Fantastic experience: A Thousand Compliments to our travel agent Penny Timberlake. Just back from 7 nights in Mexico’s Riviera Maya at the Valentin Imperial Maya 5-Star Resort. From start to finish, Penny took care of every little detail. Airline reservations, luxury private roundtrip airport transfer and (she even arranged for a) room upgrade; given this was our 12th visit to this resort. Penny is our “go-to” lady whenever we travel. Her knowledge of the travel industry, vacation locations and attention to details is superb. Once again, a BIG THANK YOU to a fantastic lady.

Fantastic experience: Hello! My name is Jashun Gaddy, and I just wanted to share how much joy and pleasure it was using Bonita Travels! This was my first time ever using a travel agent, but after my experience with Bonita Travels, it will not be the last! My Travel Consultant Linda Fox was amazing!! Having basically no travel experience leaving the country and being a physically disabled brain injury survivor, this could have been a very stressful situation for me. Traveling out of the country involves so many different components pertaining to booking flights, hotels, and extreme pressured situations. Without Linda’s service, I would have bowed out lol. My trip was 4 nights stay at the S Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica! Linda was top notch, making sure all the arrangements I needed were in order pertaining to my accommodation. The Wheelchair Assistance and pre boarding service were amazing!! They took care of everything for me. All I did was hand the needed documents to my helper, and they gave it to ticket takers, bag handlers, etc.! A few weeks before my trip, Linda informed me that the hotel gave away my Interior Non-Ocean View Mini King Room!!! Linda quickly corrected the error and got me UPGRADED to COMPLIMENTARY Ocean front view room!! On top of that, I was moved next door to my travel companions!! Linda contacted the American Airlines to set me and my plus one with special service. She also booked us into the Club Mobay (just a blessing)!!! Bonita Travels have set the bar very high for any other travel agents for me. Saying that, why fix what’s not broken lol. I will gladly use Bonita Travels and my VIP agent Linda, the next time I travel out the country!!

Fantastic experience: My friends and I planned a girls trip with Linda Fox at Bonita Travels. The vacation planning was well executed by Linda! Everything went smoothly from beginning to end arranging the vacation for our 50th birthday celebration girls trip! The transport service to the hotel and the airport was prompt. The staff at Playa del Carmen Hilton was exceptional. Everyone displayed professionalism and courteousness. Linda included a checklist before our trip to ensure everyone completed the necessary procedures before embarking on our vacation! Upon arrival at our hotel, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. The front desk staff were pleasant and provided helpful information and suggestions for activities to do while visiting. The rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. There were plenty of restaurants on the resort which provided delicious meals and various bars to enjoy with our all-inclusive package! The property was pristine and nicely manicured! We had many amenities such as pools and spas, as well as fun theme parties to enjoy while relaxing at the pool! The hotel also offered services that provided fun excursions for guest to choose from such as a catamaran excursion to beautiful beaches and scuba diving! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again for another vacation in the near future!

Fantastic experience: Paula was our travel agent and she did an amazing job making sure we were prepared for our trip! She printed everything out for us prior so we had all of the information we needed to take with us. She set up our transfer service from the airport to the hotel and made it very simple upon arrival. There were little notes in our folder of things to think about that I definitely wouldn't have thought about. She then provided me with detailed reviews and pictures and pricing of numerous resorts to help us make a great choice! She did the research, so I didn’t have to and then arranged all of our flights, transportation, resort stay, and activities. She even mailed me my itinerary and sent me reminder emails to complete the international travel form needed to enter the country! Fantastic experience: Paula Purser is a great travel agent. She made the airline reservations, hotel accommodations and excursion reservations for our trip to Costa Rica. The Tabacon Thermal Resort and Spa was fantastic. She suggested we use Viator as our excursion company. They offer free cancelation up to 24 hours prior to the excursion. We needed to cancel one and sign up for another; it was seamless. I highly recommend Bonita Travels for all your travel needs.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Linda on a few different trips including my first solo international trip. Linda is always responsive and ensures that everything is covered well before your departure date. I just got back from MoBay on January 1st and I am already working with Linda for my 2018 adventures. I wouldn't think of planning trip without her and I am quick to recommend her as my favorite travel agent.

Fantastic experience: I am a first time user of Abby Hoben Travel and have to say that it was a good decision. My wife is partially paralyzed and she took the time to make sure that all of the accommodations and requests that we had were fulfilled even though we went through a few iterations. She made our changes without complaint and was a pleasure to work with. Her additional work made our vacation a much better experience for my wife and family. We will look to her again in the future for our travel needs. Someone that is professional and nice to deal with is a great find in todays market.

