Distinctive Beach Rentals- St. Augustine

Fantastic experience: We have stayed at the Sanddollar in Crescent Beach for many years! This condo is our very favorite! We love the decor! It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and it was very clean! We especially love the small patio in the intercostal side with the very comfortable chairs. Of course, the oceanfront deck is amazing! The furniture in the entire unit is so comfortable! We hope to return to this very same unit! Thank you for making it available!

Fantastic experience: My experience over the last year with Distinctive Beach Rentals managing my property in St Augustine Beach ( SeaWinds) has been terrific..We have used other management companies in past but none of them measure up to Distinctive. Fantastic experience: The condo had every possible thing we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. We really appreciated the "hotel quality" linens and towels. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Very well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, just everything we needed. Everything was in excellent working order in the condo. And it was a very large condo with lots of room. We loved the condo and were so pleased!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Unit 5 (E) at Surside Six for 6 nights. Beautiful view, handy walkway right to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. Unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Customer service was very responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at Point Matanzas condos was awesome. The rental process was easy and the condo was very clean, quite. The views from the second story balcony was stunning. I took my morning coffee everyday on the balcony watching the boats going up and down the Mantazas. The pool was very nice and refreshing. I would recommend this condo anytime.

Fantastic experience: Have always loved historic Saint Augustine. With our latest stay being close enough to walk, the trip was even more enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend VTtips of St Augustine. They have a great number of rentals to accommodate your needs.

Fantastic experience: Our family had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, very clean, and very nice. We loved the balconies facing the ocean. There’s plenty of room to gather together or spread out, with 2 living rooms, the balconies/decks, pool area, etc. We are planning to book it again for next year! ❤️

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Wind. The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our party of eight. The pool and deck area were especially nice and secluded by lush tropical vegetation. There is an outdoor shower and plenty of pool seating. Although this house is not beachfront, there are views of the ocean from the upper floor and it is a very short walk to a beautiful, private beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with nice appliances, and the washer and dryer also looked new. There are two nice outdoor areas on each floor with seating for dining. Our only concern would be a fairly steep set of stairs near the kitchen that goes down to the bedroom on the bottom floor--this might be a consideration for the elderly or young children. (There is a detachable gate in available). All in all, we had a great vacation and will most likely rent this house in the future. --J. J., Georgia

Negative experience: Want to ruin your vacation? Go with VTrips! From the false advertising to the complete ineptitude of their customer service, you're sure to absolutely hate every day of your trip. The "V" in "Vtrips" must stand for "very bad"

Negative experience: A friend booked through Airbnb for a big group trip 4th of July weekend. The AC in the house was broken and they did not address the issue, FOR THREE DAYS. We were forced to rent another house, thousands of dollars later, they refuse to refund our stay. Stay away from this company.

Fantastic experience: Nice quiet condo without a ton of people. Windjammer condo. 20 minutes from historic downtown st. Augustine on crescent beach. Very clean and well kept. Large rooms, comfy beds with the two in one room being the more firm. Suggested they put more towels in the room as well as kitchen hand towels as there were none of those. Main balcony was having work doen and unavailiable while we were there but we still used the side balcony. Close to pool, elevator, trash chute and beach access. We recommend kookaburra coffee and seafood kitchen restaurants as well as o'connolys for lunch. About 15 to 20 minutes south is washington oaks park. We recommend it. Go see the gardens and then go across the street to the beach access. No swimming due to rocks but great shells and perfect in the evening for pictures. Lovely place to stay

Fantastic experience: We book yearly with VTrips for a week at Quail Hollow on Butler Beach, FL. They have always been easy to use and responsive in letting us know details for check-in and check-out and have been helpful with any issues that arose during a stay. I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: Great location on the river. The beach access is across street to the LEFT up a bit. It was very quiet and ran into several very nice people. Enjoyed the dock and pool looked awesome wish it was warm enough to swim. We would return but do have a few suggestions. First VRBO we have been to that did not have any small shampoos/conditioners-toiletries. Only one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Also, need to put the coffee pot is grounds not Keurig and there is no dishwasher. Neither bothered us but just so the site is accurate. Check In was a complete breeze as was the Check Out Process! The appearance was as the pictures showed. Both Beds are very comfortable. Of the four of us, a girls getaway, each family has full intent to return. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We are just on our way from a great week. Everything that was listed and shown was accurate. Quick walk or drive to a beautiful beach. Owners did an amazing job of leaving directions for everything from the TV, to the condo rules and maps of where things were . Only thing that we were confused about is that it’s actually a reclining sofa and a single pull out bed rather than a pull out sofa bed. Condo has everything needed for cooking and cleaning while you are there . Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently stayed at Hibiscus D-101 and had a great vacation. The condo is a very good size and convenient to the pool and beach. We had an issue with one of the beds, and maintenance was quick to respond and remedy our issue. I couldn’t have asked for a better response. We will definitely book through V-trips again.

