Negative experience: Unprofessional customer service the manager very rude, does not care for their customers. therefore, I will look for different insurance company soon as possible they could not notarize our documents, make me sign twice telling me the sign does not match therefore we cannot help you sorry but you will lose a good client like myself a lot of business that I’m giving you per year but you will get not my Business Not anymore go and learn how to I respect customers!

Fantastic experience: Great experience working with Chasity. She helped me bundle my car and home insurance saving lots of money. Definitely recommend requesting her if you need assistance.

Negative experience: Whoever picked up the phone was so extremely unhelpful and cold. I asked for a quote and they refused to because it was “too early, and their quotes increase every month”. All I asked for was an initial quote so I can see a ballpark and she refused.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I’ve been trying to get information about my policy increases for over a month, calling and emailing with no response. My agent, Dexter Simon, has not replied to any inquiries since binding my policies in January and is now on vacation until March 17. I also left a voicemail for his manager, Brittany Adams, weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. Very frustrating experience. I was finally able to reach one of their AAA representatives today, Jonathan, and thankfully he was able to cancel my policies.

Negative experience: Fraud cannot bill correctly

Negative experience: These people are theives!!!! They encashed my payment without issuing me my driver’s license. Will call my bank to reverse the payment and report fraud! Also was put me on hold and hanged up on the phone after 30 minutes. Was told i need to pay again to be issued a new one! Im going to report this to corporate. Watch out!!

Negative experience: I know staff is not going like this message.. I offer one star because of ur hours.. u guys are open the hours I work.. and does not open on sat at all… which limits my ability to get the service and help I need at the aaa office..

Negative experience: Horrible service. 1st was a phone call and the male rep was rude. Call was in regards to info given by another rep. 2nd time was today. I walked in and just wanted some quick info and was told someone would be with me. Waited 20 minutes then left. Called them and was given info in 2 minutes. Only reason I stopped in was bc I grabbed lunch in same plaza.

Negative experience: The operators were nice, but the service was poor. I requested a tow truck 2 times. No one came. I had to hire on my own.

Fantastic experience: It was great experience that I came in this location for my Int’ Driver Permit. Ariselda went above and beyond and she always smiled while talking with customers. When I asked her about AAA services, she’s confident to reply to me and recommended me some valuable knowledge. This lady is a rare gem that the company should keep her at the top! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was looking for a boat insurance there last Friday, The agent lady told me will call me back in 15 minutes after received my personal informations, Never got any phone call. In next Monday, I made call again, She asked me information again, After I hold the phone for 5 minutes, She said needs more time, Will call me back in 2 minutes, Sure not again. I have be AAA member more than 10 years, I will never go back to this location anymore.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful people working here. They patiently helped me with a non-standard passport photo. It took a few tries, but we got it! Big relief for me!

Negative experience: My experience was horrible. I waited for AAA for @3hrs. The local office was not helpful. I have been a member for @18yrs and rarely uses th e service. It was a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: The Branch Business Manager of this location, Mr. Bhashkar Patel, helped to quickly resolve a problem I had relating to a new auto policy. His abiiity to put himself in my shoes helped turn what began as a very bad experience into a very good one. I have been with AAA for 12 years. With the trust gained from this recent experience I plan to continue that relationship.

Fantastic experience: OMG! I was locked out of my car while it was still running (keys still in ignition ). Called AAA and their representative was caring, efficient, and prompt. Their contracted service person arrived pretty fast for which I was extremely grateful and was impressed. He followed their protocol and carefully reviewed my identification. My issue was resolved and I am very appreciative to AAA !!

She took care of everything and was so professional and polite. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be visiting this office again.

Positive experience: Site should allow you to review your reservations before asking for payment information. This would streamline the process and provide assurance. I had to go back / check my cart a few times to be sure that all the details were correct requiring me to reenter my payment info each time. Very annoying. Other than that, I like the one stop shopping.

Negative experience: I was told after paying my premium and install the AAA onboard app, i will receive a check of 15% discount in the mail in about a couple weeks. A couple months later nothing has happened. I called my agent, she said she will find out and call me right back (that was the only call from me that she picked up) . A week past by, i received no call from her. So I called her and she didn't pick up my call. Since then I have called her for more than a dozen times and she never pick it up. I left 6 messages over a period of 3 weeks and has no return call too. Now 3 months later i am still waiting for her call, but sadly NO LUCK. What is a CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SELL. This is the worst experience that I have with the insurance company i have ever had. Is it how AAA doing business?

Negative experience: Left me stranded during storm for 48 hours awaiting a tow and never even bothered to follow up though I called several times. Then they charged the tow against my account.

Negative experience: I will never in my life, recommended AAA auto insurance to no one, not even my worst enemy, your supervisor Matthew is the person that sign me up. He is a supervisor at AAA. The reason why I left AAA, yes because supervisor Matthew was just all about signing me up and getting my money. there was five complaints that I had against him and he had to go back and change things in my policy. This is the worst experiences that I ever had in dealing with a car insurance agency. He's a very nice person but a very lazy man. The advertisement that AAA have on TV is a lie in a joke. Negative experience: I made a big mistake in my life to go to this place to renew my vehicle registration. The lady in the front desk was not at all professional and telling that there is no sufficient ink to print out the registration sticker!!! me and my family are AAA members for the past 8 years and this is the first time I am facing this situation. Since there is no provision to give zero / negative marks, I am giving only one star and have decided that we will not step in to this office.

Fantastic experience: We frequent them because they have lots of knowledgeable people that are friendly and helpful! They can give you maps to places that you're going to visit for free and a little book with hotels and attractions in it talking about the places that you want to visit also for free. They do have books for sale that are more detailed as far as photos and things to do, and they have both Insurance there, as well as travel agents that are super helpful and knowledgeable! We've used our same travel agent for years oh, so you know especially in this day and age that she's terrific!

Fantastic experience: Margaret Campbell is the BEST travel agent. She helped plan my honeymoon in 2010 to Disney and my family trip to Disney in 2016 with my children. She is very knowledgeable about Disney and she made our vacation amazing. Thank you!

Negative experience: Friendly staff, but impossible to call the office directly. Ridiculously long robotic answering service with multiple menu choices...none of which got me to a human.

Negative experience: I guess if you can't go in personally, don't bother. I called them because they are one of 3 in my area and had such a great rating. That's the people I want helping me! I called on a Thursday at 1:30 pm. Talked to nice lady who said she would call me back with a flood insurance quote in ten minutes. I'm at work, and have a meeting in 30 minutes--but yeah, that's awesome. I wait. I wait. I finally call in to my meeting 15 minutes late. I leave at just before 5. Next day, I'm not working from office but I call in to check for messages. Nope. So I call AAA again and leave a message with office machine with my home number. 'we'll call you back by the end of the day' you promise. I called at end of day again and left another message cause still haven't heard from you. I call Monday, midmorning and once again get the office machine. This time? Yeah, this time I don't believe you.
