Fantastic experience: This was the most amazing trip. Hilde and Superholiday Tours made every moment count. From the second we arrived, everything was done and organized. All we had to do was have fun! Our schedule was packed with extra items like specialty dining and even Dave and Busters with game cards for all of the students. It was a huge hit. Hilde worked with chaperones every day to hand out meal cards, and even had a special surprise for the parents to light up their day as well. We had kids leave an item (or two) at the hotel, and she took care of making extra trips to take care of it. The bottom line is that Superholiday Tours is the best in the business. I come back time and again because my parents and community have high expectations, and Hilde with Superholiday Tours exceeds those expectations every single time. I highly recommend them!

This was our first ywar doing a GMEA field trip with our kids and Hilde held my hand and led me through all the way to the end. Our Universal STARS performance and the three days we had in Universal Studios Orlando Resort is forever a part of my heart and theirs. 65 students will never forget the year they went to Florida and dreams came true. They take care of us at a very reasonable price and organize a great experience for our students! I am happy with the convenience of the website and the communication and organization of the staff. We will be using them for the foreseeable future!

Negative experience: Caution in using this group. They have very little concern for the well being of the students they take on trips or the parents providing the money to enable their horrible business practices. I would advise against utilizing them for services for any type of school or group trip planning.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Super Holiday Tours for the first time and most definitely will be using them in the future! We hadn't traveled in 4 years and were quite nervous and a bit overwhelmed with all of the moving parts that come with traveling out of state and over night with 60 middle school aged children. Mark Drury, Jennifer Cooper, and Bryan Cole went above and beyond to alleviate any concerns of ours and made this trip a truly memorable experience for all. Mark made it a point to see us off at our school before departing and was readily available at all times of the day and night from the time of requesting a quote to departing for Orlando 11 months later when I had questions. Jennifer stepped in during our trip and kept us on schedule and prepared for all things. She was very knowledgeable and a reassuring face to see each morning during breakfast. When one of my students came down with pink eye, Bryan without a moment of hesitation volunteered to go get her medication. He sat for hours in a Wallgreens waiting, paid for the medication, and hand delivered it to us at Universal. I can't say enough wonderful things about both the hospitality and organization of this company. Above all else, it is clear that the employees of Super Holiday Tours actually CARE about their clients. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The week was full of all the sights of New York including arial views of the city from the top of One World Trade Center to a private Thanksgiving dinner for our group aboard a luxury yacht that gave us breathtaking nighttime views of the city skyline and the Statue of Liberty. Every moment of our trip was thoughtfully planned and well organized. The Super Holiday staff accompanied us along the way and have become part of our extended band family.

Fantastic experience: Super Holiday Tours arranged the most amazing New York Experience for us while our band traveled to New York to March in the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade! They took great care of us! We got to do so many exciting things. One World Observatory, The Rockettes Christmas Spectacular, Thanksgiving Dinner on a Yacht where we seen the Statue of Liberty and had an amazing meal! Shopping at Times Square, Ellis Island and Liberty Island and a guided 3 hour tour with a walk through Central Park. We saw The Lion King and it was awesome! They stayed with us throughout the whole trip. I would definitely use them and recommend you use them as well. They felt like family! Thank you Super Holiday Tours and Case Cole!

From great bus drivers and comfy accommodations to easy ticket process for the 9/11 Museum, The Edge, Statue of Liberty and Lion King on Broadway, Mark made our four-day NYC extravaganza memorable and l did so with a smile!

Both trips were 5 Star!! From Hotel Accommodations, to Transportation, such as busses to travel to and from the airport as well as to travel in and around LA and NYC, to the restaurants the students and chaperones ate planned meals in, to the planned activities in each city… Mark and his knowledge base as well as his contact base shows and it presents for a wonderful and rewarding travel experience for students, as well as chaperones alike!!!

Fantastic experience: Our marching band visited NYC to be part of the Veteran's day parade. Mark D, did a wonderful job planning and getting us around and on time to our events. Our schedule was packed with activities from walking tour to Central park, Times Square, a Broadway show, ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, dinner boat cruise, etc. Adults and kids enjoyed to trip.