Negative experience: I leased a room for a long weekend. It started ok. The room was small, they advertised ocean view and I guess there was one but not much of one. They give you one set of towels for 3 days. AC broke the second night. Nobody answers the phones, nobody is at the office and you send an email and pray for the best. We ended up leaving and having to pay for another place because they were no help at all and wouldn't give us any kind of a refund.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had an amazing week at 403 Windjammer. The condo is beautifully decorated, was very clean, was well stocked, has an amazing view of the ocean and has a very comfortable owner-suite bed. I highly recommend this unit for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic experience: This property was perfect for our vacation. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The beds were great, the other furniture was nice and very functional for our needs. The parking pass was ready when we entered, and all codes worked flawlessly. All appliances worked, including the washer and dryer. We were very happy with the unit itself! Fully stocked with 4 coffee cups, plates, bowls, glasses...etc. This property had ice, but not some of the items we often find in rentals, such as shampoo, hand soap, salt and pepper, oil for cooking, coffee filters...etc. There is a set of steps from the parking lot to the door, good to know if you have mobility issues. There is no view of the beach from first floor, but it is very close to the walkway to the beach. We appreciated the two beach chairs that were available, left in the laundry room. We had a great experience, and recommend this property to others.

Negative experience: V trips manages a unit in our complex. Their tenants either are unaware of, or disregard, the association rules. They are unresponsive at best.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Ocean Club condos unit N14, which was immaculate and decorated so cute. Coastal and beach without being over the top. We had all the necessities including enough towels, kitchenware, and other linens. There are even some dvds, books, puzzles and games. The binder with local menus was super helpful. This unit is near the property entrance and near the road so there is some road noise but it was not bad. The walk to the beach was easy. We loved that the area is quiet and right on the beach, but still easily accessible to old town St. Augustine and all of the local attractions.

Fantastic experience: Staff was so wonderful to work with. We booked 2 days before our trip as our previous airbnb had been cancelled due to our dog exceeding weight limit. There was no pet weight limit for this unit and it had everything we needed. Any time I had a question, it was answered immediately. My partner, pet, and I had a great time and the walk to the beach was short. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: This house was absolutely amazing! The bedrooms were spacious, everyone had their own bathroom and the views were gorgeous. It was well stocked with everything you could ever need from beach and bath towels, games, puzzles, bikes, beach toys for the kids as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen had every utensil and plenty of dishes and cookware. The dining room table is enormous and seated our large group quite comfortably. We also loved sitting on the various decks with a cool drink and were able to watch the dolphins! In addition to the pool and hot tub, it was just a short walk to the beach. Our family would definitely stay there again!

The lanai running the entire back of the condo was an added plus. It featured seating, TV and lighting. We found the condo complex to be quiet with easy beach access. Negative experience: We drove 6 hours from Georgia with 2 little kids (6 and 4years old). We are from Europe and we live in the US for 1.5 year. My parents visited us for a very first time. We were so happy to start the spring break in St Augustine. Our reservation was valid from 4pm and they canceled it at 4.15. We are shocked how can it even happened and how is it possible that there is no compensation for us or any kind if obligation for the owner to make this kind of situations right. On the other hand if a guest cancels a reservation he has to pay for the whole stay as penalty. It doesn't feel fair, it doesn't feel right. It could never ever happen in Europe since customers have rights and owners have responsibilities. (Even if the owner cancels a reservation, he would find a replacment hotel for us and would call us with the solution.) People should not treat each other this way cause it's really unfair and disgusting even for a business. This situation made me feel that the customer has no rights and companies can do anything to him.

