Negative experience: Has to be the worst website ever. Constantly have to change password. Cant go to any other site while you are on the app or it will log you out and you have to start all over again. It’s ridiculous and frustrating. Do better for your crews

Negative experience: For airline crews flying Non-rev I cannot recommend ID90 for hotel reservations. They require a cancellation of up to five days in advance for any refund on your stay. I understand that this is their policy, and they have to abide by it. However, my wife and I booked an international trip with the intent of non-revving. I saw that the loads were unfavorable and tried to cancel our reservation three days prior to check in. ID90 explained that they could not offer a refund, despite the hotel having no penalties for cancellation. We ended up having to pay the full amount for the stay, despite never checking in to the hotel. The cheaper prices are not worth the risks associated with not making the flight while non-revving and being on the hook for the whole price of the stay.

Negative experience: My sister and I had an emergency and contacted this company immediately to please modify our date with an hotel. It’s been one week of communicating with different representatives with no resolution. The sad part is the hotel “TRS” said they are open to modify but haven’t heard from ID90. Reading reviews on here further confirms we are not the first. At ID90 please rectify this. Your representative keeps insisting we need an approval from the hotel. However, the hotel clearing stated in an email that they are open to modify. (We have screen shots). I do not want to upload emails on here, I will appreciate if a manager looks into this. Thank you.

Negative experience: I was supposed to receive a $150.00 on-board -credit for my cruise. Since we booked 2 days prior to the cruise leaving, the credit was not able to be sent to the cruise line. ID90 Travel stated they would add the $150 to our account to use in the future. When I went to use the credit they told me it expired. There was never any mention of an expiration date from them. They now refuse to honor their word. This company does not care about the customer or their business integrity! Just getting a manager to respond takes weeks. Horrible company!

Negative experience: ID90 sells Hotel packages but when the included ground transportation fails, ID90 will not take any responsibility and will only point you to the Mexican Hotel to get refunded for the Ground Transportation. Poor customer service at ID90. Good to know there are other options

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I live in Canada, booked a hotel within canada, and received a confirmation email for $192.08. My bank statement shows a charge for $276.96. They claim they use USD, yet do not state that anywhere. I wouldn't have booked the dive hotel if I knew it was $277 a night. They have zero customer service skills. Used a trusted site and stay away from these people!!

Negative experience: Please Don't Use ID90. They will screw you over. I Booked a Hotel for 3 Nights and I got to the Hotel The guy at the Front Desk told me that I don't have a Reservation. It happened to me Twice. You can't get a Hold of Anybody to Help. Book Straight thru the Hotel or Use a Site that has 24 Hours Customer Service. Negative experience: I can’t even say the worst customer service because it’s just non existent. Called every hour for 24 hours sent emails because of a trip emergency and no answer. The hotel was willing to accommodate changes but the 3rd party needed to do it but we couldn’t get in contact with anyone to make these changes. DO NOT RECOMMEND using this site. Do your self a favor call the hotel ask to honor the price the(usually will) that way you aren’t scammed out of money and can easily modify your reservation

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. They screwed up my email and didn't use my Mariner ID when booking so I had no confirmation and couldn't even find my cruise when I logged into Holland America account (as they created a new account which I couldn't access). They did not inform me that my Stockperks would not be valid and so I lost out on $100usd online cruise credits, and the "savings" was only a few bucks. Do not recommend. Will never use again.

Negative experience: ID90 are THIEVES! I used them to rent a car last week. When I got to the desk to pickup my car, I was told my credit card wasn't accepted and I couldn't pickup vehicle. The rental company told me since I didn't pick it up at no fault of my own, they would request a refund. I called ID90 and was told I wouldn't and couldn't get a refund due to the rental car companies 'policies'. They wouldn't put a manager on the phone and gave me a very difficult time. I submitted screenshots, missed work, and was not helped whatsoever. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! They are thieves and now I must lawyer up to get results. Which is more time and headache that will be experienced. Please do yourself a favor and avoid renting vehicles from ID90

Negative experience: We had booked another hotel with a refund policy. We cancelled the reservation well ahead of the date. When we contacted ID90 they tried to tell us it was used. They told us to contact the hotel. We did and they said we never stayed there and have no record of us period. We told ID90 this then they wanted us to call the hotel to explain what happened. The hotel said they couldn’t because we were never there. Round and round we go with ID90. Days and I would say 15 or more calls we got no where. So my wife leaves a review, negative, about ID90. That got their attention. They then admitted it was their error. So guess what. They refunded our deposit followed by a threat. We either change our review or they will escalate. Before we could even say they finally came through and though it took a while they blocked us. Fine. We can no longer access their site. There are other company’s to deal with. Leave an honest review at your own peril seems to be the way they do business.

