Negative experience: Took my car in for some service work and the car was running fine. I get the car back and the car is now loud. I had them look at it and all I got at first was I needed new brakes. That had nothing to do with the car noise. I had them look at it again and it appears that part of the exhaust near the front of the car had been smashed. They denied it so I let it go and dealt with it. this past weekend I took it to Tire Discounters to have new tires and an alignment. They called me over to let me know they couldn't align it because the front drivers side looks like it had been bent. Hmmm. That lead me to write this review. The mechanic who did this is no longer there, but that shop is a joke. The only decent people at the car care are the tech guys who work hard and get their job done. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I know I will get a reply about this from them, but I have addressed this with them, and they could care less.

Fantastic experience: Great and fast experience

Negative experience: Called to get a tire price before I brought it in so they got really rude with me out of the gate for not just blindly coming in. Found out why, they charge more than double for worse tires. There are tons of options within 1 mile that will not charge you DOUBLE the price. You owe it to yourself to shop around. If you have AAA you do NOT have to go here, you can go elsewhere and save a fortune.

Positive experience: Aaa send you a coupon for a "free"oil change. You get there and find out that it's NOT FREE. It's in the "fine print". The fine print that they have but you, the customer doesn't.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrid service after 56 years of loyalty as a member ! My husband 1st Called triple A around 6 pm Tuesday they gave a 2 hour estimate. They never came. He called again , another long wait, they never came. My husband called 10 times or more .The reps were rude,kept putting us on hold then hanging up . We called 2 and last time and they were supposed to be coming from Batesville Indiana in next 40 mins they never showed and AAA couldn't get a hold of company bor driver They never gave names of truckers or companies .Always different people, out of tristate reps. So we called again around 1am ,they said a driver would be there in 20 mins.Never came,called again "it will be 30mins" .He called again "could be several hours" He called again and they had that driver estimated again around 40 mins. A tower finally got there around 250 am. We got to Bob summerel at 345 am. Got home at 415am. Found out they had dispatched our call to MARYLAND!! Making matters worse ,we were stranded off a dark highway in Indiana at a closed for 5 hours gas station. The employees left after 10pm. We were still waiting.. for 6 more hours in the dark,in the cold,no food,water,or restrooms. The good Samaritan who helped ,stayed with us all night. He started to get creepy by always insisting to take us home . He wouldn't leave & wanted my daughter to get in his car to get warm with heat. He told us he had been addicted to pills, spent 10 years in prison for selling drugs earlier that night. Finally my husband told him to go home with family( trying not to be mean in case). He left but watched us in next lot with lights on. He had 2 or 3 others with him. Then to make it even more worse ,my daughter and I had to Go to the bathroom in the grass in dark area with truckers and passerbys looking at us. It was a mess , we felt like vagrants. We are all 3 disabled and we're in serious pain from sitting in cramped cold car all night . The pain got worse trying to jump in a huge ford f350 truck and the ride. Home was unbearable. We are worried our knees & backs will need more surgery. My daughter was physically ill as well .my husband just got out of hospital major surgeries ,blood clot removal & cancer removal. Hope he didn't rip out stitches. We will be cancelling our membership after 56 years!!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly folks and they do a great job

Negative experience: Went to them because I was loosing coolant suspected the water pump to be failing. I was told it was not the water pump and I needed a new engine they couldn't even see where the leak had been. Photo attached is obvious signs of water leak from the weep hole on the water pump leaking due to end of life of the pump. They will take care of tires and oil changes for you do not take vehicles to them that have difficult repairs. They will tell you it's something else and they won't handle it.

Fantastic experience: I showed up for my appointment to repair a tire an hour early and they were courteous and repaired the tire promptly. They showed me some additional repairs that I should consider. The waiting area was by far the most pleasant of any automotive center I've ever been to. They have a travel agent center there also and I was able to put together some inquiries for a trip I wanted to make.

Fantastic experience: Had a piece of metal stuck in a tire, had to have it towed to replace the tire.