Fantastic experience: Unit was as described and pictured. Short walk to the beach and steps to the unheated pool. Plenty of kitchen amenities if you wanted to cook. Close to restaurants and a short drive to St. Augustine. Unit was clean and in a quiet area. While dogs are not allowed in the unit, there are plenty of them around...but always on leashes. We would return and recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Pounds Cottage was so amazingly 1952! It was perfect—we hope nothing’s ever changed. We had a great giggle while reviewing our check-out instructions:”run the dishwasher “ ;) That dw works just as well as the elbow grease supplied! The dunes were spectacular throughout the huge windows and the surf was ever presently calling to us. Turtles nesting everywhere and come right up in the yard and we viewed them taking many photos & videos without disturbing their work. This place was perfectly preserved and just what we wanted and needed. We will be back! Please don’t update we love Pounds Cottage just the way she is!!

Negative experience: Unscrupulous business practices by a deceptive, manipulating owner. Employees and property owners are coerced into conforming or threatened with litigation if they don't want to rip off customers. Avoid this company at all cost.

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT FROM VTRIPS!!! My family booked a condo for spring break and our friends booked another unit (also through VTrips) at the same complex. Yesterday, less than one week from the date of our arrival, I received this email stating simply that our stay was cancelled and we would be refunded. I called, and they had nothing else that could accommodate us anywhere, despite the fact I was very flexible. I told them we were coming with another family and asked if they were in the same situation; they were unable to tell us due to privacy. The woman I spoke to was very short with me; no empathy or understanding. Thankfully, we were planning to drive due to COVID and hadn't invested hundreds or more in plane tickets. I contacted the family we are going with, and they had received no such email. But their whole vacation was planned around going with us (we had found the place and talked them into going). If we were going to have to go some place completely different very last-minute, they were too. So they called VTrips to cancel. The woman they spoke with (apparently the same one who spoke with me) said it was too late for them to cancel and get a refund. But they are cancelling not because they want to, but because VTrips cancelled on the other half of their party!!! Again, the woman at VTrips was not the slightest bit understanding, empathetic, or helpful with my friend. She just kept stating the contract says they don't get a refund if they cancel now. Again, our friends are only cancelling because VTrips cancelled on us. We are hoping to talk to a manager or someone a bit more reasonable today and get our friends refunded. As it is, it's bad enough to have to scramble to plan a vacation at the very last minute during peak travel season. It's way worse when the company that cancelled on you is being so belligerent. I have never had such horrible customer service. DO NOT RENT FROM VTRIPS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VACATION RUINED!

Negative experience: Have had maintenance issues at the rental property- key code not working upon check in, hot water not working and outlets in all bathrooms not working after rain. You need to call multiple numbers to get anyone to answer and the same answers each time “I’m the only one here”. No one will follow through and return calls. Communication is very poor- even during a pandemic the company never reached out to tell us that the Florida Governor had closed vacation rental properties! We will never use this poorly run company again.

Negative experience: False advertising (cable TV locked and they would not give us the code); they broke Florida Rental Law within our vacation week by appearing at our front door early in the morning without due notice; no smoke detectors in our property (four years over due) when I notified them and asked to be moved to another property they hurried out to put them in before I could report them to the authorities; General manger was rude and the property was an absolute rip off for the money we spent. Unprofessional and tacky hand written notes telling us to save energy; collect mail (illegal); and other excuses for the property etc. The TV pictured had no cable box ... nothing in the bedroom( virtually useless and no cable as advertised). Some one turned the hot water heater off before we got there (also a violation of Florida Rental Law). I discovered that on my on and turned it back on. The Owner is obsessed with "saving energy; although, $2500 plus should have allowed us to use the energy without all the obstacles presented. VRP block ALL bad reviews on their website because they have no integrity. Be sure to read reviews on other websites or you might just have a nightmare vacation just like we did. Be sure to report them to the BBB and Florida Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services.

Negative experience: Had a really truly terrible experience with this rental company. We got a call 20 minutes before check-in, when we were on the way to the property, that we were being relocated due to a hot water issue. The property they relocated us to was absolutely unacceptable. It had clearly not been maintained as it smelled musty and there were dead bugs on all the beds. We called to see if there was anywhere else our large group could stay and the staff assured us this was our only option. The first person we spoke to seemed to be trying to be helpful but after 2 hours back and forth on the phone, we spoke to a supervisor who was rude and very unhelpful. We ended up canceling our reservation and having to scramble to find another rental place on a Friday night. The one good thing they did for us was refund our payment but I will still definitely be telling people not to use this company.

Negative experience: This company tells you one thing and does what ever it wants. Increases rates charges extra fees and changes payment schedule when they want. I do not recommend using this company. My first and last time. I have used VRBO in the past and there is no grey area with them.

