Negative experience: I cancelled my ticket and I was promised to receive a full refund within 48 hours. Its been a month now and every time email them they ask me to wait another 5 to 7 business days. They keep telling me the airline will issue refund which is not true. I did not pay the airline I paid bookOtrip and they should be the ones issuing the refund. I have disputed the claim with my bank and will never use this company again.

Negative experience: I cancelled my flight to middle east after i found the whole flight is cancelled. Bookotrip charge me 300.00$ and run my credit card 50.00$ again for penalty. I contact airline(Lufthansa) and they told me you should get full refund but it should be process by Bookotrip.I contact the Bookotrip and they waste my time for we check again, Lufthansa is decline,we call you back(nobody call at all),......, they are not telling me the truth and try to hide from me. Still they charge me 350.00$ without any reason, the whole flight is cancelled.And they don't have any reasonable answer I don't offer to my Friends this agent and is not trust able to give credit number!!!!!!!1

Fantastic experience: I'm so excited!! I booked with Tintu with Book O trip to Aruba, and he was wonderful! He was prompt and very attentive. If I'm truthful, I must say Book O Trip was actually my last choice. I had called over 5 companies with higher reviews and did not get a response or a call back (until I was actually completely done booking with Book O Trip). His correspodence was on time, and no matter how many times I emailed him back... he was rapid with his responses. I appreciate Tintu making my needs a priority, and I appreciate his ambassador customer service. I was so nervous about choosing a place considering, I had no idea where I actually wanted to go.. however I wanted the trip to be super special considering it will be for my 42 Bday!! Long story short, I'm happy, my trip is booked, and I booked with Book O Trip and you should too!! Ask for Tintu!!!

Negative experience: They messed up my parents seats (confirmed that the seats were next to each other when i called them 2 days prior to the journey but while checking in, they were at two different places) and they very unprofessional in answering the questions. They don't even to know that Web Check-In option is not available if passengers having special request like Wheel Chair. They care only until you take the tickets and pay the amount. Once amount paid, they don't care. Rude and Horrible. I will never ever consider this travel agency again.