Negative experience: DO NOT use this company. We used ID90 to book and pre-paid for a rental car. They processed our payment but unbeknownst to us they farmed it out to another company called Car Trawler. When we got to the rental counter in Florida they said they needed a credit card in my wife’s name since she had done the online form. We only have one credit card ( in my name) but they would not change the reservation to my name, nor would they accept her visa debit card. Zero flexibility to accommodate us. Stranded my family (3 small girls) in Florida. But what’s WORSE is they have now refused to refund us. They feel they should KEEP our money even though they have provided no product or service. This company is unethical and uses shady business practices and partners. BUYER BEWARE.

After this we booked another hotel with them. When the reservation came up it was a different hotel in a different location. I am not impressed.

Negative experience: My reservations October 27-30 2022 at the La Casa 2801 N Monroe Street was deployable. The front desk representative agreed the place was horrible, a total mess. The curtains half hanged with holds, the lights on the lamps did not work, the bathtub looked as though mud was rinsed, the bed needed a mattress, the carpet was worn, dirty, and an awful scent. I decided not to stay and I am yet to receive my refund from ID90.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost!!!!!! It’s not worth booking with them! I booked a trip to NYC 6 months in Advance. When we got there, we had no reservations in the system. I had a confirmation & everything. Turns out whoever booked my stay used the European system & had the month & dates backwards. I was a no show in July when my my stay was for October! I had to book another hotel on the spot, it was a rainy, cold evening in NYC with 2 kids walking to our new hotel. Icing on the cake? They wanted to offer me a 15% accommodation to my stress! A freakn JOKE!!!!!! Please stay away from these people. Kate is the supervisor & useless!

Negative experience: I'd give ID90 no stars, but I couldn't post. They are very impersonal with reference to any minute changes in itinerary-attempted within 24 hours of making reservation. They have a room tax fee higher than the hotel lodging fee I was charged ($60 vs $40 per day), so that's an additional $100 on top of daily rate. Customer service via phone or email was simply unsatisfactory and lacking any consideration for circumstances. I would never use this company again, left more than a bad tase in my mouth.

Negative experience: Non-existing customer service. They don't return emails, keep you on hold indefinitely if you call, and never return calls. If you use them make sure to pay with a credit card with fraud insurance in case you have to ask for charge back.......what a horrible company to do business with, makes the travel experience a Fkn nightmare. Fantastic experience: ID-90 CAME TO MY RESCUE -- A few days ago I used ID-90 Travel to book a room in Waikiki in December of this year. Through my own carelessness I inadvertently reserved an "Accessible" room for the hearing impaired and with a "Waikiki" view rather than an ocean view. The booking was also "nonrefundable." My wife and I are not disabled and neither are we hearing impaired (though my wife accuses me of that on occasion). Apparently, the screen had defaulted to this "Accessible" room. I thought that when I clicked on a button to reserve a room it would take me to a screen where I could choose the kind of room I wanted. My mistake. I contacted ID-90 to tell them about my mistake. I needed to cancel a "nonrefundable" reservation and reserve an ocean view. I feared going in that this might be a problem because of the "nonrefundable" nature of my booking. But, I preferred to think that something COULD be done because it was not as if I wanted to cancel my reservation and get a refund. No, I was, in effect, asking to "upgrade" my room. I was willing to pay more than what my initial booking cost for a new reservation for the same dates for an upgraded room. To make a long story short, it seems that ID-90's Ann went to bat for me and went through a rather complicated and time-consuming process to help me out. It took a few days but she sent me the good news. My initial reservation was cancelled and I was able to do a new reservation for the same dates in a room looking out to the ocean. NICE! Thank you, ID-90 and Ann! MAHALO!