Fantastic experience: Our Cadette Girl Scout troop had a great trip to Savannah and Tybee Island! Casey planned everything, from tours and badges to beach time and dinners. We loved our bus and trolley drivers, and enjoyed not having to do much but show up and have a good time. It was truly a vacation for all of us, and Casey is genial, gregarious, and just plain fun! We'll definitely be using him again for future trips.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome! When our band went to Washington, d.c., we had 2 bus cancellations (one 3 weeks before, and one 8 HOURS before). Mr. Case Coke was amazing and got us on the road and we had an amazing time! Thank you for all your hard work, Case! From dealing with changes in the schedule to our motor coach company cancelling hours before our departure, everything was handled extremely well. We had 2 bus companies cancel on us (the first was 3 weeks before, the second was 8 hours before we were to leave). The team at Super Holiday was excellent in keeping our trip a possibility. Even with the EXTREME cancelation, Super Holiday managed to get us moving 8 hours after our original departure time. Once in DC, my students had a wonderful time marching in the Cherry Blossom Parade and touring all the museums. These folks have taken care of our band program consistently in our travels and has inspired band alumni-turned band directors to use Super Holiday for THEIR bands. Our Band recently traveled to Disney World led by Jennifer who's professional communication, fun conversation, and well-prepared logistics got us there and back flawlessly! She simply made everything easier and took great care of us throughout the process. In light of the recent Disney COVID protocols Jennifer was able to see us through any potential obstacle on our way. We will definitely use Super Holiday for all our travel needs in the future!

Fantastic experience: I have run choral trips for many years with Casey and the team at the Super Holiday Tours. Every aspect of their service is totally professional. They are friendly, efficient, and always keen and able to help. Their prices are extremely competitive and they are able to tailor the trips to suit our needs. The logistics of any trip with a large group, as you can imagine, are immense, especially when involving mostly minors for whom the director/teacher is responsible. However, SuperHolidayTours manages to pre-empty any worries. I would not consider using anyone else and cannot rate them highly enough.

Negative experience: I am in the process of paying for my daughter’s Disney trip. Why am I not able to remove passengers from the trip? Why do these people have no contact info? I am literally trying to make a payment for her trip and I can’t log into my account anymore for some reason. I have requested a reset password link no less than 12 times at this point and have not received it. Why?! I’m very distrustful of companies that have no customer service line or customer service email. Why do the school use this trash company?!

The entire team at Super Holidays is super helpful and always willing to help work through any and all challenges that might arise. We are hoping to travel to Spain with Super Holidays when COVID bans are lifted.

Fantastic experience: My family & I are so grateful for Super Holiday Tours. Working in the financial industry, I fully understand why we were not able to secure a 100% refund for our trip. However, we are very appreciative that they were able to send back as much as they could, and look forward to another quality travel experience with them in the near future!

Negative experience: Don't book with this company. I paid $1700 for my children to go on a band trip that they canceled because of COVID 19 and they only refunded me $925. They stole almost $800 from me and everyone who booked the trip! They have made a lot of money from hard-working people and provided no services. They could have offered a voucher for a later trip. Do not become a victim because if a crisis or situation happens they will steal your money too.

Negative experience: Do not book with this company! My child's band were scheduled to go for Disney, but due to COVID-19, it was cancelled. This company is refusing to refund the money fully. They are telling me and other families that we should be lucky that we got something back because they lost a lot of money. But I bet that they took the bail out money from Trump!

Negative experience: My nieces school booked a trip through this company to Disney. Due to Covid 19 and Disneyland closing they had to cancel their trip after the cancellation date of March 1st. This company is not giving them a full refund!! I can understand if the school canceled for no reason but Disneyland shut their doors due to a pandemic! Give the school and their parents a full refund. Isn't it enough that all these kids are missing out on the one thing they were looking forward to all year long? I can tell you that my sister saved up for my niece to go on this trip and that money you are withholding from her is a big deal to her. So Super Holiday Tours you are not hurting the school you are hurting the parents by withholding the money. It isn't their fault the trip was cancelled. REFUND THEIR MONEY!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with their decision not to refund trip money in full due to coronavirus. We did not cancel this trip! It was due to a national pandemic that was completely out of our control. Thankful that my son is graduating and we will never have to deal with them again. Don’t use them!!!

Negative experience: I paid for my kids field trip and then Covid happened and they are not refunding in full. This trip should be refunded in full. Unacceptable!!!!!!!

Negative experience: After months of stalling, the operator returned only 2/3rd of the funds for our daughter's school trip. We have contacted each vendor they were to use and they stated that they have refunded to Super Holiday all funds. So why have we not been made whole? Is Super Holiday charging a hidden processing fee? It is just despicable that they would use these terrible times to steal from customers.
