Fantastic experience: Our family (14 of us, ranging in age from 7 to 54) wanted to spend a week at the Atlantis Bahamas resort. Toby was our travel agent, and she arranged absolutely everything— flights, accommodations at The Royal at the resort, dinner reservations at Seafire Steakhouse and Carmine’s (excellent food at both), golfing reservations, shuttle service from the airport to the resort (and from the resort back to the airport at the conclusion of our trip) and she was even able to make some tweaks to the flight arrangements and the number of hotel rooms (all ocean view and gorgeous) we requested. Would highly recommend this vacation AND this travel agent. Thanks so much Toby!

Fantastic experience: I uses this company 3 years ago for a Hawaii trip and they were helpful my l but my agent needs would return my calls (5x it happened) and always seemed to busy to assist me even after waiting days and days for a response back I felt I was pretty patient. So this year I decided to give it another try but asked for a different agent this time and it's been a world of difference. My new agent Erika is always very helpful and explains things well giving very needed tips, she is always very quick at returning calls or messaging me letting me know she's busy but will call me right as soon as she can.

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agency. You’ll get a better deal and service if you just book directly with the cruise line. They don’t tell you up front that if you have to cancel they charge you $100 PER PERSON on the reservation even if you’re in the cancellation window for the cruise line for a full refund. They are not up front about this so I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We booked a cruise for a rather large extended family trip. Due to the ever changing circumstances within our family and the difficulties with travel during a pandemic, I am sure this has not been an easy job. Holly has handled each turn with professionalism and has provided excellent customer service. It is nice to have a liaison between our family and the cruise ship company. Holly has been an expert navigating us through this trip.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I cruised to the Mexican Rivera with Norwegian cruise line from December 5th through December 12th. The cruise was more than outstanding and our agent did a suburb job with helping us with our plans before and after the cruise. Her expertise, professionalism and obvious interest with our situation was stellar! We would not want to do any further travel without Holly's help. We now consider her as one of our family. Fantastic experience: Another great trip to Playa del Carmen. Holly Janny seems to always surprises us with upgrades Galore. This is our third year to the same Resort the Rio Palace car transportation with Lomas was perfect and flawless. She also surprised us with upgraded rooms Oceanfront sweets Superior rooms. Fantastic experience: I'm not surprised AT all that their reviews on Google are SOOO high. Amber Burt was SOOO helpful with us. We found a rental car that was cheaper than through any company, including the one she booked it with. AND EVEN Costco (gasp). I had about 5-6 people say Costco was the cheapest, but it wasn't. AND I LOVE helping smaller businesses thrive. I would whole heartedly recommend this travel company to ANYONE.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with how organized Sasha was with our Mexico booking! She made booking with a large group (3 families) a breeze! Travel Masters has the best deals and are very responsive.

Negative experience: Horrible experience from the start. I told her I would order our own airlines tickets and we purchased airline tickets and she had somehow already included them. When I asked her to cancel them she said it was not possible to cancel them and that we would need to cancel the ones we bought. Southwest refused to cancel our tickets and now we have $800 dollars in credits that expire by April! I called American airlines and they were willing to cancel the tickets and our travel agent just didn't want to because she was making a commision on the $5000 dollars we paid .Then we get to the airport to come home and American Airlines had changed our flight and said they notified our Travel Agent and we never heard a word from her about it. We sat at the airport for 6 1/2 hours! It was just an unpleasant experience with alot of run arounds. Will never use them again.

Fantastic experience: I was traveling to Europe for the first time and was extremely nervous. Emily planned everything from car rentals, to quaint places to stay to some recommended hikes. All in all the trip was fantastic! I highly recommend Emily!

Negative experience: I was excited to work with them after I met them at a bridal convention, but once I emailed, messaged and a left message for more information with no response or answer, I was highly disappointed. Wish I could give more than 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: Sooo pleased with the quality service and expertise! My wife and I wanted help planning our honeymoon to London. We asked Zion for suggestions and ideas where to stay and what to do. He did not disappoint! He booked a 4 star hotel and a couple of day trips outside London (Stonehenge and Paris). He was very patient with us as we changed our vision for our trip multiple times. I don't feel we would have been able to nail down the perfect options if it wasn't for his expertise. Highly recommend and will use their service in the future.

Fantastic experience: Cindy planned an epic honeymoon for my wife and I (Napa > Maui > Kauai; 14 days). Cindy was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY place we considered and went! She better half a dozen potential destinations giving us pros and cons, then booked us amazing hotels in the perfect locations, car rentals, inter-island flights - all cheaper than I could've found them. She was extremely organized, diligent, flexible and accommodating. It was such a relief having everything packaged so nicely for us to not have to worry! I've typically booked trips myself historically, but the difference I can attest to firsthand - was in talking to people at or who have gone to these destinations - who realized they missed out on opportunities due to not knowing/researching places, or staying in a less than desirable location, or eating at mediocre (tourist trap) restaurants due not now knowing better. That was never us - All of Cindy's recommendations were spot on! (And we're not the easiest to please). Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Holly Janney booked a great trip to London for me and my sister for 8 days in early May. We live in different cities and Holly booked flights to have us travel together "across the pond" so we could visit and catch up. She booked transportation from the airport to hotel and return, no hitches. She booked a great little hotel in Victoria, amazing staff, with a choice of 2 underground stops and a great bus line. Fantastic experience: Unbelievable, from beginning to end. There was this delightful woman who herself had had a lot of cruise experience. She took my wife and I under her wing. My wife and I have never been on a cruise before. She was patient with us, and totally helpful. There was even a time when we made a bad mistake. We signed up prematurely, and paid for the entire cruise. That same day, I had to call her back… She completely took care of everything! Since we got a full refund, from our mistake, not hers… We were able to make other arrangements, for another cruise in October, and we are totally, totally happy! Fantastic experience: We had 3 couples on a Hawaiian cruise that was FANTASTIC. Only had rain 1 day. (It was intense...In Hilo the old record was 4.6" and it was crushed with a new record 8.4" in 24 hrs.) We went zip lining and the rain slowed down for the 1st 8 zips and rained hard on the 9th zip. All in all it was a heaven sent for it to slow down, but also made the waterfalls that we were zipping over, like a torrent of chocolate milk crashing down..Was beautiful!!! We went snorkeling at Captain Cook Bay, saw a beautiful but cold sunrise @ 10,000 ft. on Maui, with a 28 mile bike ride down the mountain from 6800 ft to the ocean. Very little peddling the whole way. What a kick!!! We enjoyed a few short hikes on Kauai and the immense beauty of the mountains and scenery!!! The ship, Pride of America of Norwegian Cruiseline was wonderful and the crew helped out anyway they could. My wife, and our friend are both gluten intolerant and the servers and the Maitre d' bent over backwards to make sure they were served "clean" food and not contaminated. The food for the rest of us was as expected...cruise worthy!!! The shows performed at night were jaw dropping...the magician, the comedian, the tribute to the Eagles Band, the tribute to the Four Seasons, and the Vegas Shows of singing and dancing . Great vacation. We didn't have time to do a 14 day cruise from the main land, so it is really nice to show up and enjoy the islands of Hawaii. It was soooooo helpful to have Cruise & Travel Masters sent us a link of wonderful excursions and let us know what would work and what wouldn't work as far as time allotments would allow. (on our own we would have over booked and not had time to do what we thought we could squeeze in) From the time we left SLC until we returned, everything was taken care of for us and a ULTIMATE trip is now a great memory!!!
