Fantastic experience: The people that worked there were very nice in kind. They gave me the Royal Caribbean cruise book. The manager at Rio Grande lied right to my face. I hate to be lied to. She knows what I'm talking about. Because of that I'll never renew my AAA again. Very disappointed. I would rather her just say she forgot.

Negative experience: On 4/25, I spoke to Judy, travel agent, at 11:45 to book a Philadelphia airport hotel package. She said she would call back shortly. At 12:20 I called her to find out what was available. She did not yet call International Holiday company (but she could have called while putting me on hold; I am a retired T/A) My date is within 3 weeks. So I gave her my email as I didn’t want to miss her call. Two hours later, I did not hear back from Judy. So I called again and Sharon Scarella, Sr retail sales agent took care of me in 10 minutes; closed the sale at 4:45!! Thank you Sharon. A simple booking that Judy chose to ignore…not the first time another potential client deemed her “no enthusiasm” attitude. AAA Northfield used to run a tight ship 30+ years ago!! What happened lately?

Negative experience: Horrible Customer Service left us stranded. I’ve been with them for 17 years when you talk to a supervisor they’re rude and could care less if you’re not gonna continue your subscription to their services. I found somebody to tow the vehicle for $100. I pay 180 per year for me and my girlfriend most years I haven’t even used it. It’s just piece of mind. Their services have greatly diminished a few years ago when Covid was starting to not be a big deal. They were still very cautious about transmission of germs, but we’re totally willing to leave my girlfriend on the side of the highway to wait for an Uber and when the tow truck driver got there, he said nobody had even asked him and he would’ve given her a ride no problem. I’d like to reiterate again some of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken with. When I was in high school and drove junk cars it was the greatest Customer Service friendly and Extremely empathetic to getting you to where you needed to go. What happened?

Fantastic experience: I got my IDP here with ease but bring your own passport sized pictures as they charge nearly $20 to take and print them.

Negative experience: AAA insurance are crooks. They charged my husband $497 a month for liability insurance, 1 car, 1 driver. His license has never been suspended, no duis, 1 accident in 3 years. After 6 months never being late on payments their reward, a price increase of $100. He canceled his policy bc he found insurance with Plymouth rock for $197 a month. He canceled 1 day after the new billing cycle and AAA charged him $98. They said if you divide 497 by 30 days that's the prorated price. Bs. Then they said the reason why his rate was so high was bc he canceled autopay, but they attempted to debit his account twice after cancelation. Makes no sense right. The reason is bc they have the Backstreet boys as their mascots and they have to raise their customers rates in order to pay their salaries. Crooks.

Negative experience: Gave one star only because I had to. Walked in on 10/30/23 at 1:00pm. Have been AAA member for a number of years. Have received correspondence and read in their magazine about their travel services. So, needed a ticket. Had all flight information. After walking in, was informed it would be at least a half hour to a one hour wait as they only had one travel agent working. After waiting for 35 minutes, asked if I would be better off just coming back at their opening on 10/31/23. Was told that only one agent would be available, but not until 10:00am, as their two other agents were off. Meanwhile, the one agent Judy and the front desk woman then got into a long winded conversation about who was off on Tuesday or Wednesday. I walked out, drove four minutes to Boscov’s travel agency and had my ticket in twenty minutes. Just have to wonder where is the management?? This time of year with the upcoming holidays with no staff, no excuse. Prior to my leaving, Judy made it very clear that if I came back, she had customers coming in at 11am. Do yourself a favor, go see Joey at Boscov travel. Much more pleasant, no drama, and you will get your ticket quick!

Fantastic experience: Going on a vacation to Arizona so, before we decided where we wanted to go in Arizona I went to AAA to speak with someone and get a trip tik. I sat down with Sharon and she helped me out with the places I want to see and where they are located. Sharon emailed me an itinerary the next day, she is on her game. I need to tweak the plan so, I will be calling again.

