Negative experience: Extremely rude, was asking if they offered International Drivers permits as AAA is the main issuer and the agent hung up in me.
Fantastic experience: We needed an international driving permit and swung by this AAA office on a Sat morning. It was super easy and fast. They even offer photo services for the permit. Now we are ready for our international trip!
Negative experience: I have been with them for years. Blake was my agent at first never had any issues. He was always so helpful. Things started going down after he left. When I was due up for renewal I didnt get anything in the mail. Kept reaching out no help. I guess they dont care anymore about their customer services. And dont care if they lose me as a customer. To be clear I always pay in full. I have 3 policies with them. 2 houses and auto policy which include 4cars. Shame on you AAA!!!!!!
Fantastic experience: Recently went to this location for changes to our policy and got great service from both Angela and Asima each time
Fantastic experience: I called requesting some old documentation, and Angela was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. She took the time to send multiple individual documents from their system. She was so kind, and I am SO incredibly appreciative!
Negative experience: Horrific. Honestly this place used to be great, but they cencelled my auto insurance, didn’t notify me that is was going to be cancelled my auto insurance then absolutely reemed me to renew and told me it was my fault. I was on autopay and they just stopped running my payments? So happy I’ve been a client for 16 years lol.
Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer with AAA for over 30 years . Called the South Office to get car insurance for a new vehicle. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Called a small open door agency and got better coverage, lower price and personal service . A month later sold my older vehicle. Called to cancel insurance & was informed AAA will cancel my homeowners insurance if I don't have car insurance with them . Bye , Bye !
Fantastic experience: I went for an International Driving Permit. Cindy greeted me right away with a friendly smile. I had already printed my application and had my photos. However, that was something they could’ve helped me with if I hadn’t already had them. I was on and out in less than 15 minutes. Cindy even helped me with my membership and saved me a phone call. Thanks, Cindy!
Negative experience: NEVER and I repeat NEVER go through AAA for insurance. 1. They are not required to report that you have insurance like other companies. This makes car loans and switching to new companies almost impossible. 2. Their phone numbers for support are laughable. Good luck tracking down any information you need or simple help. Local or corporate. 3. They raised their rates on me 4 times since 2021. HUNDREDS of dollars. Today I spent 2 hours on hold, transferred 8 times, just to finally get a voicemail of someone out of office. Huh!? Do yourself a favor and avoid them completely. I can’t wait for the day I no longer have to deal with them.
Negative experience: Agents are unresponsive and don’t listen to their customers. They added my family as drivers to other vehicles leaving our cars uninsured for a month. Never once answered our emails or phone calls. Had to go in person to figure out their mistake.
Negative experience: Be careful work with this company. They just overcharge but no reason and nothing note to the customer. I work with them for 2 years until my agent quit her job, then I call to asking for the amount they charge me 738$ ( original price 484$) , I asked them explain for that they just said it fee…. And they said next month will be come up to 568$ . I just can not work with them anymore then the lady told me that you make sure have new insurance before you cancel . Of course I will. I call transfer to State Farm and it’s cheaper a lots. Don’t wash your money with this company. Bad service. When I call back but nobody answers the phone to take care for cancellation.

Negative experience: Member for over 10 years for roadside assistance. Called for roadside assistance. Was told it would be 2 hours...after 2.5 hours still no show and no assistance. Asked to speak with an agent, who took over 35 minutes to return my call. She still could not get me assistance. You are just throwing your money away if you purchase this service. I have only used it one other time, but no more!

