Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the best Umrah experience with Marwa Travel. From getting the tickets and visas, to our stay in Istanbul, Madinah, and Makkah, Brother Wael was there to guide us. Food was amazing, hotel was clean and close to the masjid. We also had a university professor (Dr. Yasir) as our guide in Makkah who performed Umrah with us. It was beautiful spiritual journey. Fantastic experience: Our Umrah trip was absolutely amazing! This was our first time performing Umrah, and I was initially very nervous about choosing the right travel agent. With so many scams out there, it was difficult to find a legitimate and trustworthy service. After extensive research, I came across Marwa Traveling and decided to call. I spoke with Brother Wael, and from the very first conversation, I felt completely at ease. He is an incredibly genuine person who explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. His availability was exceptional—whether day or night, he always responded to calls and texts immediately! Brother Wael handled all our bookings, and everything went smoothly. Our hotels in both Medina and Makkah were five-star accommodations, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely fantastic! Additionally, the two-night stop in Istanbul was a wonderful experience, with another five-star hotel and a delightful breakfast. The only aspect that could have been improved was the sightseeing experience in Medina and Makkah. The itinerary originally allowed for about three and a half hours per visit, but we only spent about two hours or less at each site. We often felt rushed, and some important landmarks, such as Ghar Thawr, were merely driven past without a chance to stop and fully appreciate them. There was also a lack of detailed explanations at the sites—we had to keep asking questions, and even then, it felt hurried. I truly believe that if Brother Wael had been personally present on the trip, he would have taken the time to thoroughly explain each location, ensuring a more enriching experience. Despite this minor drawback, I genuinely enjoyed the trip, especially sharing this journey with my brothers and sister. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend Marwa Traveling for anyone planning their Umrah!

The hotel accommodations were superb with views of Masjid Alnabawi in Medina and Kaaba in Makkah. The restaurants were great with great food sections. It was beyond our expectations . The guy on the phone was very rude and Oh my God I got 100s of calls everyday for the same question we only do packages we do not do only visa, he even did not listen to my full question he was very rude and insensitive. Fantastic experience: During this very busy season of travel it wasn’t easy for me to make travel reservation with the very busy airlines. This travel agency was recommended to me by a friend and I was truly impressed with their services. Waael manage to pull off a great business class reservation with a very decent price giving the fact that it was a few weeks before travel. He got all the information needed to be prepared before travel in regards of Covid restrictions in all the countries where we were traveling to. He also got me all the information how to get a visa to these countries. He kept calling me and giving me information that if I wasn’t up-to-date with it this could’ve delayed my travel and resulted in troubles when I am abroad. He called me the day before my flight to check on my level of preparedness. And also he called me after I came back to make sure that I didn’t have any problems abroad. I truly appreciate this travel agency and I would recommend it for everybody with no reservation.

The hotels were 5 star and conveniently located near Haram. What a relief to have transportation arranged to and from airport, for mazaraat and from Medina to Mecca in a big private car.
