Negative experience: The service was pretty slow when it came to asking questions and getting responses back. The booking for the flight was quite straightforward and thankfully there were no issues on my end; however, the main issue occurred when it came to getting notifications on the changes to the flight. I had to find out through another person that the flights changed and I wasn't even notified until the week before and I had to change my schedule completely to work around it. Customer service took quite some time to respond back when I had initial problems as well but even then it had me quite stressed to say the least. I probably wouldn't book tickets from here again. Edit: literally missed the first leg of my trip since they did not set my confirmations with the airlines which I had to call. Also was never given a confirmation code for the flight being changed so I was held back at the airport if it weren't for the airline helping me get a flight connecting to my destination. Now might as well fight for my life getting back home round trip since I genuinely do not know why their customer service has been extra slow and unresponsive. Would not recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: I am giving them a one because the stars cannot go any lower. Flyus booked me with a trip where the first flight left after my second one. We cancelled the trip and were told we would be receiving a refund in 7-60 business days. It has been two months and I still have not received my refund. (It says the amount was refunded on their website but IT WAS NOT) Mind you, the amount was substantial. Every-time I call them they tell me to call the airlines that I was flying with to issue the refund but the whole point of going through a third party provider is that they manage the communications between the airlines and you. Please give me my money back Flyus.

Negative experience: ***BEWARE*** Actual real life criminals. This company booked my flight, sent me a confirmation number, then NINE minutes later emailed me to say the price had gone up by $12.00 and my flight was not actually booked and I had to go confirm the new fare. I went and confirmed immediately. I then get an email at ONE IN THE MORNING (three full hours later) saying that the fare had gone up by $5.00 and my flight was not actually booked and I had to go confirm the new fare. When I tried to confirm, it said that my flight was on hold and I had to contact support. They then told me that the flight had gone up over $300 overnight because I didn't confirm the new price at one am. They refused to honor their original price and claimed it was the airlines fault and they had to run the prices by the airline. I told them they shouldn't be advertising them at the price they were then and demanded to speak to their boss and I was hung up on. Don't send out CONFIRMATION numbers if the flight is not CONFIRMED. Regardless of your fine print, that is unethical at best. I literally booked my flight in SECONDS on expedia without price changes or anything of the sort. Edit: how do you not see the HUNDREDS of 1-star reviews on here complaining about the same thing, calling you a scam website and still claim to be right? Actually idiotic behavior.

Negative experience: This was a horrible experience. Our flight was changed so our first flight took off after our next flight. They do not have any help center for calls and require all online changes. You are lucky if they respond back within 48 hours with a change or cancellation request and then they have crazy fees even if it is their fault. Do NOT use them for booking anything.

Negative experience: Booked three trips with flyus. All three resulted in an email confirmation with confirmation code, followed shortly after by emails saying the purchase was rejected. Was on hold with customer service for 20 minutes without being able to talk to anyone.

Negative experience: Beware, scam company. Just give a try and call them, no one will ever answer your phone. All the publish prices are scam. After you submit your information, they will send you an email that the price has increased and they ask you to pay more. There is no customer service either by phone or email. Negative experience: I would put 0 stars, but then i can't leave a review, so I'll give the one star to the fact that it's not difficult to get a hold of a representative. I booked a trip with 2 tickets a while back, and i clicked a $19.99 add on option per ticket for refundable booking, It showed some emergency options but i did not think they would be so rigid and impossible about it. A few weeks ago i tried to cancel my trip because i was sensing some instability from my work and i decided i needed to stay home incase anything happened, when i tried to cancel it said something about them not accepting my cancellation request and that it needs to be within 48 hours of the trip and proof of emergency. I was supposed to leave yesterday, on Thursday, but on Monday the 15th i recieved an email from my work saying that i was laid off, which i expected to happen so i went back to the cancellation request within the 48 hour mark of my trip and then it was saying that im too close to my trip to make any changes so i need to speak with someone who then emailed me fill out a refund form, i clicked on the "workplace reduncancy" which was one of their options for an emergency situation. It asked for proof of redundancy and how long ive worked there, i was with the company just under a year and i sent a screenshot of the email from my employer. I then recieved an email back from flyus requesting i get a signed letter from my manager explaining that i was let go. what the hell?! I was not on good terms with the manager and i still am hoping they could give me a good reference in the future, so the last thing i want to do is bother them some more by asking them to write a letter to a travel site??? I then got another email from flyus by one of their agents or whatever Sara, who said i was not eligible for a refund because i was employed less than a year. is this a joke? why are they making it so difficult with so many ridiculous loop holes. i paid the $20 refund fee ($40 total) and supplied a reason for my cancellation with photo evidence. They are thieves. I'm sure this site make thousands of dollars every day and it's not the end of the world or the company if someone cancels their trip, I dont know what my future holds currently but i could really use that $305 back that i paid for my current livelihood. They dont realize how infuriating it is to not only have to cancel a trip due to daunting circumstances but and then you cant even get your money back unless its a very specific reason. It makes people never want to use their services again, which makes them actually loose money because if they helped people out, then those people will return again and again and book all their future flights through them. but knowing if a emergency were to occur, i wont put myself at that risk again. dont use flyus!!!

