Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff seemed disengaged and unwelcoming, appearing more focused on their phones than assisting customers. When we approached for help, we were met with irritation rather than support. Additionally, many of the products offered did not live up to their claims, which felt misleading.
Fantastic experience: My service driver Scott was exceptional...he arrived quickly after the first service driver dropped the ball. He was courteous and provide me with a phenomenal experience despite my situation..I am blessed to hv come in contact with him...thanks Scott
Fantastic experience: I stopped in early to get an International Driver's Permit. The staff greeted me and I had to wait about 5 minutes. All the staff were assisting other customers. The process was simple. The lady who helped me was great. I would go here again
Fantastic experience: I came out of an errand to find my car would not start. Mary at the Membership office took my information and got help rolling. Corbin arrived and quickly and professionally checked and jumped my battery and gave me the information, reassuring me my car would stay running for me to get to the dealership to get all sorted out. Everyone was so kind and helpful every step of the way. I didn't realize I could text my responses - VERY quick and easy. Thanks to ALL at my Chattanooga AAA. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a tire going low and didn't want a flat on the side of the highway or at dark. I called AAA in Chattanooga. AAA arrive and got the job done in no time at all. The service guy, Cagney, was very professional and respectful! I highly recommend AAA of Chattanooga and Cagney!
Negative experience: Member since 1997. I will be dropping them altogether after dropping my homeowners insurance without telling me and it’s about a little step out back. This issue cannot be resolved. It’s fixed and I will never use AAA again.
Negative experience: My wife has her progressive policy through them. She will no longer be using them - I’m leaving this review because Brandy has been nothing but rude and unkind to her, including gaslighting her and saying “I never said this. I never said that.” Go directly through progressive instead of wasting your time with them - they’re super hard to get in touch with, and when you do get in touch with them, they’re horribly rude.

Fantastic experience: I came in today to get an international drivers license. The associate was very quick and fun to talk to. She took very good care of me. I recommend using this location if you need an international drivers license. It is affordable and they can also take your picture here. Pictures are cheaper here than Walgreens.

Negative experience: You guys nearly killed me. My cars battery died and I had one jacket on me, and it was 30 degrees outside. I was stuck in my car freezing to death, all while receiving false hope from a company that promotes themselves as hero’s. I called at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm, and each time they reported the same message, “we will get back to you”. Turns out it’s now 11:16pm and not once did I receive a call. Someone helped me and essentially saved my life, thank God for that person. Stay away from AAA, and please understand that their service will leave you stranded on a blanket of disappointment, bad communication, lack of professionalism, and unreliability. Yes, a law suit will be made! It’s shameful to imagine it takes over 5 hours to provide just a slimmer of hope in freezing weather, an ETA.

Negative experience: I called this evening stuck on the side of the road in 100 heat index and spoke with Judy (agent id 57635). She attempted to tell me they could not send a tow truck even though my premier membership costs 200/annually. She said her records showed I jad already used my services, however, she could not provide specifics on the services, the dates, or even the vehicle that was used. She became increasingly combative and when I requested a supervisor she refused to send me to one and the call was magically released. I called back spoke with an Alicia and she put me through to a person who was supposed to be a supervisor but behaved much like this Judy. His name is Orlando agent id is 37427. He immediately began trying to tell me why I didnt know what I was talking about and had used all of my service calls. He said he didnt even know how to use his own companys app to direct me where the service calls dates and details were listed but claimed he knew all about them. Multiple times I requested this info as he basically called me a liar. Eventually I requested an email of the details since he could not tell me anything about where he was pulling this info. Initially, he acted as if he was going to send me at least an email but then refused. He too was rude and combative- i stated i was not simply going to take his word for it, he certainly was not me. He only wanted to ram the info ONLY he could see into the conversation refusing to provide ANY proof. I was considering getting life insurance and other products through TRIPLE AAA. Now thanks to Orlando and Judy I know better. Not only is the customer never right but they deserve respect, records, the truth, or common decency. BUYER BEWARE

Positive experience: This is a review of the Road service in the Dalton area. Three times in a row, I have called in, a road service was promised & then hours later, more than 2, usually!! I have had to call in yet again to get another road service set up, by another, more responsive tow company (S&M). Glad for them or I would probably still be stranded& waiting...

Fantastic experience: I am never disappointed with AAA Roadside Service. They take care of every call, and the membership is worth every penny even when you don't use it. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Someone gifted it to me and I have kepted it every since. My extended family is doing it now.

Negative experience: Randy is the customer service representative who I spoke with on multiple occasions. She is rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend working with her and as soon as my plan is over I will be switching to another insurance company because of this service.

Negative experience: Go anywhere else!!! AAA has terrible customer service. I have had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau because of their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. Bryson Serigney does not respond to his customers in a timely manner and has terrible customer service. Do not use him as an agent. I was a member of AAA for less then a month. Save your time, they won't respect it anyway.