Negative experience: Avoid it. I had a paid for hotel reservation. Received my booking confirmation on the same day. A week later (2 days) before my stay I receive a second confirmation email but this time my hotel is different?? It's a downgrade and in different location of the city. I thought this must be a mistake. Called customer service and the answer I got " yes it's different, you still have few hours to cancel it for a refund though " really ? So I should make a new booking and suffer the higher fare prices for a mistake you made? Never seen that before. Horrible experience.

Negative experience: There are some good deals on hotels, but wow the customer service is terrible. I've been using them for years and never needed to contact customer service until now, and I've discovered that there basically is no customer service. There was an error on my booking and I needed to make a simple correction. I've been calling all day, left a voicemail, sent an email, and no response. This is time-sensitive so it's very frustrating. The hotel won't help because I booked through a third party. I think this will be my last time using ID90. If you need help, you're on your own.

Negative experience: PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!! ESPECIALLY -with the app crashed while I was making a booking, and I didn’t have a chance to look at it and confirm however a booking went through and they took payment from me and the dates were incorrect. Immediately I called to try and fix the issues and sat on hold for 10 minutes just to be told to leave my info and they’d call me back. I sent an email as well and called a few other numbers through out the day and never once got ahold of anyone. Looks like I’m going to have to eat $140 :)) thanks ID90 last time I’ll ever use this company!

Negative experience: I booked a hotel reservation 3 weeks ago in a foreign country. Upon check in there was an issue with the reservation. The Hotel asked that I contact my booking agent. I attempted to call ID90 and got no answer ($100+ In international phone bills later). I then have to pay for new reservations which I had already paid ID90. I finally reached the company via email and sent all documents that they requested to resolve the issue. 1-2-3 weeks later still no resolution. The company fails to give any update when they say that they would. I continuously reach out and the only response I receive is “oh we see Matt is dealing with your case, we’ll have him reach out”. Then Matt sends a copy and paste email minutes later saying “thank for your patience we’ll update you soon (never)” . I feel like I’ve been patient for three weeks but this is becoming dragged out and unprofessional. If I didn’t have the extra funds, my family and I would be stranded with no where to sleep in a foreign country. Please resolve this issue!

Negative experience: Don’t use this app! Recently made a reservation for Detroit. Search was for Detroit. After booking location and got to Detroit, we put address in to find hotel, only to realize it was in Canada. We called for 2 days to emergency customer service, left multiple messages to call and sent emails, now 6 days later, still no response. We did not have passports to get into Canada. Hotel said ID90 would have to cancel reservation and they understand, but since it was booked through them we could not do it. You might find a cheaper rate, but don’t expect help if you need it.

Negative experience: BE VERY CAREFUL when booking a hotel through ID90Travel. The rates are good and I even purchased cancellation insurance. Read the fine print! You cannot cancel for any reason like on most booking sites. And I don’t think the booking info was clear about that. I had to cancel my French hotel because there was no train service the day of my booking and despite filling out a comprehensive refund request with two attached documents my refund denied. I am out $115. Flight attendants need flexibility. I advise you to go to Expedia or Booking.com instead.

Negative experience: What an awful experience after booking a cruise through OD90 In the beginning that we held a cruise and then went to pay for it and it didn't come up. I called and left a message and the response was that the cruise is handled by a third party so there's no way to make a payment on a hold. We made another reservation and paid for the cruise. I called a few days later to check on cruise packages and when the person answered they had me on speaker phone, sounded like they were in a bar, and not had not a clue on what I was referring to about cruise.

Fantastic experience: ID90 has given us the opportunity to stay at places that we normally never consider due their price. They do give good discounts and we use them 90% of the time. One centralized place with all the discounts, is what airline people want.

Fantastic experience: Always check out ID90 for the lowest rates! I booked the Sir Francis Drake in downtown San Francisco for an amazing rate. My room was newly remodeled and the staff was fantastic. I saved $70/night from the lowest price on any other site, and paid half the rate of a 2 star motel. I check ID90 for every trip.

Fantastic experience: Always seamless and reliable ID90 got me out of the most remote places and got me home when I desperately needed, BEST price and availability even when car rental companies had no inventory as a walk-in ID90 got me a reservation at the lowest rate. Would not trade ID90 for nothing, I'm a loyal and frequent customer for life.

Fantastic experience: I have booked many stays with ID90, and I find it the best way to find great places for a great price, and conveniently. I usually check ID90 before any other sources. I recently had to work through a cancellation that was totally my mistake, and they were super helpful.