Negative experience: I was charged $50 because Alaska Air changed one of the legs of my flight, which resulted in a change in my flight. This change was not initiated by me, it resulted in a longer layover. The rude lady at Flyus informed me that was stated in their policies. This is a very shady company with an extremely low rating. After all the hidden additional fees, I could have done much better booking directly with the airline company.

Negative experience: Bought a round trip flight. Needed to change flight back. Requested change online 20 days before the flight. Website said it could take up to a week to hear back. Called them 10 days before, left message asking them to respond. They finally responded via email at 3 am the day I was supposed to leave, my bags were already packed, already had booked a ride to the airport assuming they weren't going to respond (site said if less than 48 hours before a flight I'd have to make changes with airline directly, so no reason to think they'd respond). Didn't even see the email until already at the airport. Paid an extra hundred dollars for easy rebooking. Absolute scam. Filed complaints with BBB and Florida AG office. This company will never receive my business again.
Negative experience: Do not use this company for booking! It is DOT policy for all US domestic flights that when you buy tickets, you can get them fully refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. Like, a law. So I thought that would apply here...? But when I tried to cancel a booking within a few hours of making it, they said they couldn't issue a refund, because my tickets were discounted. I'm not sure about the legality of that, but I have never had problems before doing this with other companies. By not disclosing their policy, I think that they were disenfranchising customers and just being very dishonest. Also, the website is very unprofessionally made, buggy, and tries to force you to buy all sorts of add-ons. I should have known just from the site that it would be a mistake to book with them. :( So don't do it! Don't use Flyus!!!

Negative experience: Do not book through this flight. Our flight was canceled and switched to a flight departing from another airport. They did not notify me. When I eventually found out I called to ask about switching instead to another flight at the original airport they tacked on a $100 change fee. For a flight that was cancelled!
Negative experience: Terrible. If your flight gets delayed and you need a rebooking they will not handle it effectively. I was charged a massive fee and then booked on a different flight from what I agreed to. They are hard to reach and I was hung up on multiple times when calling to try and confirm the initial rebooking before they put me on a completely different date from what I agreed to. They will not refund you when they mess your booking up either.

Negative experience: I went through everything in purchasing tickets and confirmation, everything seemed well and fine. However, in continuing use I could not get in contact with anyone save once. I put in a change request and 2 MONTHS LATER they got back to me and they seemed fairly helpful to go through and change everything BUT... they didn't get back to me again until I had already gone through the Airline and was AT MY DESTINATION! Now I want to extend my stay and can't get a hold of them still. There was a change/cancellation notification and they told me to call a different and specific number and I STILL COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE! What a shameful customer service and business. Also, the website is not navigational. DO NOT USE FLYUS TO PURCHASE INTERNATIONAL TICKETS!

Negative experience: It is a pain to change or cancel flights with them. Usually on hold before anyone answers the phone at least for 30 minutes. Also any changes or cancellation needs to be requested online first before they take you seriously. Then, they take up to 72hours to contact the airline before providing how much it would cost to you. They charged ridiculous fees just to make changes or cancel. Not only you pay fees to Flyus but the airlines will charge another fee too. It is not worth to save a few bucks to book a flight through them. The airlines Scandinavian airlines in this case said they can't do anything. All changes needs to go through Flyus. I would rather book directly with the airlines. I never had this much difficulty with another online travel agency. This reminds me of the old days where you are at the mercy of the travel agent to decide what you can do. Overall very frustrating experience. I would never use Flyus again for any of my travel needs.

