Maria International Travel was founded by Maria de Lourdes Arzola, an immigrant born and raised in rural Durango, Mexico. We have a proud 20+ year history of serving the Latino community of Detroit. More than just a travel agency, we offer legal services such as translations, foreign vehicle legalization, and shipping services to Latin America as well. Despite the economic turmoil this nation, and particularly Detroit, have suffered during our history as a business, we have endured. This is all thanks to our loyal clients, and the relentless determination of Detroiters to get ahead, despite insurmountable obstacles.

Negative experience: Horrible servicio! Solo quieren tu dinero. Cancelaron nuestros boletos de avión sin avisaron, y pidieron el rembolso. No nos regresaron el dinero, y los tuvimos que comprar los boletos de nuevo en el aeropuerto. Horrible service!! They only want your money. They canceled our plane tickets without telling us, and they asked for reimbursement. We never got our money back, and we had to rebuy them at the airport.

Ante todo, lamento que su experiencia no haya coincidido con sus expectativas. Desafortunadamente en esta instancia no pudimos hacer nada. Hablamos directamente con la aerolínea y nos comentaron que no se le cobro un nuevo boleto pero que debido a que no llego a tiempo para hacer el check-in le cobraron por cambiarla de vuelo. Desafortunadamente en esta instancia no hay nada que podamos hacer pero si le recordamos que para vuelos internacionales pedimos que lleguen 3 horas antes. Sin embargo, sentimos mucho que no pudimos hacer más por usted y si hay alguna manera de ganar su negocio, por favor hágame saber.
