We rented two motor coaches to take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Prior to the event, High Alpine kept open lines of communication with us our wedding planner. Fantastic experience: I booked 2 airport rides and a party bus for a bachelorette weekend (11 women). Blake was so responsive and helpful, and ended up driving us on the party bus for all 3 rides! Dante and Dave, our drivers, were so kind and happy to go with the flow. They communicated with us all weekend, offered suggestions, were super flexible to any time changes, took us to their favorite places, and made sure we all got home safe after our night downtown. One of the MANY praises I could give was when we couldnt find our AirBnBs trash bin, they ended up taking the bags and disposing of them themselves. Fantastic experience: Very professional ran family owned business. Super friendly and made the process very easy. Videos and then orientation upon pickup made us feel very comfortable with the rv (Blake was very helpful and answered question there and promptly answered questions we had on the road). They checked on us throughout the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly! The entire process from reserving rv, checking in, traveling and returning rv. was very efficient! Fantastic experience: I had a coach through Outdoorsy cancel on us at the last minute due to mechanical issues from the returning renter prior to Mt trip. I contacted High Alpine Rentals, and they had me on the road in less than 24 hours. Blake even came in early to ensure we could get on the road as originally planned. I was able to make my 1st destination on time without having to make any last minute changes or cancellations. The coach we rented was a beautiful brand new 40 ft unit. Blake was very thorough going over the details of the coach prior to departure. He was also very responsive with any questions I had throughout the trip even checking on us from time to time to insure we didn’t have any issues. I highly recommend High Alpine Rentals- completely satisfied with their service and responsiveness. They saved the day for our trip!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend High Alpine Rentals. We had never rented a motorhome before and were quite nervous about it all. High Alpine was responsive in the period leading up to our rental. On the day of pick up, we were relieved to see an RV in great condition inside and out. Hannah and Blake took their time in explaining the workings of the RV to us. They were very knowledgeable about the RV, gave tips for driving and parking, and even some advice on local routes and resources. All in all, a great choice, and we would definitely use High Alpine again on future trips!

Fantastic experience: Rented an RV from them for a family road trip to CT and back, and the service we received was top-notch! They were responsive from the beginning and walked us through the entire process. They were understanding of our timing on the drive back to CO (30 hours is a long trip!) and worked with us to meet after closing to return the RV. They even checked in on us on the trip to see if we needed anything. Fantastic experience: We rented a party bus from High Alpine Rentals for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions I could have made to help our day go smoothly. Scot made sure all the details were ironed out and stress-free - which was particularly useful as we were planning our wedding from out-of-state and were not familiar with the roads. All of our guests had a blast on the bus! We received sooo many compliments about how much fun they had and how comfortable the seats were. We were also able to stock it with ice cold water (much needed after a summer ceremony in Garden of the Gods) and alcoholic beverages. We were even given the option to customize a playlist for the ride. The driver was also highly professional and safe.

Positive experience: We rented a Class C motorhome, 2015 Jayco Greyhawk, for a local fishing trip. It was an expensive rental but a bit last-minute. We saw the good ratings for High Alpine. Braven and Blake were very nice people but the RV had issues. We were on time to pick up the RV but during their final inspection it was discovered the steps into the RV were broken. They brought in their technician immediately but after two hours it was determined the stairs could not be fixed due to a needed and unavailable part. We agreed to take the RV anyway and use a step stool. (The trip was planned and we were ready to go. No other options were offered.) This turned out to be a very challenging situation. Also, upon our first attempt to lock the RV door at our campsite we discovered the key was broken (probably inside the lock). The number keypad was not functional. We were unable to lock the RV when we were away for hikes and fishing. Thankfully, this turned out OK. Good people around us. A few other issues included the stabilizer for the RV was disabled. We knew the awning was disabled on all rentals but expected to be able to use stabilizer system. The RV was a very nice unit but with the troubles was not a good value for the cost. We requested a call from the owner to discuss issues. We have not received a call.