Negative experience: I have had A.A.A. for almost 3 years. No help from them at all - wait 5 or more hours and get a call saying no-one has been dispatched! No longer have any use for them in any way. Please go elsewhere because all they want is your money.
Negative experience: I have been a AAA customer for years and I'm very disappointed in what happened on Dec. 31. My debit card was charged "automatic renewal" (which I have never been set up for) two months early. I never received a warning that they were going to do this. Never received a confirmation email. Just charged my bank account uninvited and ran. I don't appreciate these type of shady business practices and I will probably end up canceling after next year.

Negative experience: I was stuck on the side of the road on a busy interstate for 3 hours. I called AAA 6 times and waited endlessly on hold. I have the app and submitted the information several times using the link provided. I finally called the state highway patrol who put on my doughnut tire but warned that I would probably not make it to the next exit and I needed to continue to try AAA. I finally received a callback and a tow truck was scheduled. The towing service was professional. In that same AAA call , I was reminded that AAA only covers 5 miles of towing and the rest is charged to the customer! There were no apologies for such poor service so the service I received must be business as usual. I am an older lady and have been a AAA customer for over 10 years. I have tried to call customer service which appears to be as hard to reach as roadside assistance. I will never be stranded again and am currently looking to cancel my membership . A terrible experience!

Negative experience: Driver was an hour late to start with,I had been told by dispatch that my son could ride home with the vehicle with a mask on, that was not the case of course because of Covid but the dispatcher was clueless and said yes which caused me to make plans based on that assumption, now I'm driving an hour back home because these geniuses don't know they're own policies.

Negative experience: Have been with this office for four years for home and auto. The first agent was a pain to deal with but he's gone now. The next agent was a lot better. BUT, every year I've had to fight over raised premiums...changed insurance carriers three times in four years (AAA is a broker)! Just found out today they recently raised my home insurance annual premium by 38% and I have had zero claims - even after a tornado in our area! I guess this is the straw that breaks the camel.
Negative experience: My dad was using my car and got a flat on I-75. After waiting an hour for assistance on a flat tire, they said they needed me to present my i.d due to the car being in my name after they told my dad he used all of his roadside assistance on his premium membership (4). The driver then tells my dad, he has to leave and my dad received no assistance. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH

I was stranded when my car quit running after buying bad gas in Calhoun Georgia and AAA came and towed it all the way to Cleveland Tennessee because I had a good membership here it was no charge and quite a relief.

Need to get some Tennessee/kentucky maps on hand and shouldn't run out especially since that's where they were located. I've been a member for 25+ years and they have always come through when I needed them.
Negative experience: Do not bother calling as you will only have your time sucked out of your life with little to show for it. Not sure why Institutions like this even bother to keep the pretense of having a way to communicate with them.

Negative experience: We have our insurance through AAA. The insurance is okay, but our agent is HORRIBLE at his job. He will tell us that things are taken care of and then we’ll find out later that they weren’t. Usually it costs us inconvenience. Sometimes his mistakes cost us money. He really is just bad at his job.

Negative experience: They will do everything they can not to tow your car. Side of the road broken down and you are on the phone with them for over twenty five minutes.
Fantastic experience: Placed an online request for installing a battery at 9 pm on a Sunday. They called me 10 minutes later and arrived 10 minutes after that. Car was in a parking garage. They (Mr Seneca) were extremely accommodating and helpful! My car is a bit old and he had to maneuver a bit but he got everything working and even taught me a few things. Wonderful experience and very appropriate for the price considering the time and labor.
Positive experience: Good AAA location. Nice facility. The people were not the friendliest. We are AAA premiere members and we just wanted to get some passport photos taken. Staff didn't seem to enthusiastic but we accomplished what we needed to do.
Negative experience: I have been a AAA member for 11 years. I booked a trip at the beginning of August and called the following week to see if I could add on some additional things and pay off my balance. Called Monday, three times Tuesday, finally got someone on Wednesday morning but they would have to "call me back". I never got a return call and attempted 3 more times Wednesday afternoon/evening to get ahold of someone. I ended up driving to the office and canceling my trip. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have still not gotten my deposit returned, even though I have the paperwork showing my deposit would be returned. Guess what... they aren't answering the phones or emails. Horrible horrible service. Imagine if there was an issue while I was traveling?! Oh and to top it off it isn't like they are busy. I've been in the office MANY times and the agents are able to sit with you immediately... this office needs to get it together.

Negative experience: The people are not bad, but AAA in general is just trash. It is a complete waste of money. You are better off just calling the local providers, because they tend to get the closest provider at the highest rate. If you look one town over you will pay less than the inflated charges that you get with the AAA provider. Save yourself money, and next time use Google and find the best price.
Negative experience: Called to ask a simple question about exchanging currency. The lady who answered said they DID exchange Dollars for Euro. I asked what I needed to do, and she rudely said "I have to put you on hold so I can take care of other customers". Was placed on hold for quite some time, and then hung up. Called back later to be told very quickly that this location doesn't exchange currency at all. I have family that is AAA, and if there was a chance I was going to be a AAA customer, that chance is now gone...