Fantastic experience: Great place on Cincinnati's Westside to find information about travel, plan trips, make cruise/plane reservations, buy travel items (suitcases, purses, luggage tags, converters, important paper holders, insurance, get car repairs and certification of deposits (something new I learned). The rates were competitive slightly higher than my own bank offers.

Fantastic experience: I've only had full synthetic oil changes there, no major work done yet but its extremely great so far. I definitely recommend getting work done and if you're a AAA member you get 10 to 15 % off.

Fantastic experience: I am handicapped and while I was getting out of the car to go into the lobby, a woman came out of the store to assist me into the store then preceded to help me renew my membership. The employee was very kind very helpful in assisting me and went above in service to me. I was taken back when a employee actually came out of the store to help.

Negative experience: Don’t go here. They literally told me i would lose control of my car and crash if I didn’t get this one part fixed. It was literally “about to fall off” is what they said. They couldn’t find the part so they gave me back my car without an explanation on anything, they literally didn’t care. I went to a real mechanic and said that wasn’t true at all.

Negative experience: Had an appointment today and walk inside and the first clerk wasn't polite and when I walked to the back where repairs are they wasn't pleasant either. This screams they don't have black customers too often.

Fantastic experience: Tonight I just stopped over to use the air to fill my tires. Has a built in gauge that beeps when your tire reaches pressure. Easy!!

Negative experience: I had our car taken in as we had a loud clunk in right side passenger side when turning right. They inspected the car and said it was the ball joint that went bad. The bill was over $700.00. We picked up car and upon driving it home turned right into driveway and clunked was still there. We decided to take the unit to dealer and actual problem was a broken sway bar link not a ball joint problem.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the guys in the auto shop give my car a road-ready service for a drive from Cincinnati to Utah. Steve was able to give me a great discount on tires and AAA was already offering a discount on an oil change and 52-pt inspection (I think I'm stating that correctly). Steve was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Steve and the other guy next to you, for making my car safe to drive cross-country.

Fantastic experience: They've always been honest and great with service here. I've been coming here since they've opened for service and never had an issue, when I can't do the service on my own. The service techs have even invited me into the garage to show me issues and ask questions.

Negative experience: Truck died middle of road blocking traffic.. 3 1/2 hrs for tow...got the vehicle to AAA and because I got it there without using Their tow truck ,they were charging me $100 for diagnostic. (???) With my membership and saved them a truck,driver,fuel now they are charging me for what I thought was included in my membership.thanks

From the time you walk into this facility you are greeted and I was well informed of what was happening with my vehicle until the end of my visit. Fantastic experience: Got an alert about tire pressure...was able to stop by and had them checked. They put air in my tires and that solved the issue. Love having them so close to home and work. Thank you for the help.

My car is old 270k+ miles and they cared for it as if it was newer. They gave me my options with respect and I appreciate that. Negative experience: We are new members of AAA. Doubtful I will renew.We had car issues in Jasper Indiana.called AAA,for service told someone would be sent. No one showed up.Good people at resturant got car jumped Car still had issues but was able to get to Ruxer Ford less than. 2 miles away .4 hours later I received call from AAA,and asked if I still needed help.Its 90 + degrees out and all 4 of us are seniors.Thank God we were at a resturant and could go inside for help.

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience here. 3 hours to have 1 new tire put on. The Mgr passed me half a dozen times while in the waiting area, and finally asked me about my car when no body else was left waiting. At the desk I was frustrated and wanted to leave, Mgr kinda apologized and said I was getting$20 off for my wait, then up sold me on some road hazard for the tire, so net discount of$1.50. While there ,a woman waited an additional 15 minutes for her keys after being told her car was done.

Negative experience: Asked for a regular oil change, quoted 60-70 minutes. When the car was ready two hours later, was charged $95 for full synthetic. Won't be returning when there are so many more honest and timely providers elsewhere.

Negative experience: Do not buy there Lewis and Clark travel plug adapter. There are cheaper better options with built in USB ports for charging phone/tablets. Also they do not except returns on these products. I wasted $18 dollars on this product and that's there members price or it would've been $25 dollars wasted for non members. Very disappointed in the service provided.