Fantastic experience: As a first time renter, things couldn't have gone better! The process was smooth, and the price was right. The RV was in great shape, and was sized just right for our family. Braven was very helpful, from beginning to end, and answered all of our questions. When we had an issue during our trip, Braven was quick to respond to our text, and resolve it. We couldn't be happier with High Alpine Rentals! The next time we travel to Colorado (hopefully soon), we're going to rent here again.

Fantastic experience: The family, with 3 kids, all took off in “Clifford” for a Memorial Day weekend week in Yellowstone. It was a pleasure to have the Sprinter. It was spacious, ran great, and when we saw the lines of people we were thankful for the toilet on board. The crew were great to work with and we felt supported the whole way. I can’t wait for our next long weekend and opportunity to work with High Alpine Rentals- we had the best time in our beautifully outfitted, cleaned and well maintained camper van. The process of reserving the van, pick up and drop off was so easy and I really noticed a difference working with the small business compared to other corporate rentals we have used in the past. Braven was personable, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable about the van. He really set us up for success from the moment he handed over the keys and the team kept in regular text/email communication to provide five star customer service and support. We ended up going out on a cold, windy, snowy weekend in May, but had a great time NOT sleeping in a tent and enjoying the freedom to explore and try to get some distance from the storm. Get lucky enough to find these good people of High Alpine, that's how. I am not one to leave reviews bc too often, there's not alot of good to say about customer service these days with most vendors. But Blake Collier at High Alpine demonstrated that the art of good service is still alive. HAR provided a basically brand new RV, on super short notice, making an exception for the time of year, and then worked with me on price and return of the unit. You just know it when you find someone you want to give all your business to. High Alpine Rentals is our RV provider of choice from now on!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience renting paddle boards from these folks! The boards were great! Brand new and came with everything we needed. I went with my best friend and our kiddos. Everything was easy to figure out. We're two tired mom's with little hellions so hey..if we can do it you can! We went to Rampart Reservoir and the location to pick these up was great. On the west side by Red Rock Open Space...close to anywhere you'd want to go...or on the way to Woodland Park and Eleven Mile. We got to rent the boards for the WHOLE day for the price some places charge for a few hours! Not only was it affordable, the man running things for the day was super friendly and accommodating! We were very late to our pickup.. bc .. well ...crazy kids...and our navigation didn't work right. I felt so bad, but he was kind and understanding. We live out East about 45 min away. We both don't have much paddle board experience. This was so easy and I can't wait until next summer so we can rent from them again! Honestly...the inflatables are our jam bc they fit in the truck or any vehicle easy. ***We were given brand new life jackets and I'm so glad we were them. Unfortunately someone who was not wearing a life vest drowned at Rampart the day we were there! PLEASE PEOPLE! EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU'RE A GREAT SWIMMER...WEAR THOSE LIFE VESTS! Also...no phone reception at Rampart. 911 took an hour to get out there unfortunately due partly to this. Be careful. ***

Fantastic experience: This year (2021) was the first time I've come across these folks and my first RV rental anywhere - I intend to do business with them again. I think this is the first time I've met anyone there - they seems like some pretty decent people. BTW: I padded my rental with a couple of extra days - that worked out well since I had plenty of time to load up and I wasn't rushing to get the RV back on time.

Fantastic experience: We recently rented a travel trailer to stay in the Hartsel area, for 4 adults and our dog. Blake was very thorough in going over the details of the trailer, hooking up to a truck, etc., which was all very helpful, regardless of what we knew from our own previous experience. We stayed in a rural area and enjoyed our time away from the rat race, being able to stay dry in an awesome thunderstorm, warm on cool evenings, and a place to call home for a few days. The owner was extremely unprofessional and kept switching our dates even though we already paid. We ended up in Colorado Springs with no RV....we almost lost hope until I found High Apline's website, I sent a request and Blake called me within 5 minutes and literally saved everything. He stayed late, an hour after they closed and made sure we were comfortable and understood everything about our beautiful RV! He went above and beyond. Blake and his team were very helpful in explaining what to do and I thought his videos were helpful and saved me a lot of time. By the time I left I felt very comfortable taking my family out on the road. I will say I had a moment that I thought was a major problem but Blake answered right away and walked me through. I was very impressed at how clean the RV was at time of pickup.

