Fantastic experience: Very good service and lowest ticket price.I visited my home country last month October 2018, last five years I bought air tickets from Digital one Travel office 73 st Jackson heights but this time I went there but they were too expensive ,they chaecked their computer and given me price $1130 each ticket for Emirates airlines and also said you are going weekend and come back weekend that’s why price will going higher but t I search google for better travel agencies in Jackson heights area then I found highly recommended global tours, I called and spoke with Bashir Vai (CEO global tours)I never met him before but his friendly behavior attract me and I went his 75 st office, Bashir Vai given me $960 ticket for Emirates JFK-Dubai-Dhaka , and it was weekend both way, Finally “Digital one travels” lost one of loyal customer like me. thanks Bashir Vai and Global tours ( 37-12 75 st 2 nd Floor).All the best!!!

Negative experience: Do not book with this travel agency (formerly known as American World Travel). This agency, under the name of Michael Kumar, took $6,000 from my father for tickets to India and absconded with the money. He has set up under a new name and agency (Abhishek Kumar, World Tours and Travel). Several families were ripped off by this scoundrel.

Negative experience: False information provided. Every time I want to fix an issue they said we CAN NOT help and also informed us that they could extend the ticket from bangladesh. But when we wanted to extend from bangladesh they where charging as same amount of money we paid to get tickets. But this issue we had to solve by going to Emirates office in Dhaka with a half of the money they were asking.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional business for community. After the payment they don’t want to help with any thing. I have requested 3 sits together. They said they will do it. When the time came they were showing excuses that they can’t do it, because I suppose to call at 10 am in the morning but I called at 11am. I suggest people to stay out from this kind of situation.
