Fantastic experience: Chase world travel hosted 22 students from UH MSA for Umrah and made sure we were all cared for. This was during Ramadan! A huge challenege but they made it work perfectly. Luqman khan and his team were constantly dedicated to making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the trip. We had constant care an attention. They even gave us zam zam for free! I did not experience any issues and would definitely travel with them again. It was worth every penny. If you are looking for a sincere travel agency that cares about your wellbeing and values your money, chase world travel is the place to go to! May Allah swt put barakah in this business.

Negative experience: You understand if a company is good or not, whenever you have complaints. If a company can not handle the complaints, then do not make yourself suffer and go with this company. If you have a complaint, they immediately block you on everywhere possible, so that you can not voice out your complaints. Triple the price of other companies. Please do not get robbed, find another company. The service was good but three times more price than any other company. Do not ever try to tell about your concerns, issues, they will not be resolved. I do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have gone multiple times to Umrah and this time the Ramadan Umrah through Chase Travel was the best experience of all. Brother Luqman listened to everyone's personal issues individually and passionately took care of it. We were 5 people in the family from 3 different places including my mother in law from Bangladesh, they connected us very well. The whole trip was well organized and well managed. The team was so dedicated and well reachable and did not stop until travelers were satisfied. Imams from ISGH were there when we needed them. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Fantastic experience: I have used chase world travels for summer "peak time" travels with family to India. I am very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Most importantly in my last trip they provided me a saving of atleast $300 on 4 ticlets over online booking directly from Qatar airways. Negative experience: Booking directly through the airline is a lot cheaper and they provide good and reasonable change prices (and they are sympathetic in family emergencies, they don't blame you for being distraught like this agency agent did), people book agencies and agents to have a peice of mind but TRUST ME, this agency is not one of them. I just don't want people to spend more with them or try to save a little money with them thinking that you have someone on your side when you need them. It's not true. They are on your side for an arm and leg. Take it from a paying customer! FYI - you can see the responses from the "owner" in other reviews that are low stars, apparently this owner is very defensive and likes to point the finger at the customer instead of trying to improve his business!!!!

Negative experience: They offered vv pricy ticket as compare to website.like 200$ up their price

Negative experience: I purchased 3 airline tickets to Pakistan in Nov.2022 and my credit card was charged for 5 airline tickets. Airline booking was also bad and were not honored at airport. I requested for refund and purchased other Airline tickets. I got refund of 3 fares, but 2 ghost fares were not refunded. Faisal Javed was keep telling me that it is my Bank fault, and no overcharges were conducted on Chase Travel behalf. Six months later Bank told me that actually charges are legitimate, and they even provided me ticket numbers of two disputed charges. I am requesting actual receipt of charges and refund since last six months from Faisal Javed and Surinder but all I am hearing is silence. It is one year now that I am trying to collect $3,303.36 ghost charges or fraud charges. Things to consider before purchasing tickets from Chase: 1) Your credit care information is in their control, and it may be used without your knowledge. 2) Their travel agents are overseas. 3) Faisal Javed is in Pakistan, and he collects your passport and credit card information pretending that he is in USA. 4) Get the consent that your personal information will not be misused or abused on foreign soils. 5) Get the receipt of payments.

Negative experience: I had very bas experience during covid travel arrangement . My mother Qatar flight canceled due to pandemic so Qatar offer me refund (voucher) and ask to contact travel agent as payment came through them to refund voucher as cash if needed. I talk to agents Faisal Jawed who was no help at all and asking me again and again to check with Qatar. Qatar was already send me voucher but could not refund cash to me as I did payment to travel agent. I chose to have travel agents as in some situation they really helpful. But chaseworld travel service was very disappointing. They may be good finding good price for you but when you really need help they might not going to help you.

Fantastic experience: Beat travel experience ever. From the time I gave them my travel destinations every step of the travel peocess was handled at a very professional level. It was not just the reservations and issuance o ticket. We were going for Umrah from USA and from there to visit family in Pakistan. Chase travel informed us of all the deatils from visa to entry and exit requirements of each country and assisted us with the enire process. We would have never been able to do it all on our own. They informed us of the apps required and when to use the apps for what purpose and how to reserve and make appointments to perform Umrah and visit to Riyaz ul Junnah. Negative experience: I just called on chase well travel given phone no and a guy pickup the phone first of all he didn’t greet or anything then he continuesly eating something and making weird noises which irritates and in the background some prayers sound is on.pls it’s request it seems so unprofessional.I heard lot about Chasewell travel on Radio so it’s the first time I contact them to book the flight but…it seems like my last approach to them.I wish I know the name of the person .but I call at 1.29pm on 03/29/22.I just hang up on that person requesting him don’t eat and answer the phone call .

Fantastic experience: I have been using there services for last 4 years, and so far no complains … i would like to mention my last trip specially, i booked my tickets with Faiza for May 2021 from US to Pak. And later on we decided not to travel because of corona situation in india and that had an impact in Pak too. So Faiza cancelled our tickets and made our full refund promptly. Then again I called her and planned my Pak trip in September and Alhamdullilah everything was taken care by her very professionally. She even created Pass Track for us. I would recommend world chase travel if you want to work with a decent travel agency !

Fantastic experience: Over this past summer I employed Chase World Travel for my visit to Pakistan. The services I have received by my travel agent Farhana Shahid, was phenomenal and far superior to any travel service I had received prior from other firms. Farhana made her self available for my contact at all times and enabled me a smooth departure from Houston, stop In Dubai, and arrival in Pakistan, and similarly on the way back. Even further she had arranged my transportation to and from my house in Pakistan to the airport on my arrival and departure. When I needed to change my ticket to a later date and my seat, Farhana took care of the matter swiftly and insured I got the most space on my flight in accordance to my budget. Chase World Travel is an amazing travel agency that I would recommend to anyone traveling anywhere.

Negative experience: Awful customer service. I called just now and some female representative received my call and gave me all incorrect and fake information. Not only this, but when I asked her her name and designation in the company, she hung up on me. Never approaching Chase World Travels again. Nothing but a scam!

Because of several flights cancellations made by the airline this process took many efforts exercised by Faisal to finally book the flights. He has been very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, friendly and caring for my needs. I would like to use CWT services and especially enjoy the privilege of having Faisal to help me book my flights in the future.

Negative experience: Wow... that was my reaction when i spoken to Sushama over the Phone. I was trying to book a ticket from Houston to Melbourne Australia didnt thought my experience would be that bad. Anyways i cut it short i found $953 price online for my trip. Rather than booking online i thought of giving business to our local community but believe my i was wrong..lol Sushma said she can match the price but i have to pay extra $25 as service fee and my question was why would i pay $25 extra while I am getting ticket $25 cheaper.. her answer was just so hilarious she said i am spending time on the computer and there system have overheads thats why i have to pay $25 extra for the same fare and finally she said why dont you buy ticket online cause she wont be making any profit if am not willing to pay service fee. I just hung and cursed myself for wasting my time. By the way i booked same ticket online without paying any service fee.

Negative experience: They never had any kind of deals. I thought to call since they advertise heavily everywhere for 40% discount. They couldn't spend 5 minutes on phone for some good deals. It seems that they were so busy with other other customers. Poor Customer Service.
