Negative experience: I found this company on craigslist.the person jacob doing the webinar says he is the founder but he never mentioned nothing about company.$97 dollars for certification is bogus.it could be just Ai fooling people on zoom to make it seem like its legit.Red flag all the way around and the ad on craigslist saying $38.00 to $40 a hr is a red flag also.you cant promise someone that if you dont know what your gonna be paid.Beware everyone its a scam. I dont jacob is even a real person or a founder i believe its just ai.dont be fooled.

Negative experience: If you would like to deal with lack of communication and no respect of time, go ahead and deal with this place. My point of contact there particularly was a female named Star. Got an initial itinerary from her and then started chasing her down until I finally got an appointment time for an in person visit. Which she was still late to the appointment time where I ended up leaving with nothing done and a complete waste of my time.

Negative experience: this review for all who reserving throw travel agents not specificaly to SVH , it is bad idea to book throw travel agents because if you try to change return date the air line will not let you do it byyourselfe and they will ask you to contact your travel to make anychanges to flight data in our case SVH which sopposedly has emergency call line the answer was its memorial day our office close call me after 10.30 morning the agent name is Anita and the traveler name G.Gabrielian

If you ever want to have a smooth and stress free vacation you need to call SVH Tours & Travel and request travel agent Anelya. She made my previous trips easy, smooth and enjoyable! By the time you book a trip Anelya already provides all additional information like: possible day trips, the best restaurants, tours, museums, shopping, etc. Anelya is my go to person, to whom I just need to name my destination and let her work her magic! Fantastic experience: I am now a loyal SVH customer. Last year we sat with Ruzan as she designed and customized the most amazing Spain vacation ever! She even made dinner reservations for us. She read our minds when it came to our specific travel needs. This year we went back to Ruzan for our 25th anniversary Italy vacation. She remembered our preferences and chose flights and hotels accrodingly. She booked our tours, train tickets, transfers etc. She made recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. It was absolute perfection as far as vacations are concerned. Next year, France? Greece? Croatia? Not sure! All I know is Ruzan will be planning it.

Fantastic experience: I used SVH travel for my trips twice and I am very happy and satisfied with their services. You can't go wrong, since their prices are very good compared to other agencies and even if you want to book on your own. You will be surprised how they come with those prices in the end when you calculate the same route on your own. They find you the best hotels and route to travel. Very nice staff and informative. Thank you we definitely go back to them and recommend them to our friends and families.

Negative experience: Went in with high expectations, but was very disappointed by the rude and unprofessional staff. I’ve been to many traveling agencies, none treated us the way they did. Didn’t care about us at all. Employee was on her personal phone FaceTiming while we are sitting in front of her trying to book a trip. Wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with SVH travel. Anelya was extremely knowledgeable and helpfull. She helped us to get perfect stay in Puerto Valarta. She recommended iberostar hotel which was good for family stay. They had french restaurant with best steak served to the table.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough my satisfaction with the level of service from SVH, especially Jasmine and Anelya. Jasmine helped with our Cancun vacation in 2019. She followed up with every question we had and made sure we had an amazing time. It ended up being one of the best family vacations we had the pleasure of experiencing. Most recently, Anelya helped us with tickets to Armenia. Due to the War in Ukraine, there were changes to flights and drastic changes in prices. Anelya worked diligently to make sure we received the best price, the best seating, the most opportune time to visit. She took into consideration what time we would arrive in Armenia, the time between flights, and how that would affect my family. Anelya did not hesitate to make multiple changes to the order and followed up with the airline to get us the lowest possible price. She followed up multiple times and kept us aware of all the changes throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend SVH enough. This level of service is hard to come by these days. Based on the interaction I've had with SVH in the two times that I have scheduled vacations, I feel there is no reason to use any other Travel Agency. Do yourself a favor and go with SVH, and you won't regret it. We're very happy with the customer service, detail and attention SVH provides, and especially Anelya and Jasmine work ethic and professionalism.

