Fantastic experience: Steve, Thanks again for all of your help with our 2025 golf trip. The trip keeps getting better. The self check-in and checkout for the condos is easy, efficient and very convenient . The rooms and parking were good. The courses as a group, were the best we have played. Thanks again and we will see you in 2026.

Fantastic experience: If you’re planning a golf trip, look no further—this is the way to go, hands down! I recently booked a trip with a group of 12, and the entire experience was seamless. The condos were clean, spacious, and perfectly located near fantastic dining options and amenities. Being within walking distance to TPC was a major plus! The pool area was a great spot to unwind, and the hot tub was ideal for recovery after a long day on the course. One of the most convenient aspects was the payment method—each player could pay individually, eliminating the hassle of managing a lump sum payment. The golf itinerary was thoughtfully curated, offering the perfect mix of breathtaking scenery, challenging courses, and a final round at a reasonable yet highly enjoyable course. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I initially felt a bit nervous, but using Meridian made everything effortless. A huge thank you to Kade for all the help in making this trip an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for the ultimate golf getaway!

Negative experience: Biggest scam do not book in this false advertise resort property.it took 2 hours to find the place when i arrived it was basically an apartments complex with outdoor stairs and I’m handicapped and they did not have first floor condo and the manager did not even try to help me to find me first floor condo trust me the place doesn’t look like a resort at all basically a very dated apartments in the bad side of the town.

Fantastic experience: This trip was one of the best and easiest to plan! Working with Steve was an absolute dream. He made it so easy and everything about the trip was fabulous. The accommodations were beautiful and so convenient. The location was perfect, we could walk to wonderful restaurants, bars, and other activities. The check in process was so easy with the step by step instructions. I would ABSOLUTELY book with Steve again, and have already recommended him to friends and family who might be interested. Thank you Steve for a wonderful vacation!

Negative experience: Do not be fooled by the name or the pictures. False advertising. This is not a resort and don’t fall for the name Meridian. These are low end outdated apartments. Our unit smelled so bad. Old carpets probably. The blinds are half broken. The pool is cold and disgusting. We were told we were on a golf course. There is a golf course across the street in the distance. The property is also close to an airport so you hear the planes. A waste management plant is close by. There is nothing nearby just rows of low end apartments. I asked to be moved to a better place but they claimed everything is booked. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Just finished our 10th annual guys trip to Scottsdale using Meridian Condo Resorts and Brad. The service we get from Brad and Meridian has always been exceptional. The location of the condos (right next to TPC Scottsdale) is excellent and they have a very strong list of courses that they work with, we have played 42 so far and plan to add many more in the coming years. Highly recommend Meridian for your next golf adventure!

Fantastic experience: WOW!!! What a surprise. Our foursome stayed in 2 condos at Meridian last week while we golfed in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Both of our rooms were 2 + 2. Totally comfortable. Great beds and showers. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and silverware. The only bummer is that I couldn't stay longer. Meridian made it so simple to find our condo in a huge complex. They send you visuals and GPS for where to park and get in with your codes. I loved it. There is no way I'm ever playing golf in Arizona without looking at Meridian CondoResorts first. Thank you for making our golf trip even better.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon Meridian whilst looking for a golf vacation following a business trip. I could not be more glad I went through Meridian CondoResorts! I was looked after by Kade, who stayed in constant contact and answered every question and request that I had regarding my stay. I was even offered (and took up) the opportunity to a complimentary upgrade to a townhouse-style apartment at GlenEagles which further complimented my stay - thanks for the beers in the fridge too Kade! The golf was all well organised - mid-morning tee-offs, and everything went without a hitch. The golf clubs were great (Ping G410s) and I honestly cannot say a bad thing about the whole experience with both Kade and MCR as a whole. The apartment I stayed in (GlenEagles) was amazing and would easily suit a family - 2 adults, 2/3 kids, or up to 5 individual golfers (dependant on how comfortable you are with your sleeping arrangements!) My room featured two main bedrooms - both ensuited - and a large enough lounge/living area with pay TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. It really was perfect for a one week, self-contained stay. If I'm ever back in Phoenix, I won't even bother looking at anyone else. If you want top shelf golf experiences in Phoenix, go through Kade and the MCR group. They know there stuff and actually care about you having a great time. Cannot fault them.