I booked my flight and went to bed, woke up to an email that I owed them more money if I wanted to book finish booking the flight. I didn't pay them the money and they canceled my booking. I tried to book a flight with them and after I clicked 'Book' it said that the booking couldn't be completed because the price had changed. I didn't accept the new price and just closed the page. Later I saw on my credit card statement that they charged me TWICE, for the NEW PRICE! I tried to get in contact with them for days, emailing them, calling them, nothing. They never answer the phone and never email you back. The only way to get the money back was doing it through my bank. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: This is a fraud. I booked a ticket last week on their website and they told me on the next day that the price was changed. I looked at my bank account and found TWO charges for the new (and higher) price WITHOUT my consent. This is insane. I checked a few other websites and none of them would do that. All other websites would inform me the ticket price has changed and ask explicitly whether I still want it. Now it's been more than a week and there's still no refund. RUN AWAY!!
Negative experience: This company is a total joke. They couldn’t honor the price that I reserved my tickets at and then when I put up a bad review, they had “trust pilot” take it down. I’ll keep putting reviews back up to warn other customers not to book your flights through this company.
Negative experience: Zero - one star is too much. They will steal money from you. They will never answer your phone. I wasted about US$170 in 5 minutes only because I paid premium for 24 hour free cancellation. It is a JOKE and SCAM. Don't even click the button to explore their website. Unless Google Flight showed its name, I would never know this stupid website. Better to ignore this suspicious website.
Negative experience: I just booked my international flight based on Google flight recommendation. but after 4 hours they still haven't send me any confirmation despite i called the customer service multiple times with termination automatically. The manage booking website doesn't function at all. There is no customer service at all with this website. DO NOT trusted, even you see the high rating cause they force you the rating before book the flight.

Negative experience: Zero customer support. If you need to contact them, you can't. I am overseas, need to change my return flights, and can't get a hold of them. I've filed change requests on their website, and have had no response. Call their customer support phone number, and there is a message "all representatives are busy," and no option to leave a message. I would never book with them again.

Negative experience: My flight is scheduled for november. I received notification that the flight was cancelled from the airline on 9/24. I attempted to call FlyUs on 9/25, and was not able to speak to anyone. I filled out the contact form on their website and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. It is now 3 days later, and I have still not received a response. I attempted to call in again today, and was again unable to get through to anyone. They won't even let me wait on hold - it just plays a recording for a couple of minutes, then hangs up on me. Filled out another contact form on their site, and received another canned "we'll get back to you in 48 hours" message. I doubt it... UPDATE 10/1/22 - still no response from Flyus

Negative experience: I booked an international flight for my wife and I totaling $2,000 a year ago. The flight was canceled due to covid and I still haven’t heard back from them about my refund. I’ve called 50+ times and waited over an hour each time, only for the call to drop. I’m currently on hold and have been for the last 56 minutes. I had to pay $200 more to have them investigate the refund and still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: They helped me when i called explainig me that the fare increase email that i received is due to the airline changing the price at the check out and does not have anythyng to do with Flyus beeing out of their control. After the agent explained everythig i accepted the new price and my ticket was issued in less than 45 minutes and i received the confirmation over the email as i has been told. I encourage everybody to give them a call they are bussier than usual and may take longer to find somebody but once you will they explain everything
Positive experience: I received an email that my reservation could not be issued due to a fare error and if i need help to contact their number. I called them and waited a little until an agent was aviable to take my call. He explained to me that the quoted price was not honored by the airline told me thst is out of their control he assured me i was not charged for the booking that was not issued and then charge that i see pending it will drop in 24 to 48h. He also offered me assistance in cresfing a new booking. Im content with the help and explanations that i received.