Fantastic experience: We love working with Penny of Bonita Travels. It's been a couple of years now and she is officially family. Recently our daughters worked with her to book us a short trip to Marina Grand Dunnes in MB South Carolina. Penny is a great agent, she takes care of things that we don't even think about when traveling. She's been taking care of our international travel for a couple of years and we are always beyond happy. We've never had a negative experience, she's always thorough, follow up.. Fantastic experience: UPDATE (4/2023)- My wife and I just returned from our amazing Bora Bora Honeymoon and we owe all the gratitude to Penny Timberlake. We stayed in Bora Bora for 9 days. We started 5 days at Le Bora Bora, 3 days at Conrad Ave 1 day on the main land at Sunset Hill Lodge. Penny q was able to secure us everything that we wanted down to the smallest details. She handled everything. If there arrears a any issues or concerns in our end, she worked it all out effortlessly. She never complained, she was very communicative, and she was always available when needed. She provided details about the resorts, the amenities, activities, flights support, any changes, and anything wise I've may be forgetting. My wife and I were able to just sit back and await our departure date to Bora Bora. It took is a year and a month to fully pay or payment plan that Penny set up for us. There was no stress at all while paying. We payed what we wanted each month. We appreciate Penny finding us the cheapest package that she could for ALL that we wanted. She is phenomenal and we 100% recommend her. Penny goes above and beyond to ensure her clients always are happy. She gives her honest opinions at all times and you can either go with it or not. We went with majority of them because she is most certainly THE expert in her field!!! Oh one more thing... she even provided us with a package of documents that she mailed. It has everything such as our itinerary, and Tahitian vocabularry we could use. (2/2022)- We love PENNYYYY. At this time, my wife and I are in "About to drop that deposit" mode. We've been in planning mode since 2020 because we wanted to ensure that our Honeymoon was planned by THE best travel agent. I found Penny through a Google search. The revie ws on her are fantastic. We reached out to Penny back in 2020 while planning our wedding. She is very LGBTQIA + friendly. She has always been very responsive, didn't judge our planning so early although we aren't going until 2023.She provides clear research, expert advice on past experience from herself and her clients, and she is very personable. She is easy to talk to and she understands any and every area of staying within your budget. She is far from pushy. I will update once we take our trip with what our entire experience was after this deposit point!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a wonderful time at Breathless in Montego Bay. The food was good and the hospitality and staff were great! We had access to the Secrets All-inclusive linked by a sky walk where we enjoyed the spa. If you're looking for a travel agent, pls call Barabara at Bonita Travels. She's wonderful!!

Negative experience: I reached out to this agency in 2021 requesting assistance on planning a trip for 2022 AND 2023. Initially the individual responded quickly with so many great questions. I responded back in October of 2021.Never heard anything back that year. I responded again in February thinking it may have gotten lost in junk, it is May and still no response. When I call I do not receive a call back. This is just my experience, glad to read others was not like this.

Penny was efficient in responding to my emails and answering all my questions thoroughly! Anytime I needed a quote for a trip with particular details Penny was quick to ensure me of any details I asked. She was consistent with payment reminder once my trip to Jamaica was booked and also made my process super easy. She presented the best all inclusive resorts and travel services. Our flights were quick and had decent arrival and departure times. Penny also assisted us in booking a private concierge service with our arrival and that made going through customs and immigration fast and a smooth process also. I am so grateful for Penny and Bonita Travels. The services for everything booked was impeccable and I definitely will be booking again!

Fantastic experience: We dealt with Penny Timberlake, who was amazing to deal with! As an experienced traveler (before Covid, I'd spent the last 10 years traveling 40-45 weeks a year for business), I'm used to doing most reservations myself. We had already done our research, and had a pretty good idea of what resort we wanted to stay at, but Penny provided a few other ones to look at and consider. And then when we decided, she took care of every single detail, and provided us with a thorough checklist of things to double check and handle before we left for vacation. I even let her book the flights, too, which I always do myself, and she was able to get our round trip tickets in first class for slightly less than it would have cost me for economy, had I done it myself. I absolutely recommend Penny and Bonita Travels for you next adventure!

Fantastic experience: Nicole booked out entire trip to Sandals South Coast and was amazing! From our accommodations to our flight and transportation to the resort it was very nice. The staff were very friendly from the time we got to the airport lounge, our driver to the resort and all resort staff were excellent. We split our stay the first half was in a regular room which was amazing and the last half was in the overwater bungalow and that was absolutely a dream! Everything at the resort was very nice and clean the food was amazing. All around a great first experience and hope to maybe one day go back.

