Fantastic experience: Ashley planned the perfect trip for us to Secrets Moxche in Playa Del Carmen!! Best resort we have ever been to and she got us the best room! Relaxation and fun, it was for our honeymoon and she made us feel so special! I felt very informed on all our transfers and flights and she was so helpful when we had any questions. Fantastic experience: I have used Travel Concepts for 2 family vacations to Cancun. I was very pleased with both of them! Ashley does a great job looking through all of the resorts to help match what I am looking for. I travel with my grown kids and grandchildren so we are always looking for places that cater to them but also provide the grown ups some fun. I appreciate using them because they have seen the resorts and can help me sort through all of the options before I go.

Negative experience: We did not have a good experience with Travel Concepts and cannot recommend them to anyone planning to travel abroad. Their service fell far below expectations, particularly in terms of communication and their willingness to help when we faced issues during our trip. For example, when one of our connecting flights was canceled they mistakenly booked us on a flight a month away thinking it was the same day. If it wasn’t for my wife catching this mistake we would have never made it on our vacation and been stranded at an airport in another state. We understand mistakes happen, but this mistake ended up costing us about $2,000. They also booked us transfers to and from the airport and to and from hotel/port that were not ideal. The vehicles we were transported in were dirty and one of the transfers had a driver who was very hostile and tried arguing with us and told us our travel agency never told him where to pick us up. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes they made, they seemed more concerned with being reimbursed themselves than helping us secure the full reimbursement we were owed from travel insurance. Their lack of effort and support left us feeling abandoned during a stressful time. If it wasn’t for my wife and mother in law stepping up and essentially doing their job for them, our trip would have been completely ruined. A travel agency should provide support and problem-solving, but Travel Concepts failed us on both fronts. I am sure if all goes according to plan on your trip, then they do a good job, but if you have any issues on your trip at all do not expect 5 star service. We will not be using their services again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a dependable and supportive travel agency. Edited to add after reading travel concepts comment and making it seem as though Denise heroically stepped in to help when our “credit card was maxed out”. Let’s not forget the only reason the card had reached its limit was due to your mistakes. We had paid for a new flight that you had booked so we could get to London faster but you had mistakenly booked the wrong date. I have a hard time believing it was systems glitch and not an over-site on your end. We were unable to increase our limit on our card due to it being after hours when the wrong date was noticed and our bank is not 24/7. We just hope you have learned from your mistakes and grow from them.

Fantastic experience: I typically don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled because Ashley and the TC team did such an incredible job going above and beyond and exceeding our groups expectations. Ashley helped us find the perfect destination for a group birthday trip, and took all the work off our plate. From the time we arrived to the time we got home all details were accounted for, and Ashley even checked in to ensure everything during our stay was going well. Excited to have a reliable partner to work with for all of our future travel!

Positive experience: Ashley did a very good job. She booked us with Globus Tours , and they were absolutely fabulous! Our tour guide was exceptional. Really fun, very knowledgeable on history, extremely organized and always on time. Glad we chose Travel. Concepts.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about taking a 3 week trip to the Mediterranean with a group of 30 family members. I didn't know what to expect. But Denise and her wonderful team immediately put my mind at ease. The well thought out plans were meticulous in every way. They planned our vacation of 30 family members on a journey from Rome , Venice , seven day cruise to the Greek Isles then off to Croatia for the last five days of our 15 day trip.It was an amazing trip with all ,and everything was planned right to the minute. Fantastic experience: How can one possibly organize a trip for 30 people over 3 weeks in 3 different countries? The task seemed impossible but Denise promised to make our dreams come true and did she ever deliver!!! I cannot recommend Denise and her team enough. Fantastic experience: My experience using Travel Concepts was top notch. I used them to plan a destination wedding. My travel agent was Ashley Jesse and she was there for me and my guests every step of the way. We went back and forth on dates and times many times and not once did I feel like I was being a bother, even though I’m sure I was! Haha All of our guests said “we will never plan another vacation without a travel agent! It was the best experience” and I agree! Our original resort closed due to hurricane damage and Ashley didn't even hesitate at finding us a newer resort for the same price! Fantastic experience: Travel Concepts helped with my son's wedding in Mexico in April, originally it had been set for November 2020 but the pandemic had other plans. Ashley and Diane were super helpful in getting things moved around for us, calming everyone's nerves and we had the best "celebra-cation" ever! This agency thought of everything, had us completely covered and kept us informed at all times of what was going on, what we could expect and I would totally recommend them to all my friends and family. Fantastic experience: Denise and Ashley booked a surprise 50th birthday vacation for my wife (I mean 40th) in the Dominican Republic and it was the best vacation we have ever taken. I gave her a budget and a few requirements and she gave me several options that were at and below the budget. As a working professional I did not have time to go over every detail but they did that for me in every way. From the customs forms and Covid details we needed down to our meal planning for the dinner on the beach. The resort we stayed at (Excellence El Carmen) was perfect and relaxing. Travel and transfers were all flawless and expedited due to there planning and recommendations. They were also able to keep the surprise until we had to board the plane. We will definitely use them for all our future trips and I highly recommend them as they were well organized, very informed on the resorts they recommended, responded to email request and phone calls promptly and checked in with us before, during and after the trip to make sure everything went smoothly. All in all a well run professional company with the customers interest at heart and about building a relationship not a quick sale. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Fantastic experience: Denise and Ashley are a breath of fresh air. We recently took our 5th trip (El Dorado Casitas) arranged by them and it was nothing less than perfect. Our original trip was scheduled to Dominican Republic, however COVID had other plans. They were able to rearrange our entire trip with about 3 weeks to arrival date. Then the pandemic happened, and the resort we were so excited about decided to postpone opening a month before our trip date. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have had a great experience with Ashely for planning our honeymoon. We established with her initially in March, when COVID was ramping up, and she gave us a confidence that stuck with us through the entire process! We had to change plans a couple times, and she was always willing to be flexible and work with us. I have a complicated and ever-changing schedule with work and school, but she was able to navigate with us through it all. Denise ended up travelling to our destination, Cancun, and giving us helpful tips and details about travelling internationally during this time. They supplied us a helpful packing list and necessary documents for our trip that laid it all out for us to simply follow directions. Fantastic experience: 7/21/2020 Just returned from From my Vacation at Dreams Playa Resort in Cancun Mexico. If anyone is worried about travel I can assure you they resort follows the most stringent cleaning process. I did not feel my health was compromised in the least. About the resort, It was beautiful. I was treated like royalty. The food was amazing and everyone was so friendly. I do recommend taking the bicycle tour and the Zumba class at noon in the pool at noon. Fantastic experience: We wanted to have a very special senior trip for my youngest son before he moved away for college. We live in Florida but heard about Denise Canon from my brother-in-law who lives in K..C. I was a bit nervous because my wife and I decided that I should be the one to plan the trip because she was very busy planning other events. Fantastic experience: Denise and Travel Concepts arranged a trip for our family to France, Luxembourg and Switzerland to visit WWII sites and attend a ceremony in Lure, France for the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Lure. Our father fought in that battle and was awarded the Medal of Honor and we participated in that ceremony. This was our first trip to Europe and they did a great job making the arrangements despite having a short amount of time to make them.