Negative experience: These people are no professionalism what so ever. They ALWAYS have an attitude and will try and make you seem like you don’t know what you’re talking about with your own car. They will chuckle at you over the phone as well when you’re having problems. and when i got an unattended tow, they messed up my car and costed me a whole new car!! Negative experience: I’ve contacted this location before, both via phone and in person, and have never had a negative experience. However, my phone correspondence today with Judy was the worst ever. She was rude, kept talking over me and spoke to me like I was a child. When I asked to speak with someone else she said no one else was available to help me. And when I requested her manager’s name and extension, she proceeded to tell me that the manager was out of the office and wouldn’t be back until next week. After asking for it again, she gave me the main number and said she didn’t know her manager’s extension, which I find very hard to believe. She finally gave me the direct number after I told her to transfer me to someone who would be able to get me the number. I have recommended AAA to friends in the past, but after this experience I would not recommend this office to anyone; especially if they have to deal with Judy.

Positive experience: Im not giving an entirely low score because AAA was able to come and unlock my car, did so in a timely manner, and the first representative I spoke with was extremely kind. I’m giving the three stars because after the car was unlocked, I had to have a key made. I was told they would be sending a lock smith out to my address, however after 1 hour and 30 minutes I called back and was told the lock Smith be there by 5. 10 minutes to 5 I received a call from AAA saying that I had to call the lock smith and have them come out…most businesses close by 5-5:30! It would have been great if they informed me the first time around that I needed to make a call… Now I am car-less until tomorrow. ♀️

Negative experience: We keep paying our membership, and they keep on wasting our time! I need a battery replacement for my Audi but it turns out it's too expensive for them. Well, if I knew I can't get serviced, I wouldn't continue my membership. Two consecutive weeks, two guys come to do a battery check with no replacement battery, they don't have it in stock, and probably never will. They offered to reimburse me for a value up to $130 for a new battery but guess what, you can't get a battery for that amount of money. I'm contacting Better business bureau as we speak. Long story short, if you happen to have more expensive car, just don't waste your time and money thinking you'll get some kind of decent service. I could've just saved my membership money for a new battery instead. So unprofessional attitude in-person and over the phone. Beyond disappointed!

City Wide Towing is a FRAUDULENT Towing and Auto Service center! Don’t Trust either AAA or City Wide Towing. Once AAA gets your money their Customer Service dosen’t stand behind their customers!!!!! Negative experience: Needed a replacement battery. The service is flawed because they can't stock every battery. My 2006 Jetta didn't need a special battery, but they couldn't replace a simple battery after multiple times. I have been a platinum member for A LONG TIME and a member for approximately 30 years or more!!! Monopolized FAIL! No follow up and no reimbursement.

Positive experience: I usually start a visit to a city with a stop at the local AAA office. The location of this office was a little bit out of the way. It is well situated for the Atlantic City members, but I was heading over to the boardwalk and down to Margate. It took a little time to get there, but I am not complaining. The person at reception was very friendly and helpful. I received a guide book, a local map, and a new garbage bag for my car. The map was helpful in planning my trip and augmenting Google Maps. I recommend the AAA Northfield Store to any AAA members who are visiting Atlantic City and want some additional help in planning their visit.

Hmm... ever cross their mind that the call could of been dropped? Another *Local Guide* even misspelled "insurance". I wouldn't pay attention to such reviews. Fantastic experience: I’m shocked this aaa has a low rating. I went inside 3 weeks ago to order some Euros. The man and woman at the front desk were super kind. The man (I forget his name) helped me place my order and also answered a lot of my questions. The women provided me with materials for my travels in Europe. Negative experience: I have traffic accident, second car have insurance triple A. I call make claim, I call for adjuster may be 4time now Answer. Now I have 3week after accident. I use may broken car, I'm ready send all may paper for court. It's terrible service.

Negative experience: Just called my local office at the Northfield location to get pricing. Customer rep named Ron was eager to assist when I wanted to get information to enroll, but when I asked for pricing and declined to purchase membership. The guy rudely just hung up in my ear. I didn't know I was obligated to buy right away when calling. Luckily, triple AAA has online service or I would never consider a membership with them if I had to get it from here. Not a good experience for a first time member. Hopefully their online customer service is not the same as this store. It was my fault for thinking I would get better assistance with enrolling with an actual agent instead of just doing it online. Lesson learned.