Fantastic experience: Barbara at Bonita was amazing! We booked a honeymoon to Cancun at the beginning of the year and lo and behold - a pandemic struck! We moved our travel dates and moved our resort, but all without stress or worry. Anytime a change was needed we got great and quick service from Barbara, who took our needs into consideration. Since this was our honeymoon, it was truly a once in a lifetime trip for us, and Barbara made sure to take our dreams and make them a reality (and all within our budget). Since we were first-time international travelers, she made sure to check on our passport progress to ensure that we had no issues once it was time to depart, and really took a holistic approach to our travels. While I might not be able to do this kind of traveling all of the time, Bonita travels will be at the top of my list for all of my next vacations.

Penny helped us pick out the location and the resort since we had not gone to the Caribbean before and the Sandals Royal Barbados was the perfect destination! The resort was incredible and the beach was wonderful. The resort was awesome with great food, entertainment, and the butler service we had was outstanding. Never felt so pampered and taken care of. Fantastic experience: We booked our family vacation to Disney through Holly Harrison. She and her family seem to be Disney junkies, which worked out great for us. She gave us several great options in resorts to choose from and helped with the dinning plan and which character restaurants would interact with our granddaughter the best. So if you’re planning a Disney trip Holly is most definitely the lady for you she knows Disney up one side and down the other. All the inside lopes to make your trip the best memories ever. Fantastic experience: We worked with Sonya Hill to plan a honeymoon to New Zealand and Bora Bora. She was amazing to work with. We threw several curve balls at her and requested numerous things. She made everything happen perfectly! She also knew which airlines to stay away from for cancellation, which tour companies to use etc. I emailed her at odd times and she always responded promptly. I can't recommend her enough! If we ever plan another crazy vacation, we will definitely give her a call!

Fantastic experience: Penny Timberlake gave us several options to choose from in our price range and it turned out great. We chose Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. The resort we stayed at was the Royalton Bavaro. It is all inclusive with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The food was pretty good at most of them. The staff at the resort were super friendly and were very prompt in fixing any problem we had. Penny was very thorough on giving us all the info we needed for our entire trip. She even told us about people to avoid at the airport when we arrived there that would say they want to help, but actually they are just trying to sell timeshares. I was very nervous about our first trip out of the country, but Penny made it easy and we had our best vacation ever.

Fantastic experience: Holly Harrison helped us plan a trip to Disney world. Her advice and knowledge was so helpful from picking a resort, planning character meals and determining the best fast passes to use based on the age of our children. I even forgot my plans on the first day and she was very prompt in helping us navigate through the day. We would recommend her services to anyone planning a trip to Disney and will plan to use her again in the future. We couldn’t have done it without her help and she made it as stress free as possible.

Fantastic experience: Nicole Haire planned my husband's 30th Birthday to Las Vegas and she did a phenomenal job. Took the stress off of booking and researching on our own and it was for a decent deal too. Can't beat that. Nicole really listened to what we wanted and got back to me in a timely manner, she is always so pleasant to work with!

Fantastic experience: Linda Fox helped plan a spring break trip for me and 6 friends in Cancun, Mexico. The trip could not have been better. It was so nice not having to worry about booking flights and airport transfers. Linda helped find answers to all my questions about the resort prior to the trip. The resort was wonderful! Fantastic experience: Holly, our travel agent, was great! She helped us plan our entire vacation from beginning to end. She pays close attention to detail for things like how to set up your fast passes, what rides you shouldn’t need passes for, and what are the must do’s at each park. We stayed at the All Star Music Resort, and got the quick service meal plan which was suggested by Holly. The service there was great, and the meal plan seemed to be the perfect amount of meals and snacks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We are very thankful for Holly’s expertise and helping us plan out what has been our favorite vacation ever! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: They have helped us with one trip and are in the process of booking another. The first was to Western Europe on a multi country tour. Fantastic experience: I knew I was in good hands when I booked a trip with Bonita Travels. I went to Aruba and she made sure I took every precaution while traveling out of the country, whether it be insurance in case of illness or small things like having a car ready. Fantastic experience: Bonita has been our travel agent for our last several trips. Our last being a dream 2 week honeymoon getaway to the Maldives and Thailand in October 2017. Bonita got us everything we wanted all while keeping within our budget. Our overwater bungalow with infinity pool in the Maldives was truly PERFECT! The Thailand adventures like riding elephants, touring the city on bikes and water taxis, eating everything in site for merely 10-20 bucks a day and visiting the phi phi islands where the Beach was filmed... just to name a few things!! We are all about getting the most bang for our buck and she never fails to deliver just that!!! We highly recommend Bonita for any near or far getaway and look forward to our upcoming trips she sets up!!

Fantastic experience: This was our second cruise booked with Bonita and once again she exceeded our expectations! She was thorough in answering all of our questions (we managed to get my entire family of 8 adults and 6 children under 8 all together!) The Carnival Liberty was perfect for our large party, with all of the cribs, dining requests and balcony rooms, and for a great price. We shared many laughs and made so many memories that we will cherish for a lifetime.