Negative experience: SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! their site crashed during the purchase and i tried again and ended up being sold 2 tickets. Called to cancel one and was told it was not their fault and my ticket was not fully refundable, out of 1600, i was offered $407. after months fighting with them and my CC company, i was advised to accept their partial refund of $407, and this was September 2021. We are in March 28, 2022 and they still have not sent me my refund, and when i call i keep getting told that the Airline is at fault and that i need to give them another 30 days. THIS IS A SCAM. ITS 6 MONTHS LATER AND THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY.
Negative experience: I wish there was a score lower than 1 on this rating scale. I was searching for a flight last May through Google Flights and this service popped up as the lowest flight. I was flying roundtrip from Chicago to Sydney and spent around $1,000, which in unheard of! About a month before my flight the airline changed one of my flights on the return trip, but didn't update my connecting flight. I found out 3 hours before my flight was to take off. I had to rush to book a separate one way flight back home for $1,500! I tried for 10 days to get in touch with their customer service until I heard back. Their response - they weren't liable for airline changes, even though they were the ones who brokered the whole itinerary. I was only able to receive a refund for the flight I was unable to take home, but I still over spent and will NEVER use this company again. Google needs to rethink their partnerships and you should consider booking directly with airlines.
Negative experience: I had an international Brazil trip planned as a little break from being a teacher. This company ruined it COMPLETELY as I was not able to fly at all. The saddest thing was that they did not once assume responsibility. They even went on to suggest I wouldn't get a refund because I'd be a no-show even though they never issued me a ticket. Negative experience: I purchased two tickets from US to Europe because of the low price that was shown on my confirmation page and received an email with a totally different price. The tickets I THOUGHT I purchased was shown as $1575.22 for two tickets on the confirmation page and then I received an email stating $2362.94 was being charged. This company is a scam and I would not recommend anyone booking flights through them. Customer support is also useless. I’ve emailed and called multiple times and yet have to hear from them.
Negative experience: This is the WORST company in the world. I had a flight to Berlin, which had a stopover in Copenhagen. The second flight (from Copenhagen to Berlin) was cancelled and the airline gave a full refund. However, Flyus.com made me pay a cancellation fee of almost half the charge, which I have never been able to get back. Disgraceful

Negative experience: Horrible company. It’s a total scam. Booked my tickets and everything was fine, the booking was confirmed and then hours later they sent me an email saying that my credit card was denied and (by the way) the airline had raised the price minutes before I booked the ticket. What a joke. Also, when I booked it said on the website that the checked bag was included but when I got the confirmation email it said it was not. Never again with Flyus.
Fantastic experience: Well, not to brag but their customer service is great! You can be a VIP by just buying Premium or Ultra package because you can jump on a very long queue when you call them. Great value too for affordable tickets.

Negative experience: They have no customer support line that is functioning. You have to email them multiple times to get a response. My flight time changed and I had to make an adjustment through them, do not put your travel plans at the mercy of these people. After the flight I've tried to contact them to get a copy of the ticket that shows the fare class so that I can get my miles credited. They are not responding. Always check the reviews of the ticket issuer before you buy through aggregator sites!

Negative experience: I emailed them over two weeks ago (which is the only way to change or refund your flight is to request it through their website) and they have not responded. My flight is in 3 weeks and they have not contacted me at all about it. I am currently on hold on the phone for a representative and I’ve been on hold for over an hour!!!
Negative experience: It takes 10x longer to make any changes/cancellations vs purchasing directly with the airlines The people on the phone can't actually make any changes or cancellations. They will simply give you information which is already on your reservation. When you put in a request online, it takes 1 to 7 days to make any changes to your reservation. (Whereas I could have called the airline or made changes online immediately if I'd have booked directly with the airline) There's really no reason you should book with flyus.com. Just book directly with the airline. The prices are the same, and the customer service is 10x better directly with the airline.

I called the airline (Qatar airline) I was told that since I booked with an agency I should call the agency. I wanted to change my return date. So I did it online as requested, it’s over 3 weeks , no response. I have called several times they put me on hold for over 40 minutes and never called back. Close down this business if you can’t get your act right.I would have given a no star if it was possible.