Negative experience: Among the worst companies I had the misfortune of dealing with. My family couldn’t go because of a medical situation, and instead of refunding the money, they claimed you have to cancel within 48 hours after booking the rental. No honorable hotel or rental does this. I recommend everyone stay as far away as possible from this organization and find a place that doesn’t stiff people nor make them go through hoops for a legitimate refund.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We travel all over the US and internationally on regular basis and rent properties multiple times a year. We travel to Florida for spring break every year as well and have always been satisfied that properties we have rented have been as described. We are easy to please. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with a rental company and a vacation property. We rented what we thought was a beautiful house with a heated pool and Jett tub in St. Augustine FL through Vacation Rental Pros for spring break. The house is in terrible disrepair, is dirty, unsafe, and the heated pool and jett tub apparently “has had heat disconnected by the owner” and the jets are not working. They did sent their maintenance person who said he thought the pool and Jett tub had been winterized based on how low the water levels were and how dirty the water looked. He was also surprised by the poor condition of the property, took some photos and said he would notify management to send pool people out. Many phone calls, text messages, and emails later over the past 5 days, they have not addressed any concerns, have not repaired anything, and have done nothing to resolve this, or even attempted to recover customer service. All they have done lied and emailed saying that this property is in good condition and that jetted tub and pool work (which they still do not and are so dirty that I would not dare use it even cold). If you do not want to throw your money away and end up gravely disappointed in an uneccaptable situation, please rent elsewhere. There are so many great options out there from Airbnb, Home, VRBO, FlipKey , and so many other quality rental and vacation companies who would love to have your business, who will meet your expectations by renting you safe, clean properties in good conditions and will treat you right.

Fantastic experience: We rented a condo from Vacation Rental Properties in Crescent Beach. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony and the condo was great. The beach was a short distance and also a couple of nice places to eat were just across the street. We would definitely use Steve Milo's Vacation Rental Pros again.

Positive experience: This company is good at providing good prices for vacation rentals. The rental units are just as nice as other rental companies, but usually for a little less. If you are good online and electronically signing rental agreements the savings are worth it.

Negative experience: Their hidden fees add over 40% to the cost of your trip. Pure greed with made up fee names.. Rent directly from an owner, these guys are thieves.

Negative experience: Read their contract before you sign and read the real reviews online before you use these "pros". Their contract prohibits you from posting negative reviews among other real issues.

Fantastic experience: We are really looking forward next month to another week at the Ashley Beach House in Ponte Vedra, FL! Our family of 6 adults has been counting down the days til the beach all year long. We have been vacationing together every year since 1989, and have stayed at St. Simons Island, GA, Fernandina Beach, FL, and for the past four years have been staying at South Ponte Vedra Beach near St. Augustine, FL. Ashley House is by far the best in all the years. It is located at a perfect spot on the beach, with great restaurants and things to do within minutes. The house itself is beautifully furnished and well kept. Vacation Rental Pros is the rental agent and has been easy to work with and responsive to our needs. Fantastic experience: I rented from Vacation Rental Pros, Steve Milo agent, at Hibiscus St. Augustine, unit #203-B. We were very pleased with the ocean front unit and overall landscaping of the grounds. The room was clean and comfortable, and was very pleased with how accommodating this complex was to pets. We brought our lab for first time vacation, and he acclimated to the unit very quickly. We will rent here again and recommend it to our friends. One suggestion I have is to make the unit ID numbers more visible at night. We arrived after dark and had difficulty seeing the unit numbers in the parking lot.

Fantastic experience: We rented the condo at Spanish Trace, #232, for a week and absolutely loved it. The location on the beach was perfect, getting in and out of town was easy, and it was right down the street from our favorite restaurants. A total win win. There was only one minor issue that we encountered that the agency was very quick to deal with. A dead coffee maker that was replaced just a couple hours after we called it in. That is service! The accommodations were very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and the appliances are top-notch. We will definitely be booking our future trips through VRP if they have properties in the areas we travel to.

Positive experience: The condo was almost perfect. There is an excellent view of the golf course and ocean from the very spacious balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and also very spacious. We found it to be very comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and all of the necessary cookware and utensils were available. I would like to have given a higher rating, but during our visit we had an unexpected visitor enter our condo with no prior notice. She entered the condo without even knocking on the door. She said she was there to rate the condo and was unaware it had been rented. I called Vacation Rental Pros and at first I was told they did not send the person out. When I asked if I should call the police, I was told it was one of there representatives. They said the lady made her schedule prior to us renting the condo. Our rental started on Saturday and she intruded our condo on Wednesday. Fortunately everyone was fully dressed, but it scared my daughter half to death. We were uncomfortable the rest of the week.

