Negative experience: I don’t think I have ever had a worst experience with a place in my life. First we paid $150 for a screen repair then it takes 4 hours just to get it back. The screen was defective and would make the phone force restart every 3 minutes. We brought it back Monday from 10 am and waited 2 hours, they said that’s more than enough time. We come back they say it’s not ready so we leave it overnight. Next day I call at 3:46 she says it’ll be done in 10 minutes, we get there at 4:44 and she says it’s still not done and to give them 10 minutes again. We get the phone back all seems well but now my battery is completely horrible. 81% to 6% within an hour. And if my brightness isn’t up the phone will go dark completely making me have to tell Siri to turn my brightness up. My dynamic Island is also messed up and just seems like a knock off apple screen. Genuinely do not put with these people and their lies, they get their products from cheap places.

Positive experience: I have had many electronics repaired here and never had an issue before now. Had an iPad screen fixed/replaced and they gave me it back with a bad battery that was swollen and pushing the screen out (why not replace it and let me know so I could pay for it then) took it back and paid again to replace battery and this time I received it back with lint and finger under the glass ‍♀️

I question how pricey it was but they were friendly and willing to help and now my phones display looks even more sharp than it did when I bought it new. Negative experience: I cracked the screen on an almost-new Samsung. I was able to get an appointment to replace it at 10; it was confirmed. I arrived early. No one ever showed up, nor did anyone respond to calls or messages. Response to the owner's reply: I got a text confirmation for an appointment at 10; most people would consider that sufficient. I got a repair elsewhere. (If you'll note, I generally don't write reviews unless I can give five stars. I prefer to boost local business owners, not criticize, but this was a bad experience.)

Negative experience: Never had any issues with these guys. I’ve always felt with an older gentleman, he repaired my iPhone 11 a few times in the last few months of me dropping it. I return again last week to get a new battery and a back replacement. Having service ofc before I walked in cause I stood in front of this guy and texted my sister letting her know I’ll be without a phone and that they will notify her when my phone is ready, as he watched me do this. So I go to pick up my phone and I get back to the house and noticed I have zero service. I called my carrier and was on the phone with them as they were trynna help me figure out why we had no service. We get to the SIM card tray and open it up and it has the wrong SIM card in my phone. I deal with straight talk, wasn’t a ST SIM card. I than hurry back before 7pm( that’s what there website says they close) get there at 6pm… Closed! I return first thing in the morning to get this worked out and he simply denied having removed my SIM card. Didn’t offer to look, help, nothing, just said “ well I didn’t touch ur SIM card” I walked in and asked him if somehow maybe he replaced mine with another customers, cause he didn’t tell me he was working on 2 other phone repairs at the same time and that he was busy when I walked in for my service.. simply denied it and went into defensive mode. So I walk in wanting my new battery and back replacement and was charged 200$ for a phone I can no longer use. I have no problems with the older gentleman, he has always been great to me and has done great job on my phones and others I’ve referred him too. Last Saturday I delt with a younger fellow that looks like he struggles to keep his face clean. Oh and btw, my phone doesn’t even charge btw, it also did before I walked n as well. And he was also rude when I asked him why he closed early on Saturday, he said he didn’t, closes at 5 not 7.. but I’m just going off there website which says they close at 7. I’m still very upset that I lost out on 200 dollars and got NO HELP at all with trying to figure out why I had no service and wrong SIM card in my phone after I picked up my phone, he made me feel very upset and basically calling me a liar. I’ll never do business here again and I’ll def be putting the word out to folks to watch out dealing with these folks.

Negative experience: Back in November/December of 2021 I took a 2DS XL in to have the screen replaced and they said it would take about a week a week comes and goes nothing so call them and they said it should be ready for pickup the next day I go in the next day they said they would “start working on it tomorrow”. It is currently mid August of 2022 and I have heard nothing and anytime I call I get the same responses and this is after I paid a $50 deposit at this point I just want my money and broken 2DS back

They were quick with fixing my phone & it was done with care, but most of all what i loved seeing was how the owner’s 11 or 12 yr old daughter was taking care of the business when it came to being very knowledgeable with placing orders into the Computer system, as well as taking money & giving correct change back. That amused me bcuz it showed me that her father, which is also the owner, was teaching his offspring the value & the responsibility of being in the work field at an early age. That showed me that this family had good family values & i appreciated seeing that bcuz i don’t see it too often today. I would recommend this place to everyone if ur in the Covington GA area.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! In mid-March, I took my IPhone 7 in for a cracked screen. The manager suggested I should upgrade the battery also since it was less than 90% of a new battery capacity. (Mine was at 87% of new battery capacity.) When I returned a few hours later, a different color screen border was placed on my phone without asking me. Additionally, when I plugged the phone in to charge the battery, it would NOT accept a charge at all. My IPhone NEVER experienced any problems charging at all. The technician admitted to making an error when he replaced the battery, but believed he could fix the problem. He replaced the charging port, but the phone charged erratically. The second attempt at charging resulted in no ability to charge at all. Once again, I returned the phone for repair, and was assured it would be fixed and they would call when it was repaired. After 9 days and no calls nor responses to messages left on their on-line site, I went in for a status check. The technician said he’d been too busy to call, but the phone could not be repaired. He offered to exchange my IPhone 7 for the same model, or better. I agreed as long as the replacement phone had similar memory to the one I had (128 GB). He said he would call when one was available. After 4 days without receiving a call, once again I dropped by to check on the status. He had found an IPhone 8, but it needed a part that was on order. The technician showed me the phone and I noted that it’s battery showed 86% of new battery capacity. I reminded him that I had already taken the manager’s advice and upgraded the battery in my old phone when it was at 87% capacity. He agreed to put a new battery in the replacement phone. After another 4 days and no call, I checked on the status. When I picked up the phone, the battery had NOT been replaced. The technician stated he had forgotten, but he would replace it in a matter of minutes. After a lengthy wait, he and the manager concluded that the battery did not need replacing. When I questioned the advice I was originally given to replace my battery at 87%, and the replacement phone was at 86%, he simply reiterated their decision that the battery did not need replacing. So…a simple screen repair and suggested battery replacement resulted in a different color screen border and a phone that would no longer accept a charge! Although they provided a later model IPhone, it had half the memory and a worse battery than the one they suggested I replace. Additionally, although they advertise operating hours, you better call and make sure someone is there before visiting. I have yet to see anyone there at 10:20, even though they say they open at 10am. One of my visits occurred at 3:30pm and it was not open then either. Please…spend your hard earned money at a place that doesn’t damage your phone, calls when they say they will, and follows through on promises they make. This business is not that place!