Fantastic experience: GREAT Stay! Great Unit! My review cannot be positive enough. All was good. Check-in directly at the unit is no waiting and super easy. Checking Out is the same. The Unit is a furnished apartment and has all that's needed, including kitchen needs (plateware, utensils, etc.), clothes washer and dryer. Super clean; unlike some questionable hotel room. Being an apartment, the accommodations provide much more space than a typical hotel room or suite. Plenty of room for everyone traveling with you. Plus, access to the amenities of the complex (pools, gym, tennis courts, etc.) are included. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience: When I first booked this trip through Golf Experiences, it was my first time staying at a condo rather than a resort/hotel and let me tell you, this will not be my last time staying here or booking through them. Once we arrived and drove our cars to the parking garage attached to the condo, our expectations had already been met. This place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a weekend golf trip with the boys. Each room had its own bathroom as well as a nice size closet area for our luggage. The living room, kitchen and patio were all perfect for hanging out and relaxing before we went out at night. Between golf and going out to Old Town at night, everything is less than 20 minutes away. Pool was also great as well as the fitness center.

Fantastic experience: Took a group to Scottsdale and Steve at Meridian was awesome. Very responsive with our requests, and flexible with our needs. We booked 4 of the condos, and he put us all next to each other. Pool was perfect for our group.

Fantastic experience: We contacted Meridian to book condos for my group of friends for a golfing trip to Scottsdale. Brad was our contact and come to find out, Brad is a golf wizard! He gave us input on the best courses and then provided the bookings for tee times, etc. He always promptly returned calls and emails. The condos, the service and the professionalism by Meridian were fantastic! Brad/Meridian will be the first person I call on return trips to Phoenix/Scottsdale. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: Great accommodations with a fantastic pool. Nearby trails to hike and explore. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Lean on Meridian to help with everything- they are so helpful. Russell and his team are amazing. The golf courses they suggested were incredible, beautiful views. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels provided. Very detailed check in email made for a seamless check in process. Thanks for the great holiday Meridian!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic job Brad did for me and my brother at Meridian Condo Resorts ! He set us up with excellent accommodations and great golf courses around the Scottsdale AZ area - he even saved us some money by recommending courses that were a better bargin. It was seamless and easy working with Brad and in fact we have been working with him for over 20 years as we take a trip a year to lovely AZ.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Kade was super helpful in finding the right condo for my family vacation (Glen Eagle) and recommending things to do! The condo was in great shape, had everything you could need, and had amazing views of the mountains off the patio. The pool and fitness room were great. Best of all, Meridian sent a welcome basket and was super responsive to any requests. Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: Meridian Condo Resorts are amazing. The staff of Meridian were very accommodating. When things became a bit unclear they made a phone call to inquire, no assumptions were made. I am considering hosting a family reunion at the property. Amazing, you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: This place is not what they advertised, buyer beware! This is not a condo, this is an apartment complex that is being rented as a condo. the pools were all broken (no heat) and the hot tubs were disgusting. It took days of complaints to get the hot tubs cleaned. the pictures are clearly photoshopped, there is no golf course near these apartments nor a view of any mountains. The condo constantly had bugs getting in, even without leaving the door open. The amenities that they advertise are scattered across multiple properties, but they look from the pictures like they are all one place. We also got to witness a long term renter changer their oil in the parking lot. For the price we paid, this was a horrible deal!

Fantastic experience: Great stay. We stayed at Elite North Scottsdale. Condo was clean and ready early! Pool and got tubs were excellent! Management was very responsive and attentive!

