Fantastic experience: Ya he enviado cajas para Venezuela y llegan entre 1 mes y medio (como ellos te dicen) y en efecto, mi familiar recibió su caja un mes después que lo había enviado, se lo llevaron hasta la puerta del apto y por un precio muy razonable. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Negative experience: Les quiero ser sincero acerca mi experiencia en este lugar, fue la peor experiencia que tuve empezando por una caja que quería enviar a Cartagena Colombia, ellos querían poner el impuesto de la dian que querían de una forma exagerada donde en realidad lo que había en esa caja era por debajo de lo que en realidad costaba, esta agencia es igual a todas las que están en la Main Street de Hackensack ya que son del mismo dueño, tienen creado un monopolio...... le recomiendo vayan a otro lugar!

Negative experience: Mal servicio, no tienen precios a la mano, buscan los precios en la web de otros o llaman a otros, y quieren cobrar casi el doble, si no tienes esos servicios solo di que no lo tienes y punto y deja de estar dando vueltas o inventando restricciones, porq quedas peor. Negative experience: A friend of mine, went to Avianca Express to send in a rush a small package as emergency to Colombia. According to the customer services, she paid $30 including insurance. She was promised that within 5 days, the package was going to be delivered door to door. More than 5 days has passed and the package stills somewhere and the recipient stills without receive it. She went on April 3, 2014. Up today April 10, the delivery has not been complied.
