Fantastic experience: My wife is Vietnamese and needed a Schengen visa. After calling several agencies Dokument USA was the only one who would deal with visas for non US residents to Europe. They also made it easier by making all of our reservations for us and telling us the exact documents we needed. This was a big help because most agencies won't help you with making flight and hotel bookings. We worked with Daniel who was attentive and answered all of our questions. He got our appointment within 10 days and we received the visa a short time after that. If we need a visa for myself or my wife in the future I'll be going back to them.

Negative experience: Wow terrible customer service. I called 3 times to see if the notary public was on site and they put me on old and then hung up. Called back and someone who barely speaks English answers and tells me the manager will call me back and hangs up.

Fantastic experience: They sell money orders!!! This is such a rarity in West Hollywood. Weho USPS was out of money orders, our local 711 no longer sells them, and I randomly opened the door of Dokument USA and asked if they sell money orders - and they do! I've lived near this place 30 years and had no idea! There was no wait, the gentleman who helped me was friendly, fast, and the money order cost about the same as USPS. Will def be getting my money orders from here from now on. THANK YOU!

I was trying to request some of this company’s services but after talking to him I’m def not even gonna waste my time in coming and meeting with them. They are in a such bad mood, feels to me like they don’t want to work. If you work in customer service at least be cordial. You’re having a bad day then pl keep it with you and at home nobody deserves to have this kind of interaction. Anyways, I just didn’t like how he spoke to me, and he said 1850 for paperwork ? Lol BIG SiGH back (as I had many of those from Daniel on the phone when I askedquestions I wont recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dokument USA. After calling a few different places to learn a little more about the process, it was a no brainer to go to Dokument USA. I was advised of every step, no hidden costs, no waiting around. The other places had representatives that were unable to answer basic questions nor were they open during normal business hours...you had to make an appointment. After walking in without an appointment, Daniel handled everything for me, from typing up the form for me, to securing a timely interview at a Post Office. Sure the price is a bit steep, but I received my son's passport within the 7 days promised and without a single hassle - it was worth it, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Terrible place to pick up a FedEx package. These people make you feel like they’re doing you a favor for doing their job. I forgot my ID and I understood they couldn’t release my package without it so I went back to get it. Not only did they yell at me for not bringing my ID when I already said I’d go get it, the lady then couldn’t figure out their own fedex machine for which I waited a long time and when I asked one of the other ladies what the hold up was, she yelled at me and listed all the other things she had to do and how she didn’t have time to look into it. For an office that makes money off of me getting my package delivered there, they sure made me feel terrible. I will be sure to report them to FedEx HQ.