Fantastic experience: Another outstanding golf trip. This is our groups third in the last four years to Scottsdale. Nic Carmen from Meridian Condo Resorts was again outstanding. We are quite demanding and changed various options to get the optimum mix of premier golf courses and accommodation that we desired. We played courses like Quintero, Wickenburg ranch , Legend Trail, Sunridge Canyon, Whirlwind Devils Claw, Legacy and our group was completely blown away by the arrangements that Nic and Meridian made and we are eager to make this an annual winter sojourn for our group of 16. I cant wait to begin planning our trip for 2022. Thanks again Nic.

Negative experience: Buyer beware. I have worked with these guys on three previous occasions but I guess that doesn’t matter. For someone who has spent thousands of dollars with a company and is a multiple repeat customer you think you’d be treated better. I agreed in writing (email) for a place for our Christmas stay. I guess it’s my fault that I was at a three hour Christmas party with our employees today during which time the Meridian team gave my room away. Per the picture they said please get in touch with us before 5 PM which I did, but I guess what they put in writing and promise doesn’t matter. Their response was “sorry we’re slammed”. Sad...

Negative experience: FALSE ADVERTISING don't believe the pictures we stayed with them and ended up in a run down appartment 15 miles from where we wanted to stay. beds were trash piss stained and stunk pool was dirty and not heated hot tub smelled like fish bath tub leaked so you could hear it dripping all night

Fantastic experience: Luxury plainly stated and meant resort living at home or temporary stay.

Negative experience: I was a long term stay. I stayed for about 6 months and was told to leave because I wouldn't make another 2 month commitment. I was waiting for a tenant to move from my house and she kept putting off her moving date which caused me to extend my stay. My family was placed in a 2bd/2ba apartment in Kota North Scottsdale. We were assigned a parking space but was told that we could park in any open spaces that were not covered parking. The apartment was clean but the dishes had food stuck to them. I just cleaned everything myself. We would see police and ambulance every week around the complex. There were dangerous animals walking around freely and my child and I were almost attacked by a Javelina. Then someone started to make false complaints against my puppy. Saying she was barking and alone because I started parking somewhere else and they didn't know that I was there. My puppy only barks when someone knocks on the door which several strange people were doing and I informed the management. Management had me to move to another apartment to stop whoever was making the false complaints about my dog. This person even called after I moved to which Management told them that I no longer lived in that unit and stop making false calls. The second unit that they moved us to was ok. I could hear water dripping from the upstairs unit anytime someone would use the toilet or shower. There would be strange people walking on the side of the bedrooms and by the patio. The internet didn't work in this unit and I reported it to the Management but nothing was done. I had to go across the street to the Library to do my work because of this. During this time, my debit card was stolen and the bank shut down my accounts and card. I immediately notified the Management not to try anymore payments on that card and of the situation at hand. I had to open an account elsewhere and wait for funds to clear. During this time, I just paid in cash because I had no debit card. I also started to be racially profiled by the sales manager because I was using cash and paying for minimum nights. I was told that it was unacceptable and I would have to book months at a time in order to stay. I feel that's unfair to tell a customer how to spend their money. Also, during my stay I was told that another long term guest had reversed all of his charges and that's why the sales manager was on edge about my stay. The sales manager and I had a conversation in which he made some racial comments and told me that my business was no longer accepted and to get out of the apartment which I did. I paid well over $25k to stay there but will never again after how I was treated. Plus they never gave me my deposit back!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from my 2nd buddies golf trip as arranged by Brad Meade at Meridian. For golfers, this is the way to go. Brad will tailor for your budget, and then do very well for the experience. We were placed in the Camden North apartment complex. Room was a bit cramped, but the complex pool, hot tub, grills and the TVs tuned to the hockey games made up for it. We played Rancho Manaha, Dove Valley Ranch, Coyote Lakes, Desert Canyon and Trilogy at Vistancia. Longest drive was 35 mins. Remember folks, this is AZ. There is a LOT of space out there so it takes time to find quality. If you are not a golfer and you are using this service and expect a spa like experience, check first. They have many properties and you need to make sure you get the right one. But for Golfers, you simply will not be disappointed. Unless you cant keep it out of the desert.