Negative experience: After 16 years I'm done with AAA, yesterday my car broke down on the 270S exit ramp. I was with a dog and no water. I waited an hour for a tow truck, then the driver called and couldn't hear me because of the traffic noise, at this point he told me to roll up my window, I explained I wasn't in the car because of where it stopped. He then hung up. 30 minutes went by and still no help. I called AAA again and was told the driver didn't want the tow and that was the only service they have.
Negative experience: Worst experience!!!! Have been loyal customer for 20 years. New agent was very unpleasant and difficult, never called back, very poor customer service.
Positive experience: I use the Trip Advisor service as I'm a member to cover my vehicles. I carry insurance with another company.
Negative experience: Don't bother with AAA at all! A hail storm damaged my roof and after 3 different roofers all agreed that there was significant damage done by hail I filled a claim. The adjustor came out and agreed with the roofers assessment and then denied my claim. The adjustor wrote a report outlining the damage and still denied my claim. AAA sent an Engineer out to verify the date of the storm and then all of a sudden the report changed to there is no hail damage. When I called about this, I was laughed at. Then my wife called and she was laughed at. AAA even recommended that we sue them! They lie, steal your money and provide ZERO COVERAGE! Thank god I document everything. I'll likely be taking them up on their recommendation after I file a complaint with the state and better business bureau.
Negative experience: AAA is a joke. Their insured hit my car not paying attention when leaving a parking lot. I came to a complete stop even though I had the right of way. This is back in August and despite the thousands of dollars you all pay on time to keep your insurance current it has been over 3 months and they can't get a police report to fix my truck. After over 13 calls to them they still can't call me back to let me know what is going on. Garbage insurance with garbage customer service. It is shameful that despite the reputation AAA has worked hard for that current employees and management obviously doesn't care at all. Update - now it has been over a year. AAA does not care about the people or property their insured damage with their vehicles. I have a police report showing their insured is at fault. Next step is to contact bbb.

Negative experience: If you want to transfer your coverage to a different state, good luck. Due to the difficulty, I decided to cancel my membership, which was also extremely difficult. They would not answer the phone, so I had to physically go to the location. After telling them I wanted to cancel everything, they only cancelled the AAA membership & not the car insurance. Then I received a bill a month later... Followed up, and had to call multiple times to ensure it was taken off. They were able to 'back date' things, but it was ridiculous how many steps/time I had to take to actually cancel the full membership. Coverage is also not what it used to be, would not recommend

Fantastic experience: This AAA travel office is just terrific. Helpful, knowledgeable, full of great suggestions, and willing to send you off with so much great printed material. We are taking our 4th Viking River Cruise in Europe this October, and a friend suggested having AAA handle it all this time. We just worked with Viking directly in seasons past. Sheryl, the AAA Crestwood agent, showed us how she could work with Viking and get us better options and a better value -- especially when it came to flights and pre- and post-trip selections in Europe. AAA Crestwood is going to handle all our travel - domestic and international - until we can't travel anymore!
Fantastic experience: Today we worked with Cheryl to plan a trip to see the New England fall foliage. She helped with getting a few discounts including gathering points on a new credit card saving over 500 dollars. She was very professional. Plan your trip soon with her

Negative experience: I have been with triple a for 25 years and I am so disappointed in them! So i ordered a tow and as my car was on the tow truck they told me I had to pay full due to my tags being expired! No one told me but proceeded to tell me it’s in the guild lines! Meanwhile had to pay $192 with no explanation and the supervisor was so rude on the phone I was in disbelief! MAKE NOTE THAT THEY DONT TOW CARS WITH EXPIRED TAGS’
Negative experience: I waited 15 minutes to be helped after being checked in. The person that did finally help me wasn't even aware that I was waiting. She was back in an office talking to a co worker. She ignored me when I said I had been waiting for 15 minutes. That's not professional it's rude. Not friendly service at all. AAA isn't happy to do business with me. She wasn't wearing her mask correctly.

Fantastic experience: It started with AAA road side service great for peace of mind. Then I saved a lot of money on auto insurance. I am not very good at changing things but I got a flyer in the mail that showed unbelievable savings on home insurance. I called AAA. They cut my home owners insurance almost in half. I am very pleased with the whole bundle.

Negative experience: Loyal customer for 13 years. Couldn't get agent to call me back when trying to add my 6th policy. Management switched me to new agent who promised me she always returns all calls. Apparently not mine. They lost 6 policies due to their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for their clients. Apparently customer service is NOT their first priority. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Fantastic experience: Lisa Radetic is amazing! I was unhappy with my auto insurance provider and started an online quote with AAA since I was already a roadside service member. Lisa contacted me within minutes of my online request and got my policy put together so fast! She got me better coverage at a cheaper price AND dealt with my old bad insurance company to cancel my policy. I have been blown away by the service she has provided, I'm so glad I went with AAA!

Positive experience: Not the AAA of yore. Renewed my membership, got some maps, but seems a little less staff, and fewer services. The travel books are poor, nowadays.