Negative experience: I am at a loss for words. I cannot wrap my brain around the business practices of this company. They are a 3rd-party online travel website. I was directed to this site from kayak.com, an aggregate travel site that has existed for some time. The Flyus website offered the best-priced option compared to other sites, including the airlines' sites. It seemed to good to be true. It was. I should have trusted my instincts. I didn't. I booked through this site. After the booking, I received several emails that appeared to be confirmations. On my own, I proactively went to "Manage My Booking," and to my surprise, my primary flight (international flight) no longer existed. My problems were only beginning. I began to call the "24/7 Support" phone number. Each time I tried calling, I received an automatic message that call volume was too high, and because the wait time would be over 30 minutes, I would have to call back. I would then be disconnected. This happened over and over and over and over. Then, somewhat miraculously, I made it past the "over-30-hold-time" message. I was placed on hold with the typical horrific elevator music playing. I waited for over an hour. Then, out of nowhere, the same "over-30-minute-hold-time" message came on ... and I was abruptly disconnected. Frustration level 10 out of 10. This is not worth the few dollars I might have saved. I have sent 5 different online/email inquiries to the company trying to determine what options are left. No response as of the time of this writing. Update: A customer service supervisor has connected with me via email and telephone. She indicated a commitment towards future communication and to find an alternate flight ASAP. I will revisit this review as everything plays out. There is some hope. Update #2: After approximately one week, it was determined that no viable alternate flight (unless I wanted spend another $1500) could be found using my Flyus booking. I have requested a full refund. Flyus indicated a full refund would be processed in the next 60(!) days. In 10 minutes, using momondo.com, I found a replacement flight that cost virtually the same amount as the original Flyus booking. I booked directly with the airline. Lesson learned.

Negative experience: Never ever ever use Flyus.com. I'm serious- anyone looking at this review. DONT DO IT. Not even to save a few bucks. Terrible company, worse customer service and they will take your money and run. Flyus is in the business of absolutely "stealing" money from their customers. Me and my fiancé booked flights in September of 2020 for a June 2021 honeymoon. As it began to draw nearer we saw how the covid pandemic seemed too variable and the countries we were flying to would not allow us into the country. We inquired with the company which we then were told to reschedule or cancel, we would be charged 250$ per ticket (2). We began to come to terms with this being the only option even thought this is completely taking advantage of customers in a pandemic. We are not even allowed to go to the countries where the tickets were booked. I checked with the airline directly and they are more than happy to give full credits for rescheduling vacations that are valid for 3 years from voucher issuance. This would be free. Flyus was not so helpful. We requested a quote for cancellation/reschedule (this also coats 25$ per person) and we were quoted $500 for the two $250 cancellation charges (they say it's administrative costs) and then $200 per person on top of that for the airline fees(How is that possible of the airline said it would be free?). All in with other bogus fees and taxes it would cost over $1000 for flyus to "help" where it would be 0$ of we booked directly. Also we would have to reuse the remaining "credit" within a year of the original booking date which was back in september. Flyus is absolutely disgusting and have policies completely differing from the airlines themselves. I have tried emailing and calling various times to only wait for HOURS. Not only would I wait for that long but the I would just be put to voicemail. I will NEVER do business with flyus ever again. Its so shameful to take advantage of people this way, and we are even in a pandemic. Where did respect go?
Negative experience: SHOULD BE ZERO REVIEW I wanted to review this company and couldn't find any online reviews presence even though they have been in business for over 10 year. I recently purchased two business class tickets from them. We made changes to our itinerary with the airline and not FLYUS.com. FLYUS.com will not pickup and phones (and they are blaming it on COVID 19). All FLYUS.com change have to be made online only. When we re-booked with FLYUS.com they wanted to charge and extra $2000 per ticket. So we declined their quote. They wanted to charge $500 administrative fee BUT at the same time they said that Turkish airlines will not refund the ticket. price. We had told Turkish airlines 3 days before the flight to cancel the reservation and we were NOT not show either. Our ticket is a business class refundable ticket with a $400 cancellation fee per ticket. When we talked to the airline they said that we could cancel our ticket via FLYUS.com since se initially booked it thought them. Hence the bottom line is not to use FLYUS.com in the future. You should deal with the airline directly. On top of that, nowhere did it say that the ticket was non-refundable when the same ticket is refundable with the airline. I am attaching some pictures as proof.

Negative experience: Scam!! Avoid this company!! Our flight to Europe was canceled due to COVID-19. They had booked through British Airways and British Airways refunded 100% of our money. Then Fly Us charged us $100 per ticket administrative fee for the cancellation. Excuse me we book a service through you and by no fault of ours you cannot provide the service yet you charge us $200. This company should not be a business.

Wrote several emails regarding a refund for a flight cancelled by the airline and did not receive any response. Zero customer service, literally!