Negative experience: Zero stars for the misleading advertising. There is NO resort, only “resort style” (in their words) apartments, townhouses and condos scattered across North Scottsdale. I doubt any of the thousands of people living in the same huge complexes that Meridian bought properties in think they’re living in a resort, or “resort style” accommodations so it’s hard to see how Meridian keeps getting away with this deceptive marketing. And the apartment they put us in wasn’t more than a 2.5-3 star under the best of circumstances, so there are much better alternatives for the money out there.

Fantastic experience: The team at Meridian are awesome! From Steve on down, I’ve never been disappointed and I have booked over two dozen buddies trips with Meridian! I would never book with anyone else!! Update: Just left from our second trip this year! Steve and the team whole team provided us with everything we needed and excellent customer service and appreciation. The golf Steve booked for us and the times were perfect. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you are planning on going to Scottsdale and area for golf trip, I would never book with anyone else!

All staff are amazing, especially Steve the manager. They always take care of us, always set us up at the best course and great accomodations. Meridian was great to work with, even swapping out queen size beds for singles to better accommodate our group. Plenty of linens. Gated community. Negatives were a key that didn't work and excessive noise at night in one room from the gate opening and closing as cars came and went.

Fantastic experience: I am in awe of the room that we got and tge price we got it at! It is so beautiful with a large living room, master bedroom, bedroom, two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. I could live here its so great. Also the beds are memory foam which is the icing on the cake!

Negative experience: ROACHES! They won't refund any of your stay if you want to leave. They offer you an upgrade to a 3 bedroom. Gives more room got the roaches to roam.

Negative experience: 1.0 star rating 2/2/2015 VERY MISLEADING. This is NOT a resort or luxury condo by any means! More like an apartment complex. We encountered countless problems from the moment we arrived . Upon arriving, we realized the check in site was located much further from our actual condo location. Once we got to our condo, it was very different then described on the website and what management made it seem to be. It was more of an apartment complex. The faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, the tv in one of the bedrooms didn't work, the phone and wifi were not working, the ironing board was broken, the blow up bed provided had a huge whole in it, the water heater didn't work, and there was more! Their idea of a king size bed was two twins pushed together with king sized bedding over it. Ridiculous. Management was very rude and unresponsive. The only thing that was good about staff was Kyle, who came and fixed our internet and phone problem. If the management was more like Kyle, this might actually be a quality company. Additionally, they 'accidentally' overcharged me and have yet to give me my credit back. While we were gone one night our window was broken and there was glass everywhere. The next morning they came and put tape and cardboard over our window and left it. If it wasn't SuperBowl weekend and everything else was booked, we would've moved locations. They told us that the condo 'resorts' would have all the amenities as a hotel with the exception of in room dining. However, room service never showed up and when I called to find out where they were and to request a cleaning I was told we would be charged for each room and task the housekeepers did for us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. It is a joke.

Fantastic experience: Having not actually stayed there myself, but booked this for another individual, my comment is customer service related. When I experienced an issue needing attention, the staff and management was quick to respond and certainly very accommodating. Customer service is clearly a matter taken very seriously and was very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The best all around golf experience for the price. The condos were spectacularly well kept and clean. The staff are always helpful and pays attention to details. I have been organizing an annual outing and tournament trip to Scottsdale for the last 5 years and have yet to be disappointed we either the service or the course selection. Every year we try a different combination of 4 to 6 courses to play over 4 days and although we loved them all, even the standard courses, Ocotillo's service and course maintenance is second to none and always seem to make the cut each year. If you planning a golf trip to the Phoenix area Meridian is your best bet for overall value and experience.

Negative experience: Never did get to stay there, I had bought a deal on Living Social - although their web site said many rooms were available, when I called right away they asked if I had would be using a Living Social voucher andsuddenly there was only rooms available for full price cash.
