Negative experience: This was a total scam. Dont buy any vouchers. They say that members are getting 40% discounts. better off buy from other sites when you need to go, because they are cheaper and dont have to be a member. They never have anything availabe when you book. I believed and gambled on this scam.

Negative experience: Spent $3000 on this package. It comes with food coupon deals via the entertainment guide. The problem is this website is down a lot of the time it always says for scheduled maintenance. You cannot access any of these coupons or any of your benefits on their website is down And this is Saturday night. Who plans scheduled maintenance at 5 PM on a Saturday night

Negative experience: The sales people are horrible, i listened to the 30 minutes zoom, asked for 24 hours to consider and he got rude, told me he would call back and didn't, had to call in to get my FREE hotel stay, glad those of you that joined are having a great experience, for 3K i don't think the approach to sales should be "it's like a Costco Membership" it's nothing like that, for 3K i should get allot more than a discount. For such a large company, where are all the raving reviews? there's only 162 reviews on here? That seems odd

Fantastic experience: I have to post about my experience. I was a bit unsure how this whole membership worked but I have a call to inquire about an upcoming trip I was interesting in taking . I was immediately connected with a service agent named Kimberly. She went over the membership, benefits and certificates I had and was looking to use. I had a few locations in mind that I was looking into and asked Kim to provide me info for each location and countless resorts. I had to have been one of the most annoying clients. But she handled all my requests promptly, followed up when she said she would, and listened to all my requests to find the best options for my trip. She was very professional to put it simply. It was a great experience and Kim really shows she put pride into her client experiences. As far as the hotel and booking its self, I was really able to see the value in savings. Being able to compare the prices myself with the membership and nonmember pricing was very helpful, there's so many possibilities Looking forward to using this membership with my future travels

Negative experience: Talk about misleading, Since we signed up all we have had is issues reaching there office, their prices are in a lot more expensive then other booking sites. There communication is terrible and all we have been trying to do for months is cancel, they won’t refund our $2500.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving Ana C., my Member Services Agent, five stars for her friendly, helpful assistance today as she guided me through the account creation process. We just became Members two days ago, and this interaction today was my first experience with the operational nuts and bolts of Leisure Time Passport Member Services. I liked her manner and was reassured by her enthusiastic invitation to call her back for assistance in booking our first vacation. Yes, very early on, but so far, so good.

Fantastic experience: Ariana gave good customer service. She was very patient and took the time to be very clear about our travel. She answered all my questions. I was very pleased with my phone calls with Ariana. The program we bought included a 3 night overnight, two 7 night resorts stays, and a $500 credit on purchased air fare. Get all the info before you buy. You will be paying for taxes, travel insurance and booking fees and when you compare to the actual cost you would be paying without buying into the program is not a drastic discount. The $500 credit on air fare is 20% rebate on flights up to $500.

Negative experience: DO NOT DO IT!!! !This is the most HORRIBLE experience my family has ever had. Leisure Time Passport is a scam! They reel you in on a zoom call and it seems too good to be true. Well my friends, it is. Not one trip they showed me was actually available to me. I tried to go to Aruba as advertised and shown to me, not available. All the local places are trash. It’s not worth it. Beware, they open up a line of credit with you and you have 30 days to cancel. By the time you realize none of the amazing trips they promise are for real and you have been scammed, they will not give you your money back. It’s impossible to get a manager on the phone. They lie and say that there is no manager above the call center to speak to and that you will get an email from upper management and never got it. I was a fool but you don’t have to be. Please stay far away from this company and use a travel agent. I am so disheartened and will be going to the BBB to report this company. I hope I save someone from this terrible and detrimental mistake.

Negative experience: Don’t do it!!! HIGH PRESSURE! Buy NOW or you don’t get the deal. I asked a simple question, “You’ve done this many times and know how long this will take. Why did you lie about how long the presentation would be?” He hung up the call.