Fantastic experience: We rented Windjammer 214 from Vacation Rental Pros/Steve Milo in July of 2015. The condo worked out wonderfully for the four of us. Location on the beach and across street from the intercoastal is fabulous. Renting process was fast, easy and convenient. Great!!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Anastasia complex. It was immaculate! The views and beach were great and it was nice to stay in a place where we could cook and hang out as a family. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience: I did extensive research before I finally ended up renting through VRP and I'm glad I did. The process was well documented, everything was emailed to me before I knew I needed it, getting in and out of the property was a breeze even with 2 gates to worry about and the property itself was beautiful, spotless and well-equipped. I will definitely be using VRP next time I need some beach time. :)

Fantastic experience: We rented a lovely studio (see the view!) on Joyner St in St. Augustine. Vacation Rental Pros/Steve Milo were fantastic. It was super easy to book, our place was actually BETTER than the description. We had plenty of room,a lovely balcony to sit on overlooking the most amazing gardens. Our place was quiet, just 2 blocks from the historic district (lots to see, eat and drink) and easy access to major roads. Property owner is onsite and if you see her say hello. She happily tells you about the house, the grounds and the raccoon you will most definitely see that lives in the garden. The gardener is very friendly and gave us some recommendations for places to eat and see. He knows what he is talking about! I may not do St. Augustine again but I will absolutely use Vacation Rental Pros again when I head down south.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I rented a two-bedroom condo at 100 Estero Blvd. (#235) in Ft. Myers Beach through Vacation Rental Pros and Steve Milo. Unit #235 is on the third floor of the last building on this end of the island. Two spacious lanais overlook the beach and Bowditch Park on the point. We found the condo to be clean, comfy, and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-supplied with everything you will need, but the Pink Shell is right next door, a great place to have dinner, and you are also barely a mile from the center of town, and the trolley can get you there easily. We had a small issue with the ceiling fan on the beach front lanai. I made a phone call to Vacation Rental Pros, and a day later the owners themselves were popping in to make the needed repairs! Positive experience: Vacation Rental Pros-Steve Milo and staff are great to work with. This year we stayed at Tradewinds Unit 201. The unit was cute, clean, had ample living space for 5 of us and helped make our spring break a relaxing and fun family vacation. The process of booking is easy and convenient with this company, and the rentals are exactly as they show on the web. I will continue to search VRP first on my next trip.

Positive experience: My experience with Vacation Rental Pros of Ft Myers Beach was great! We rented 212 Palermo Palms. The house was nice and clean. The location couldn't have been better! We spent spring break 2015 there with my youngest and his friends. The pool was great for all! The house was roomy and gave lots of privacy to the kids. There was a couple of down sides to this house for anyone to consider when renting. 1) Floor plan of this home is not for anyone who wants privacy in any of the bedrooms. -The master is great and exceptionally large however it is also the only access to the downstairs living room that exits to the pool. We opted to give our son the master and we took the bedroom off the kitchen, it had a queen size bed so wasn't too bad and a bath off the bedroom but was a Jack and Jill bath with no working lock so we had to make sure everyone knew when it was not ok to enter! The bedroom with bunks is also a thru way to enter the master with no separate entry it is not private. 2) The neighbor was absolutely unfriendly to say it nicely! She called the property management as well as the police on two separate occasions. This was a spring break trip with senior boys.. There is no noise ordnance on the island at this time but we as respectful adults made sure our house was on low after 10pm. She was horrible and came into the backyard with out any permission or announcing herself just to scream at me and our kids at 5pm! Police and vacation property company know of her and apologized for the incident however, if you have teenagers or small children for that matter you may want to look at a different location. We stayed on the island last year off 3rd street and had permanent neighbors there as well with no problems they were extremely nice! A few suggestions for the company - need more cleaning supplies (Swiffer etc) a code lock at the door would work much better than getting the key from the office. It took us 2 1/2 hours to drive back to the house once we picked up the key due to traffic and had to leave the house unlocked most of the time because of so many kids but only 2 keys. Other than these minor details our vacation was wonderful!! Thanks Vacation Rental Pros of Ft Myers Beach for a wonderful job!!! Definitely will rent from this company again however, at a different house!