Number 2 , last year i call to take a 7 tickets to Dominicana , same story !! Nobody called me back, Number 3 , flight to Cabo 4 years ago! I buy for 2 person, i go to the office in person!, without calling , whatever the promise me I don’t get even 15% of that ! Most terrible vacation in my life ! Thanks to Specialist ruzanna ! She’s a business killer!! 100% whatever she say , she forgot after 3 min ! Responsibility 0 .

Fantastic experience: So let me tell you a little about my experience. We purchased purchased cruise package to Alaska, for my Dad's birthday. I was helped by Anet! Super nice and friendly, yes it's expected however she went above and beyond to make sure my parents had everything taken care of. You know it's super easy to book your own travel, but working with experts takes all the concerns away. One stop shop. Just tell them what you need and BAM they had an itinerary ready within minutes. Fantastic experience: I recently called SVH to inquire about the Thanksgiving trip to Puerto Vallarta and was informed that I’ll be receiving a call from Edwin, who is handling the event to get more details. As promised, I was contacted by Edwin the next morning (while he was on a trip himself) and he explained in detail what we can expect from the event, the different room categories, and what each one includes. He helped us arrange the rooms and flights so that our entire group could be together during both the flight and the hotel stay. It was a pleasure working with them, looking forward to our trip!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with SVH and Anelya! My husband and I were looking to travel to Europe, so we stopped by the office to see what availabile options there are due to covid restrictions. Anelya was the most friendly and helpful person we’ve dealt with. She let us know about all the Europe countries that allow US travelers without vaccination, helped us set up hotels, flights, and transportation for each one, and informed us about approved covid test sites and necessary documentation that we should fill out in advance. Additionally, someone from their office contacted us a few days before our flight to go over all the requirements one more time to make sure we’ve not missed anything. Will most definitely be returning to SVH!

Negative experience: Worst travel agency ever. Never fall for their lies. All they care about is making their money and don’t have any trouble wasting your money and time on their poorly booked vacations. I don’t even want to give them one star.

Negative experience: As I sit here on my own honeymoon I am writing this review, that should say enough for itself. I've been very calm, nice and patient with them but they just take advantage of kindness. I can go deep into everything as this problem has been going on with SVH for years, from not refunding me for the original trip that was booked before covid all the way to now giving me the worst experience on my honeymoon. Showing up to the airport and not being able to fly because this agency has no clue about what they're doing. Missing days from my trip due to not being able to fly because again they have no idea what they're doing. To being told don't worry we'll take care of everything and putting us into the worst hotel ever. Booking 5 am flights with stops that made the trip 10 times longer and tiring then it was planned in the office. Booking 7 am fairy's which will take 2 hours to the islands when it was supposed to be a 30 minute flight. Man I just don't know where to finish, I can go on for days. I think everyone's better off booking a trip for themselves rather then working with this company. Or just go to a normal agency that knows what they're doing. Horrible experience will never work with them again and if anyone would like a normal vacation I recommend not working with them either. After SVH response: I never misplaced anything. This information was never given to me. Knowing what is needed in order to travel should be your job/responsibility as you are the travel agent and not me. I shouldn't have to show up to the airport at 5 am to be told I can not fly because of a paper that I was never informed to fill out. Staying up until 12 am or whatever you're saying that is your job again, and if you don't do something right the first time stuff like that occur. Extending the trip on "your dime" is not needed I had it planned for these amount of days for a reason. So I don't need anything extended on "your dime". Also you guys should really stop throwing the blame on every customer that gives you guys a bad review just make you guys look worse. Everyone that's gave you a bad review you've responded in a way as if it's the customers fault. You guys messed up this honeymoon for both me and my wife just take it as it is and instead to blaming your customers figure out how you guys can fix things so stuff like this doesn't happen, instead of sitting there and bragging that you guys have been in business for "30 years" (Also getting to an island I've never been to and being stranded outside because you guys forgot to give the hotel my name and info for me to be picked up was another mistake on your end. My wife and I had to wait over an hour figuring out how to get to the hotel. I just wrote the review before the trip finished so I wasn't able to include everything that went wrong. But I'm sure somehow that will end up being my fault as well.) Oh and also I could've booked this whole trip for half the price or less myself. All they do is take your money and provide you no service what so ever. WAY TOO OVER PRICED IT’S RIDICULOUS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.

