Fantastic experience: Jodi was amazing! Traveling to Disney always felt very overwhelming, but we fell in love with Animal Kingdom and Jodi brought our dream to life. Jodi walked me through each stage of planning, was communicative and responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. She requested the perfect room for us at Animal Kingdom Lodge, it was a dream come true. Jodi had a lot of information and resources for us to help prepare our autistic son for the over stimulating parts of the trip. The entire experience was lovely and this was our family's favorite trip, ever. We will absolutely be using Jodi again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Danielle helped me buying the tickets to Universal Studio. AsbI haven't received the final tickets only the confirmation what I had to use at Universal Park's Kiosk, I felt nervous a bit, but everything was ok, I got the fibal tickets smoothly.

Fantastic experience: We contacted Michelle McSorley in mid Feb 2025 about Disney Cruise Line. At the time, we knew absolutely nothing about the ships, the ports, and when the ideal time for our family to go would be. Six weeks later, we were boarding the Disney Wish on a four day cruise and had the time of our lives. She guided us every step of the way, and we never missed a beat once we boarded the ship. We felt totally prepared because she was available to answer any question or concern we had in a very timely matter. Because of Michelle, we feel more confident and knowledgeable about all the ships and their adventures. I’m sure we will be contacting her soon because the Disney Destiny might just be on our family “to-do” list.

Fantastic experience: Amy was the best! From the minute, we began planning our dream vacation up until the very end she was fantastic. We couldn’t have even planned all these adventures on our own because so many of them were hidden treasures she had experienced. Highlights of the trip included staying at a castle in Tuscany, a 3 hour meat lovers dinner at an exclusive butchers and the city of Rome was breathtaking. Amy was available every step of the way if we had any questions. One of our tours cancelled and she quickly stepped in to make other arrangements. Would highly recommend Amy for planning your next dream vacation!

After sending her a little summary of what I was thinking I wanted, she sent multiple options perfectly laid out and all I had to do was pick the dates we wanted to go. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Erin Woods on planning an all-inclusive vacation to Punta Cana 11/1/24-11/5/24 and I don't know if I can ever plan another vacation without her help. This was my first time working with a travel agent and Erin surpassed any expectations I had of what this experience was supposed to look like. Erin asked the right questions, compared several different resorts based on my specifications, pointed out pros and cons so that I didn't have to do the digging. There was even a point where my husband thought maybe a cruise would be better, to which Erin so graciously was able to share a typical cruise itinerary for us!! She works fast, efficiently, and her wealth of knowledge was mind blowing. And I must admit, working with Erin, well, she made me feel like I was a celebrity, royalty even, I felt uber important to her and any single question I had she answered, and answered thoughtfully. She even knew about my flight delay before I did, she made sure to make us aware of this. I am looking forward to working with Erin again in the future!!!

Fantastic experience: We had another great Orlando vacation with the help of Diana at Favorite Grampy Travels! Everything was set as far as transportation, accommodations, admission, etc. Best of all are the personal tips provided for the individual parks. Very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I got to work with Laura on our universal studios trip! A place where I’d been so much as a child, and have been to since being married but it was our first official trip to be going with our son (2) she helped me look at different dates and pricing, helped me decided what would best suit me and was easy to contact each time I needed to make payments. Fantastic experience: Laura Donovan helped us plan a wonderful relaxing vacation to St Lucia to celebrate our anniversary, my birthday and becoming empty nesters. She helped with all the details and provided great recommendations for the helicopter ride on our arrival and the ferry ride on our last day. She provided immigration information so our entry to the country was seamless, she also provided a detailed list of activities and events happening at the Sandals resort. It was just the trip we needed to reconnect and relax and Laura was awesome in her planning and details and checking in with us to make sure everything was all set. We have already booked a family cruise after Christmas with her too.
