Fantastic experience: I was dreading going to the DMV, mostly because it would take my entire Saturday up. I first got an appointment, easy peasy. And when I was there, they were super friendly, kind, and humorous. Not only did they give me a real ID very easily, but then they got me another paper (I lost it). I especially would love to thank Glen; his wonderful banter was refreshing. I loved everything about everyone! Six stars!

Positive experience: Lot of wait time and systems were not working sometimes ended up having similar experience as I could go to rmv office in terms of time it took but assistant manager realized and tried to make it up and helped me as quick as she can

Fantastic experience: The AAA Tewksbury office is conveniently located off of Main Street with a friendly and professional staff. The office is wheelchair accessible and there is ample free parking near the door. Easy access from I-495. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Who knew? I have to renew my drivers license in person this year. AAA does it all. No need for the RMV.

Fantastic experience: It was license renewal time for me and I've never had great luck at the registry. I made an online appointment at AAA with no issues. They directed me to the registry site for some required documents as I was upgrading to a real id. Went in 15 minutes early and was seen almost right away. Desk clerk took care of paperwork and I saw the license clerk soon after. Was out the door before my appointment time. Nice!

Negative experience: Iam Highly Disappointed in Triple A. I went there to potentially get the Real ID, but then clearly said No I Did Not want it, did not pay for the Real ID, they gave me back the Application because I had said no. Then A Week Later in the Mail the Real ID Showed Up at my House even though I clearly stated No I did not want it. I feel extremely frustrated that when a person says No, that a Clerk didn't just Cancel the Transaction, Instead they put it through and disrespected my decision. It's extremely Hurtful and isn't right that the Clerk processed it, even though I said No that I didn't want it. I really Hope they didn't mess things up with the RMV and my Original Drivers License that I like and want to keep as my ID. I

Negative experience: Real ID says it’s supposed to take 10 minutes but took me more than 40 minutes while I was desperate to get back to work. Clerk arbitrarily or intentionally decided to let a an old guy cut me who had come in long after I did. Maybe I sound like a baby but I can’t stand it when I get passed over when I was waiting longer than the other person.

Fantastic experience: Went there today for license renewal and all the people working there were so nice and helpful. Even when I had trouble with one of my documents the lady had a lot of patience and was trying to help me as best she could. Great customer service!

Negative experience: The staff is very unprofessional and lack of knowledge at this place. I got an international driver permit at this location but they did not stamp the vehicle type so when I try to pick up the rental car in Japan I was told the IDP is invalid without the vehicle type stamped. No matter how I argue with the rental car company they are very strict about the stamp. My whole trip was ruined completely. I have to make a lot of modification because I don’t have a car and can only take public transportation. I hope AAA can train employee with better knowledge on issue IDP so it does not impact and ruin other people’s trip.

Negative experience: Worst company I've dealt with in a while, told me they'd arrive in 30 minutes so I waited for an hour outside then got told they were working on another car and I'd have to wait another 2 hours, i have work to go back to i can't keep coming and leaving, this is unacceptable.

Positive experience: Went to get a travel book. I was told that it's done online now; they gave me a flyer with Information to get onsite on computer.

Negative experience: Beyond horrible! Wanted 2.5 hours, none came, none called. Called 3 times, everytime I called "they will be there by x time". Finally called and cancelled and had a friend come assist me after work. Service has slipped over the years. This is what you get for being a loyal customer for 20 plus years. Zero stars AAA

Fantastic experience: I have never been disappointed with AAA. When our car broke down I called them immediately for help. My brother called the highway patrol because we were on an off ramp. They insisted on sending their tow company. They came, hoisted the front end of the car and waited. Triple A sent a map showing they were less than 5 min away. Highway Patrol ordered us to be towed off the road to a safe place that couldn't be seen from the main road. Long story long they charged us $154. When I spoke to the AAA rep. he totally understood and immediately began working on the refund for me. Would I ever drop my membership? Not in this lifetime!!!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful people. I visited to get my MA Real ID as an alternative to going to the DMV. Appointments were more available and the AAA staff were knowledgeable, even calling the DMV directly to clarify a question. Overall a very fast, efficient process and I received my new license in the post from DMV in just over a week.

Negative experience: I went to this location for the passport photos. There was no waiting, but the experience was not impressive. This is not about me looking good or bad on the passport photos. I just don't feel the photos will pass the visa requirements. First of all, their office was not bright enough. I was asked to sit on the chair while he was standing and holding the camera lens at least 1 foot higher than my head. I can see my eyes looking up from the photos and there is a large shadow my neck. The photo quality is not good either. It is not sharp at all, which I believe is due to the poor lighting.

Negative experience: FYI 21 YEAR MEMBER: I have been waiting for a tow for N I N E hours. Request was put in at 5:43 PM yesterday. I have called SIX times, each time no one can ever find my request, then suddenly they “find it”. We don’t have an ETA, no drivers. Now I just spoke to some “supervisor” that states “other people have been waiting in the cold for three days.” Excuse me? Additionally, the snow fall we had FOUR days ago is being blamed for their “call volume”. Just can’t help but believe not only will my vehicle that has been left unattended )with encouragement from AAA) won’t be there by the time I find a way to get it home, but I just had the absolute misfortune to break down in this godforsaken cesspool in the commonwealth. Spend your PLUS MEMERSHIP money elsewhere. “We will tow it, we just don’t know when.”
