Fantastic experience: I send packages via Polamer by sea and air. I use this company because they have convenient locations, good prices and efficient, friendly customer service. This year's package arrived undamaged on the expected date. Special thanks to Krystyna for the extremely courteous service.

Negative experience: I've been a customer with Polamer for over 35 years. I recently sent packages to Poland. The staff told me it would take 4-6 weeks (Morskie paczki) to be received in Poland. It ended up taking 10 weeks. I called the office three times within the hour and no one answered. I ended up driving to the location to find 3 people. One lady was sitting on her cell phone, another looking out the window, and the third sitting on the computer. They were obviously too busy to answer the phone... Mount Prospect Polamer is not helpful and does not have good customer service.

Positive experience: I have shipped large boxes twice a year for the past 3 years and they always arrive quickly and in-tact. The staff ALWAYS says it will take 3 months, sometimes longer (as if it's going by raft to "the old country"). My experience is 6 to 8 weeks. Low cost and they will pack things for you. Definitely the way to ship to Poland and Germany.

Negative experience: Dear Polamer Inc. The only reason for this review is because you partner with AEC. I trusted you, Polamer and choosed you to deliver my parcel but instead you picked AEC to do your work and they screwed. My parcel isn't delivered still and AEC is asking me to pay 200$ extra. Are you out of your mind? Who is responsible?

Negative experience: My Polamer experience was absolute disaster. I was told my box would come in two weeks. After four weeks and a few days it finally arrived and there were bunch of items damaged. I would rather recommend Atlantic express service if you ever need to ship things to Europe. I am not using Polamer ever again. I strongly suggest you do the same!
