Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with TUFESA that resulted in me almost missing my holiday for a trip travelling from San Jose to Fresno. I booked the ticket by phone. The agent was friendly and told me the pick up time and location. When I got there 15 mins earlier, I saw the bus leaving right in front of my eyes, so I called the agent immediately, but they let me wait for 25 mins and so I couldn't talk to anyone to seek more information. In the end, I had to ask my husband to drive me there. On the way to Fresno, I called the agent again, and finally they picked up. Upon explaining the situation, they told me they got both the WRONG PICK UP LOCATION and WRONG PICK UP TIME, and apologised half hearted. I was upset but I focused on solving the problem, so I asked if I can still take the bus in the next pick up point at Gilroy. She said I can do that, because at this point she said the bus is running late (i don't know how that is possible but I just want to catch the bus so didn't ask more!!) and I can get to Gilroy before them. So we drove to Gilroy only to be told by the people working at the station that the bus has left 45 mins ago and my poor husband now has to drive 3 hours to take me to Fresno!!!!!! At this point I was furious and deeply disappointed. I called the agent again, and she apologised with little sympathy or little sense of responsibility. When I expressed my frustration and asked for a refund for a trip I didn't take, she refused, saying that is the policy. They are lucky I didn't ask for a compensation! So in the end she said her manager will call back and write a report for the incident in 72 hours. It has been 6 days, never got the phone call. I have given them the chance to fix the problem but it is clear they don't care about the customers and they don't want to owe their mistakes. The lack of training for the agent, and poor management on all fronts is why such huge mess-up happens.

Fantastic experience: Excelente atención por parte del personal, buena higiene en los camiones.

Positive experience: Buenos precios, buena atención del personal en ventanilla así como la atención de los operadores de autobús, (seguros al conducir), solo que respecto a la atención telefónica en esta sucursal es casi nula, de alrededor de 40 llamadas que he hecho solo una fué atendida, es decir tiene una pésima atención telefónica, por ejemplo al llamar a otra subestación ubicada en Fresno California allí si atienden muy bien vía telefónica, siempre con amabilidad e interés en solucionar mis dudas. Dicha sucursal se muestra en las siguientes fotos.

Negative experience: La muchacha que nos "ayudó", no sabía nada tenía que estar llamando a la supervisora. Aparte nos dijeron que el camión salía a las 11 y como faltaba fuimos a comprar unas cosas. Cuando regresamos faltaban 10 minutos para las 11 y el chófer nos gritó que ya era tarde, mi suegro no puede correr y el quería que le apurara. La verdad muy grosero ese chófer, después en Sonora dejaron a mi suegro y a otras 10 personas el chófer se fue sin ellos. Hablamos aquí y nos dijeron que en México es diferente número para servicio al cliente. Honestamente yo no recomiendo este lugar. Y si lo vuelvo usar en el futuro sería solamente mi última opción.

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio en el viaje de los sabados a las 11am! El chófer bastante irrespetuoso y no es por un mal día! Me toco viajar anterior mente con el y fue lo mismo esta vez hasta mas!!! Deberían dar cursos a sus chóferes o hacer algo

Positive experience: Loa autobús no son de primera, una vez me tocó uno que estaba roto el enchufe para cargar, y en dos ocasiones el conductor se portó muy grosero. Lo único bueno que tienen son sus rutas.

Negative experience: Los encontre por internet, no contestan los telefonos, me regresaron la llamada un dia despues y la senora que atiende tiene muy malos modales, se porto muy grosera y no me quiso explicar, argumentando q ella tampoco sabia. Con esta experiencia pienso que asi sera el servicio. Para nunca usarse esta compania.