Fantastic experience: Stayed in St. Augustine Beach for a month. Even though we booked late Vacation Pros were very helpful finding a place for us for just a month Condo clean, spacious, well equipped. close to the beach. When we needed something or had questions Vacation Pros answered immediately. Have booked again for next year

Fantastic experience: Vacation Rental Pros and Steve Milo's team does it again! This was our 3rd stay at Oceania - it is the perfect property and location to kick back and relax or explore Jacksonville. Just a few minutes away from Atlantic Beach Town Center, lots of great places to eat and miles of non-commercialized beaches to walk. The St. Johns Town Center is close also. No matter what you're wanting to do - Oceania is a great location to set up as your base camp or just hang out on the balcony to watch the ocean waves. Thank you for another great stay!!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in unit 1045 at Cinnamon Beach. Mother and Father, Sister and boyfriend, wife and two year old. The condo was spacious, clean, and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and everything worked. Beach was right across the parking lot and the pools were a short walk down the street. Fortunately, we had great weather. The beach was great. Not too crowded and nice and wide. We also used both pools and ate at the on-site grill. I think they are closed in the off-season. We also ate at the Mezzaluna Pizzeria at the European Village a few miles away. The pizza was fantastic and prices were very reasonable. They even had outdoor entertainment which was fun. Everyone loved our stay. We had no problems booking the unit, checking in, or checking out. Already talking about repeating the vacation next summer.

Positive experience: I stayed at the Ocean Village Club for 2 weeks. The unit (A36) was very clean, the shower had great water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay in this unit, again.

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed in Tidelands Sunshine condo unit 1635 for 5 weeks. Although this condo does not have a direct view of the Intercoastal, it does have a lovely view of the pond, water fountain, walking areas, and in the distance one of the pools.From the screened lanai you can watch the grey heron strolling the water's edge, or watch the eagles perched in their favourite tree. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the variety of the many walking paths, the doggie bags provided, and meeting everyone. Tidelands is a quiet gated community that has graciously welcomed us, and we now call many of its' residents friends. Condo 1635 is in need of some updates, but having dealt with VRP for our second visit now, we know that they are indeed pros, and that these issues will be rectified shortly. Swimming every morning for 2 hours at the pristine heated lap pool was a joy after having such a cold winter. We have already booked our 2015 stay for 2 months in the Tidelands Sunshine condo, and we look forward to it immensely.

Fantastic experience: Four of us came to the Palm Coast for the first time and for sure - not our last time!! Because of a glitch with our condo we were given a large house at 23 Ocean Ridge on the Palm Coast. We have to say that Steve Milo and Vacation Rental Pros went out of their way to make our stay a great one. Steve even drove by to check on us. The house on Ocean Ridge is an experience - it's huge with 6 bedroom and 5 1/2 baths. A media room and large kitchen PLUS the pool and spa! We are looking forward to our return next year. Loved the restaurants - the quiet beach (May) and the beautiful weather. Of course we think Mr. Milo must have arranged that for us!! We appreciate Vacation Rental Pros staff for allowing us a wonderful experience as well as the home's owner for allowing us to use his house!

Fantastic experience: We rented a house on Atlantic View Dr. from Steve Milo at Vacation Rental Pros and I have to say it has been my most enjoyable vacation rental ever. The house itself was lovely, architecturally pleasing and the interior was decorated in the best of taste. You know those rentals where there is no salt and pepper and no cooking oil. Not Vacation Rental pros. This place was furnished with high quality cookware (something I have never experienced in a rental), fantastically positioned just off the beach with a path through the dunes to a wonderful white sand beach. Three choices of olive oil, three salt and pepper shakers. I can't say enough great things about the place. And the rental agency was great. They reminded us of garbage pickup day (discreetly, by email), the place was immaculate, they were there to clean when we left. They are super. Will use them again.

