Negative experience: Never answer and when an agent responds they tell me to call the 800 number. Then I call the people from the 800 number and they redirect me the these local agents that AGAIN, DONT ANSWER. Very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write positive reviews but I felt I had to here - my battery died out in White City so I called to have it jumped and the AAA representative (Nick) came out super fast to jump my car and offered to install a new battery but I thought I had a warranty with it so I went back home only to realize I didn't have a warranty. So, I called AAA again and Nick came out again to install a new battery. I have always had great experiences with AAA. Please don't change anything about your customer service because it is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Super fast friendly service and they have an EV charging station out front for members! . I went in to have my girls’ passport photos taken. It was an easy quick process!

Fantastic experience: I locked my keys and wallet in my car on a trailhead. The representative helping me was super helpful and kind and would call me back after my calls would drop until she was able to send out a locksmith for me.

Negative experience: I have AAA Rv Premier I was on a trip called for a tow and was told NO your vehicle is not covered I asked for a supervisor he also said NO asked for he's manager he said there is no one else. I asked why they said it's to big an f450 (most rv's are 450 plus you do not have a trailer in tow. WHAT our travel trailer was set up at our camp site this is not the company you want to use if you are stranded on the side of the road

Fantastic experience: Very fast and helpful service. Went there to get my International Driving Permit and they were also able to get me free passport sized photos for it since I am a member. They also have a great area of travel books for places around the world, and many of the books were deeply discounted compared to the prices I've seen elsewhere. Highly recommend office location!

Fantastic experience: We are traveling from Maryland to Alaska, taking scenic routes when we can. So the maps AAA have us are a mess. We stopped and received new ones. But the best part was when asked about crossing the boarder, where could we get tested? They sent us to the small clinic and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Test Covid test finished and we are on the way to Alaska. Thank you AAA!

Believe me calling AAA Roadside Assistance and having that peace of mind that a reputable tow truck driver will show up and help me is worth every dollar I have spent on memberships. Positive experience: I'm from out of state and needed to get my son insurance because he was going to be living in Oregon for a while, I checked on AAA here in California and they dont insure in Oregon different guidelines up there I think they said, I called AAA in Medford and they got him insurance in Oregon, had no problems what so ever I wish I could remember the womans name that helped me but I cant she was awesome though, I'd highly recommend AAA Medford Service Center to anyone, they got me taken care of on the phone from Ca. without a hitch, call them if you need insurance, AAA has been very good to me

Positive experience: New to area. Unaware of AAA's differences between California and Oregon. For instance, AAA here in beautiful Oregon does not conduct DMV business, Calif. does.. Now me not knowing this, the young lady behind the counter kinda cought me off guard a bit when she told me, but, she was nice while she did. She told me what I needed to do and where I needed to go. She helped quite a bit actually. So thank you. The place was nice and clean with plenty of seating. Nice place.

Negative experience: Love AAA services in general - However - Stopped by today to get a passport picture taken. Asked the man at the counter if I could get a passport picture today "Nope, our camera took a dump. Try Walgreens.' Poor attitude - Poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: We spent several hours at triple A. Plan- ining a trip. Ranee spent much of her time accommodating us and getting us the best possible scheduling and price. Everyone was nice and friendly at Triple A. I can not sat how great the service is. Kevin Wideman was also very helpfull. I have gone to triple A many times and would not hesitate to recommend them for travel services.

Fantastic experience: I called to inquire about the International Driving Permit. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and thorough. Per her instructions, I submitted my application. Before the week's over, they already processed my request and sent my Permit. THEY ARE THE BEST!! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Go there for all my travel needs. From Maps to hotel and car reservations. Even have guests who come in and have classes on the best ways to pack more in your suit cases. Such adorable kids luggage as well. Already bought my eldest a characters 2 pack ( suit case & back pack) it gets used alot.

Fantastic experience: I went down to the Medford AAA office and met with Patricia Aitken about the best way to get from Medford to Ottawa Canada. It wasn't easy, there were a number of stops and transfers. Pat took care of everything, very friendly and she knew her stuff. For the small price you have to pay... it's a bargain. Negative experience: I was disappointed with the travel agent we had. I told her clearly we did not want long days in flight. That we would rather break up the trip; however, I did not realize it until we were on the trip we had one day that was about 12 hours. I was ticked.

Negative experience: Called them and was rerouted to the gubernational number. Made my claim waited 45 min for EMERGENCY SERVICE and they never came. Called the gubernational number again and they dropped my service request and had to wait another 45min.. Not my driver's fault! Just really bad customer service and coordination on AAA as a whole.
