Eglin AFB ITT - Tickets and Travel

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying Pamela is AMAZING! After many attempts to get last minute tickets to an excursion and failed, she was able to get everything done in under 30 minutes! She was very patient and helped answer all of our questions!

Fantastic experience: When we visit the Destin area this is one of our first stops to get better priced tickets to local attractions. The staff is always courteous.

Negative experience: This was our second visit. We did not want to go back but you cannot beat the prices for Disney! When we want the first time the woman at the desk, was extremely rude, impatient and condescending. Went back today and there were 3 more ladies working but she greeted us and asked us what we needed so unfortunately we had to talk with her. The form they give you is extremely busy with info. So I had some questions and again, condescending tone and stone faced. I asked about a brochure and she pointed to where I could find one. A woman in the office heard and stepped out to give me a brochure. This woman is extremely unhelpful and should work somewhere out of the public. When customers come in excited about planning their family vacation that energy should be matched.

Fantastic experience: Hier kan je boten huren Bbqs huren kanoën a Tenten frisbies campeer spullen. Ze hebben hier bijna alles wat je maar zoekt. Alles is mogelijk. Voor veel activiteiten is het toch wel te warm om te doen. Maar op het water is het lekker. Een kano’s huren en dan peddelen is voor mij toch wel echt te warm. Ik zit liever in de schaduw met een motor. De prijs om een boot te huren is bijna de helft van de prijs in vergelijking met die in de stad. Zeker de moeite waard als je hier de basis op kan en een boot wil huren. Wij hebben er heerlijk van genoten zeker een aanrader. Ik hoop tot snel maar dat zit er helaas niet in. Dan zouden we weer naar de andere kant van de wereld moeten. Groeten uit nederland

Fantastic experience: I use Elgin AFB ITT a few times to purchase military discounted tickets for the Seabreeze Jazz festival. The process is easy and the staff responds promptly to emails and phone calls.

Positive experience: They could do better when it comes to customer service.

Positive experience: Getting my military tickets Universal Studios, and Disney World was great. But the hotel prices were similar buying the rooms on the Internet.

Negative experience: Worst service ever!! Young Lady at front desk never turned around to look, never asked may I help you! Lady in office never came out. We were at a loss. I asked after another woman walked right in to her office, do we need an appointment or what...(.we were still being ignored).I asked again, Lady in office said yes. What's the walk-in signs for decorations. Front desk Lady never turn around I don't understand!!

Negative experience: Took over 35 mins to get tickets. There were people working there but only one person was working the ticket sale. I'd advise getting there early.

Positive experience: It's better to make an appointment with them or you'll wait long. They do give you lots of details if you know which vacation you want to do and ready to book. We weren't sure what we wanted to go with so we were told just to do it online which wasn't really helpful. Their website won't let you book it for some reason

Negative experience: Their attraction prices were no better and sometimes worse than specials on the attractions web site. Tried to buy tickets to Busch gardens for non military friends and they were $60 more expensive.

Fantastic experience: Great prices and packages on local and foreign travel. Hours are pretty flexible, even open some on Saturday! We purchased Disney and Medieval Times tickets here.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the kindness and promptness of everyone I encountered in the office. I was able to get DisneyLAND tickets here and some local area attractions tickets. They processed my tickets quickly and gave me tons of options to do in the local area and even in Orlando. Such, and amazing staff and it wasbso easy to purchase. Very happy with this office. I would go here over Hurlburt Field any day of the week!

Fantastic experience: Super helpful resource, except that their hours aren't very user-friendly. Good savings, too; I just dropped 3k on theme park tickets--for 6 adults, for 3 days at WDW and unlimited days at Universal through the end of the year. Pretty sure I can't get that deal from the parks.

Fantastic experience: I am very apprehensive about doing anything at these places bc I always feel like I am going to get taken advantage of, or deal with someone very rude. I did wait a while. That's on me bc I did not make an appointment, and these folks are very busy. However, when it got to me, I was treated with kindness, respect and patience. Top grade customer service and will look to work with this fine establishment again! A+ Update: everything went off really well. 12 plus tickets to Disney and Universal. No issues at the gate. Made the family vacation we been planning for years a success. Thanks Eglin ITT!!!

Positive experience: Don't answer the phone, very disorganized. Ordered what i needed submitted to then by email and had to go over it ALL again when i came in. No point in emailing what you want. Last was helpful but took to much time to get 4 tickets.

Negative experience: I would have given it 0 stars however, was not able to. I am complaining because the Disney tickets sent to me where linked to a different account. When I attempted to reserve a date to one of the Disney parks it continued to give me an error. After multiple times and days I contacted Disney customer service. They informed me the tickets I received had already been linked to a different families account. I then contacted the ITT office and was told in order to rectify the issue I would have to provide my username and PASSWORD for my Disney experience account. This is a huge violation of privacy and have never been asked by anybody for my password to an account.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Nothing but road blocks. I was traveling from Arizona across country and needed to coordinate with Disney. They absolutely would not send me any information on the tickets I purchased. They could have easily returned my online order email with the numbers from the tickets so I could make my reservation. Instead in the end my 84 year old father had to drive 76 miles each way to pick them up. They need some customer service orientation and training! I will avoid them if at all possible in future.

Negative experience: Absolute rip off. I paid just over $900 for a NYC pass but could have purchased it for $630 online. Tickets are non refundable so nothing I can do. Make sure you check online first!

Positive experience: Good discounts on a few local attractions. I wish they had more offerings for local civilian attractions, such as parasailing, boat and jet ski rentals, etc. But you can certainly save money on what is offered.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful in planning a vacation. Great prices for active duty and retired military. A good place to stop by and see what they have available. Update: after buying tickets from them we were very disappointed in the lack of information that they actually gave us. The did not mention you also needed a fast pass to ride the rides at Disney World and our Kennedy Space Center tickets were only general admission. We spent 90 minutes waiting in lines to ride the rides at Disney because we didn't have fast pass and missed a lot of Kennedy Space Center because of the general admission tickets. Wish they were more up to date on what they are selling. Thought ITT was supposed to be a benefit for military.

Fantastic experience: Courteous people offering outstanding customer service. If you're looking for affordable getaways for yourself or family, this is DEFINITELY the place to go. I didn't know ITT had all these great deals!