Fantastic experience: We spent a month at Yacht Harbor #266. We rented it through Vacation Rental Pros and Steve Milo. I was concerned that the pictures were touched up and we would not find it to be so nice. I was delighted to find it just as advertised. We enjoyed our time there and would rent again. The furnishings were in great condition and very comfortable. We had no need to interact with Steve as all was good. The complex was very nice but be sure your unit has pool privileges. Ours did but there are some owners who do not pay for that and it was a disappointment to a family we talked to. Ours did not include the workout room access so check that out if it is something you want to have. It was not one of our priorities.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in SPYGLASS 36 for Labor Day weekend Sept. 2013.. This was a pleasant, comfortable, affordable condo on the beach with easy access to the property. The pool and beach were a short walk from the condo. Plenty of parking space in the garage. Beach toys were available that have been left by other renters or provided by the owner. A charcoal grill is available for use by renters. This is a very nice condo to stay in for vacation. The staff at Vacation Rental Pros were very helpful and Steve Milo provides a personnel touch that is above and beyond what is provided by other agencies. His hands on approach to detail and handling vacation needs adds an extra touch of class to this service. I highly recommend this agency for your vacation needs.

Fantastic experience: The condo Anastasia 407 was just the right fit for my whole family. There were 8 of us. The kitchen contained all equipment needed. Even the guest bedroom had a view of the ocean. We felt safe with the gated porch area before the front door. It was a great place to store beach items without bringing them into the condo. My only complaint was the blinds were damaged and doors were difficult to open but that happens to metal near the ocean. I would prefer the beach not be a drive on beach, with children I worried about the traffic. The tennis courts and pool were kept clean. The view could not be beat. The beds were not comfortable though. Given our entire vacation experience, I would return to this condo in the future.

Fantastic experience: I booked our most current vacation through VacationRentalPros in St. Augustine Florida. It was everything I hoped it would be. I stayed in condo 1154 and it was clean, close to the beach and convenient to everything. I received a phone called one day while my family and I were out and about just letting us know there would be some maintenance work for about 2 hours. It wasn't necessay to contact us but great they did just to give us a heads up. We had no problem finding the place or getting into the unit, everything was exactly how it was explained in the directions. I would recommend anyone to book their next vacation through Vacation Rental Pros.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I rented from Vacation Rental Pros/Steve Milo and had a wonderful week! We stayed in Quail Hollow, B1 upstairs on the oceanfront. This was great condo for 2 people. It was very clean, loved the decorations, and it was directly oceanfront! My husband has severe arthritis, and this was THE most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! The blue and white decor throughout the condo was so pretty. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Fantastic experience: We had rented the Rainbow's End house in Palm Coast & it was terrible if I have to use one word!! I called VacationRentalPros & they got us into this condo, 231 Cinnamon Beach. Thank you so very much, Jessica who helped us. Praise the Lord!! This is a wonderful place to stay at. It was clean & best of all smelled clean. The beach is only a short walk away. The only drawback was that my husband wasn't able to climb down the steps ( he uses a scooter), so he wasn't able to go to the beach. However the pool was great for him & plenty of space to bring in his scooter. Great also for our little grandchildren since it was a walk-in pool. They also have a 2nd pool. Back to the condo, plenty of space. There were 8 of us with 3 small children & then our 8yr old. We were able to put 2 pack-n-plays in the master bedroom & 1 in the other bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Each TV had it's own CD/DVD player, so it was nice at bedtime, since we put on CDs for the babies. The view was mostly of the golf course, but it was nice. The grounds are kept in excellent condition. We were wanting a house with a pool, but this condo was bigger then a house. It is in a gated-community, so it was nice not having to worry. The codes were easy enough to remember & the guards were very polite. We would most definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: We booked a last-minute Memorial Day weekend stay for myself and my husband, my mother, and our two teenagers. We stayed in Cinnamon Beach unit #965 and were pleased with the whole experience. The condo was clean and well-furnished; the grounds were well-kept; and the beach was accessible and pretty. The property management company, Steve Milo's Vacation Rental Pros, was friendly and responsive. We will highly recommend this to our friends.

Fantastic experience: We rented a condo from Vacation Rental Pros (Steve Milo). The building was Cinnamon Beach Condos, room 141. We had a corner unit with awesome views and only a short and comfortable walk to the beach, gym or 2 pools. Our condo was so spacious and spotless with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and a washer, dryer and a nicely stocked kitchen with every appliance in great condition. Oh yes, and we had a wonderful large lanai. It was very private and only minutes away from a grocery store. I will rent this place for sure when we are in the area again. We did have a problem with the air conditioner and when I called, they were there within 30 minutes but since they needed to order a part, they brought us portable units to make us comfortable. Everyone I spoke to was kind and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: We got to spend our honeymoon at Island House after booking with Steve Milo and Vacation Rental Pros. It was everything we imagined. We had incredible beachfront views and a fully stocked, clean, comfortable condo. We are already planning our next trip back!