Negative experience: I normally don’t write bad reviews but I think this is a must. SVH has good service only in their commercials on TV. They advertise non-stop, and sweet talk you up until the point they have taken your money and earned their commissions from the booking. Once they have your money, you are on your own. The staff will not show an ounce of care after this point. The entire point of hiring a travel agency isn’t just to book a flight ticket and a hotel, but also to have someone to contact in the event you need help with something when you are already on your vacation. You will not be helped one bit. What a terrible service!! I can write a very long essay about why NOT to use This agency's services, but I'll keep it very short to not waste anyone else's precious time. Simply put, they have no clue what they are doing. You are better off going to a different agency or just booking your vacation on your own through Expedia or hotels.com. Horrible service and even worse customer service. Zero customer service. Oh and do yourself a favor and avoid Anelya. Note to management: please teach your staff manners and professionalism. Also, please spare your reply defending your business and agents. Instead try to listen to your customer’s needs and offer to help.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best travel service! What I love most about svh travel is that they go above a beyond to make your trip special. Every request I made to accommodate my particular family was taken into account and incorporated into our itinerary. The end result was a once in a lifetime trip to Mexico where we had an amazing time relaxing on the beach and exploring the neighborhoods nearby. The best experience I have had traveling and I will no doubt use svh tours for every trip I plan in the future.

Negative experience: As a longtime customer, I was incredibly disappointed by my recent visit. I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service. After waiting for nearly an hour, the receptionist rudely responded to my wife and I by turning us away. I will not be a loyal customer any longer and will certainly recommend that my family and friends stay away too.

Positive experience: I booked my vacation with SVH,. Star was my agent, who worked closely with me to get me a good package and i was pretty satisfied with her. A week later i did find a cheaper rate ($500 difference) with another agency and when i asked SVH if they can match the price or give any incentive, that was denied and said they dont usually do anything like that, which was fine since i had already purchased it.However the receptionist, Gohar who answers the phones is really not customer oriented. From the minute she answers the phone, her tone is not inviting at all. I went to pick up my tickets (carmela helped me then), and later when i opened the little package it came in, there was a slip that said my purchased qualified for a gift box. Long story short, they forgot to give me the gift box; when i called and told them, the only thing they offered was for me to go back and pick it up. Mind you i dont live anywhere close to Glendale. So i asked for them to mail it to my home, and of course that was denied as well. I will NEVER book any of my future travels with them. ______ So above, was my previous review from earlier today. Just now, Vahiks son, who is the owner of SVH travel, actually hand delivered the little packages to my home. So because of the time he put in, I will also put in my time and revise my post. A little bit definitely goes a long way, and the fact that he drove out to my home in this crazy holiday traffic shows to me great customer service from the owner. SO THANK YOU!!!!

Negative experience: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. This agency is lacking in all aspects: knowledge, fast turn around, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Because of the incompetence of one of the agents (Anet), my mom is stuck with a ticket for Nov. when she asked Anet for a ticket in Sept. She will miss the birth of her grandchild because of the agency's error. When I called to speak to a supervisor to rectify the situation, instead of having a productive conversation, I was met with hostility. He yelled at me and wouldn't stop his rant to allow me a word in. I am disappointed, irate, and disgusted. Take your business elsewhere.

Everyone who works there truly treats you like a family! Easliy 5 STARS! Vahik knows exactly what my family needs each and every member, he knows what my kids like base on their age and interests, this year I booked our vacation last minute we were completely surprised how Vahik found us the best deal for the location and the dates of our request. When we ask about a destination the employees are able to tell you detail by detail when and where to go, because they’ve been there themselves. The company has customized a department for every destination super easy to work with them. Always a pleasure working with SVH.