Fantastic experience: It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be renting from Blake for next year's hill climb. The vehicle was clean and well equipped. Blake was knowledgeable about the event, and was able to lend a few pointers. We took the camper to 10k ft will zero issues.

Negative experience: My husband and I rented a pop up camper last weekend. We went to a lake past Cottonwood pass, completely out of all wifi and cell service. We were unable to use the fridge or the HEATER as the CO2 detector kept going off. It went off 5 times in total, once and 3 am and we had to get out of the camper, open all the windows (yes, it was COLD), and wait for the detector to stop beeping. Two of the friends we were with said that should not have happened. When my husband asked for some kind of compensation for not have fridge or heat (heat being the #1 reason we rented the camper in the first place), the owner said we should have called and he could have sent someone out to fix it. Again, THERE WAS NO CELL PHONE SERVICE. Beware before you spend your money, folks.

Fantastic experience: We rented a bunkhouse camper to take our grand kids camping. The Transcend camper was perfect. All of us were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The camper was clean and in great shape and towed easily with my F-150. Just as important as the camper was the customer service which was top notch. We watched the video overview of the camper the day before we picked it up. Blake took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable with how everything operated. The whole procedure from making the reservation, to pickup, to return was very smooth with no surprises. If you're going to rent a camper, I highly recommend this company. Bottom line, they will treat you right. We'll be using them again in the future.

Not only the 33 ft RV we rented was in pristine condition and had every amenity we could ask for, but the level of service and care from their staff was outstanding. Fantastic experience: I rented an Airstream from High Alpine Rentals to surprise my wife for her birthday on a weekend camping get away. They surprised her with balloons, a Happy birthday banner and lots of chocolate inside the camper. Their customer service was outstanding. Especially, when we forgot the Generator they drove over an hour to deliver it near our camp location. I will definitely go to them for our future camping needs.

Fantastic experience: SHOUT OUT to High Alpine Rentals! A renter took a trip to Steamboat Springs, CO in our Interstate Airstream. After arriving, they informed us that they would not be able to drive it back to Fort Worth, Tx...OMG!! I reached out to High Alpine and got the owner who immediately made a bad situation better! Him and his team was absolutely amazing to work with. They arranged the pickup, communicated well, sent pictures along the way, used Waves app so we could see where our vehicle was during the transport (His driver was excellent as well). We could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend using this company for your rental and transport needs.

Fantastic experience: A little bit of a long story but worth the read, We went all in and purchased a trailer right before being shipped out to Germany on military orders! Blake was there from the moment we thought about it till the moment it pulled up on the lot and is currently managing it for us for the next 3 years! He walked us through everything while looking at several trailers. Blake went with us to look at some used trailers that we were interested in buying and did a complete overlook inspection to help me learn what to look for exactly when purchasing. We fell in love with a 2020 Grand Design Transcend that was brand new for a lower price of what some places were trying to sell me a used one for. He was super patient with us and communicated with us daily, he was always a phone call away to help us with whatever questions we had. I have full faith and trust in Blake and his company to manage our trailer while we are away!! Blake afforded us a larger trailer for the same price. Accommodate our scheduled pick up and drop off requests and answered a few of our questions while on the mountain. Fantastic experience: Had a very good experience with High Alpine Rentals. We rented a trailer, and requested delivery and pick up services. The company was super responsive to answer all of our questions, and very flexible to meet our needs. For example, we needed to leave very early (7:00am) on a Friday. I was able to text them to see if it was possible to checkout that early. They went out their ways to ensure that we were able to checkout on time.
