daycay spot for us,Very Welcoming,clean,has Everything ,Beautiful Beach,Tables, sitting areas showers,grills,even a Splash pad for the kids. Needs more parking,but the parking area is Beautifully designed. Thank you Ormond Beach.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've never actually patronized this business because I haven't lived in Florida in over 9 years. Yet, I still get daily calls from spoofed 386 numbers saying I've been selected to sit in on their sales pitch at their Ormond Beach location. I've repeatedly asked to be put on the do not call list, yet the calls still keep coming. Hopefully the FCC levies a huge fine that puts this place out of business for good. If the product is so bad that you have to resort to illegal and slimy tactics, its probably just not a good business plan. EDIT: Here we are 2 years later and I get another call from India trying to get me to sit in on a presentation. I STILL DON'T LIVE IN FLORIDA AND IT'S STILL HIGHLY ILLEGAL TO COLD CALL CELL PHONE NUMBERS WITH MARKETING CALLS. If you're reading this and experiencing the same thing, please file a complaint with the FCC at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov. Still hoping the FCC fines this place into bankruptcy.

Negative experience: Aggressive woman approached us on the beach. Told her to leave us alone. She wouldn't. She started to yell at my husband because he was listening. She wouldn't keep a safe distance. I looked them up online. In my opinion, they are misrepresenting themselves with their name. The city of Ormond Beach has nothing to do with them.
Negative experience: The Welcome Center itself is very nice. There are a lot of classes and presentations going on when I was there. What I didn't like was the fact that I went there for a job interview and traveled 25 minutes, and they had filled the Position without calling and letting me know.

Bo Green is Fantastic & the presenter of the seminar is a Phenomenal sellar of their vacation program! We all received all the gifts that they promised us! No BS was sent our way. Plus the gentleman that invited us all is super great with customer service Skills

Fantastic experience: The staff was absolutely Awesome! friendly happy faces their goal was to make sure you was comfortable and the presentation for the Global Travel Club presented by Craig was very entertaining and completley exsplained how with Global you can afford to vacation anywhere in the world at a unbeatable price I was completely amazed at what they offer the sales staff was not pushy and made a 90 minute presentation last only 40 minutes leaving me and over 80% of the folks that attended the seminar convinced to join Global Travel Club

Negative experience: Went to the presentation got stuck with young kid sales guy reeeeakkked like last night's alcohol. I am NOT even kidding I almost had to excuse myself to go vomit in the restroom it was so bad after breathing it in for two hours. Lots of other bad points but this was by far the worst and one to remember .. not in a good way.

Negative experience: We were approached on a beach and the lady was friendly however when we got to the presentation it was a hard hard sell situation which required us to sign up and commit on the spot. When we indicated that we would never make a big decision like this in one day the sales rep got angry and annoyed at us. We said we were interested in future however if you do not sign up on the spot they aren't interested in you at all which made us even more suspicious. Any business wanting customers would never treat a customer in this way - they would keep in communication and pursue the interest. As a past sales person I definitely found this untrustworthy for this reason.
Negative experience: We received an invitation from your people in Saint Augustine, explaining to us that if we go to one of your meetings, that we will receive a $100 visa gift card and a complimentary food gift card. When we got to your place, we were told that since we didn't make $50,000 a year, that they were not interested in us and sent us home. THAT information was not given to us while we were in your office in Saint Augustine. Thank you for the waisted trip.

Negative experience: My husband and I came to a presentation put on by Premium Destinations. We had our 2 year old son with us and Bobby the man I talked to said that was fine to bring him. When we got there they said my son had to be potty trained, which we are currently working on of course. He is not fully potty trained and they told me we have to leave because of that. This was never communicated to me as a deal breaker and we drove 1.5 hours both ways from Ocala. This is very unfair treatment of a honest family. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Communication is key and they don’t have that.

Negative experience: First of all I want to say that I have visit this place with my husband and I was discriminated because I talked Spanish with my husband they put two person one to talk to myself and the other to my husband and they asked my husband to stay apart just to know if I know English that was embarrassed what a clown people. To let them know that people from Puerto Rico are us citizen like themselves they should go back to school but try to learn more about history and language. Too bad. Hopefully I have to say that JoJo it's a very caring and nice person. Adios.

Fantastic experience: Ormond Beach Welcome Center is a great place to get valuable information about the Ormond area. They also just opened a travel club! At first i thought it was timeshare but once I went and tried it...it turned out to be AMAING and NOT timeshare at all! They help you find the best rates when you travel, whether you want a campsite, hotel, cruise, or anything in between. Definitely worth trying out! Not to mention they offer you INCREDIBLE gifts for listening to their presentation!

Negative experience: I was looking for assistance in booking a trip to Spain, so I drove 2 hours in total for NO assistance. They are a travel “time share”. Without giving them $15k upfront and money monthly, they can’t help you book anything. The lady that referred me was a vendor at a boat show we visited. Be careful, very misleading.

Negative experience: Cold call marketing. I have never contacted this business and was called earlier today. I stop what I’m doing at work to receive a call for something I have no interest and the lady gets offended when I asked her never to call me again. If you can’t advertise your business and provide a great experience that brings in referrals, instead resorting to calling strangers then you are doing something wrong. It is extremely frustrating and this marketing technique should be stopped immediately. If every business did this type of marketing, then phones would be useless do to telemarketing.

Negative experience: Be very careful Did not buy vacation offer, but was given a "cruise I won". They handed me a promo card to fill out and when I looked up the information about the vacation company handling the cruise, found they had a number of registered complaints with Consumer Agency. Check out Casablanca Express in California. Many issues had to do with having vacations cancelled or not receiving tickets for cruises booked thru that agency. Be very wary of getting involved in any financial dealings with them. Ask yourself this question. If they are giving this as promo what do you think they are going to give you for a 10k + investment with them.

Negative experience: I will change the review when the company you hired to set up bookings stops calling me. Please. Please please. I have had 20 plus calls. If I don’t answer, they call right back. REPLY: No because your practice shouldn't be this way - If you're solely just going to prevent me from being called and continue this same thing for others its getting nothing done for the greater good.
