Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of working with Judy at Adelman on several occasions, and each experience has been exceptional. She is consistently proactive in alerting me to important travel requirements, particularly for international trips, where navigating rules and regulations can be time-consuming and complex. Her expertise as a travel advisor has been invaluable. One of the greatest benefits of working with a dedicated travel agent like Judy is the convenience she provides during travel disruptions. Rather than standing in line or running from gate to gate, I’ve been able to contact her directly to handle flight issues in real time—saving both time and stress. On one occasion, when we missed a connection due to customs delays, Judy quickly rebooked us on the next available flight and even advised us on what to request from the airline to compensate for the inconvenience. I highly recommend Adelman Vacations, and I cannot speak highly enough of Judy’s professionalism and support.

Fantastic experience: I am not a great vacation planner. I am an idea person. I think of a type of vacation I would like to take and then call Karen Allen to make it happen. And boy does she make it happen. After many, many trips, we have never, I say again, never, ever had a problem with any part of the plan. Want a carefree vacation all planned out for you? Negative experience: I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Adelman Travel. From the start, communication was terrible—I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information about my trip. When I finally received information, it was riddled with mistakes, including hotel reservations that didn’t match what I requested. To make matters worse, when I tried to get these issues resolved, the agent was dismissive and unhelpful. They kept making excuses instead of taking responsibility, and I ended up just booking through the website myself. Travel is supposed to be stress-free when you use a professional service, but this was the exact opposite. I would NOT recommend Adelman to anyone looking for reliable and competent travel planning. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Karen pulled off the near impossible for us yesterday. As we were looking for times in KC for an interview for Global pass she suggested checking Springfield one more. Unbelievable they added more days and times. I just checked the day before and they were still 60 90 days out. Then between my wife's keys and phone, locked in her car, and our friend who is traveling with us not there, Karen had us all signed up within a half hour for appointments for next week! Plus, she had another appointment in between. Just one more big reason we always use Karen!

Our travel agent, Shannon Smith, has been a pleasure to work with and has provided us assistance with any request that we have made. She is always prompt with responses to our inquiries. My mother will be 99 years young within the week after we returned home and this was her dream vacation. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been traveling internationally for a number of years now- We have always appreciated Geri Jacoby Smith. At times we have asked her to book special events and experiences for us that were outside our actual tour itinerary . Example… she was able to secure an exclusive underground tour of the Colosseum in Rome.. Also , to see Leonardo DaVinci's. “ Last Supper “ in Milan. Her excitement and enthusiasm for her clients is apparent! She makes traveling easy!

Fantastic experience: We just got back from our Bucket list trip to Australia and New Zealand a week ago and Karen Allen was fantastic from start to finish on our dream trip to see the new years fireworks in Sydney Australia. Everything went to plan. Unfortunately my mother in law passed away during the last week of our trip so we had to make emergency plans to come back earlier than planned. Karen help set all the travel arrangements to get us back to the states, and was very emotionally supportive during that difficult time and we thank you for that. Luckily we did purchase the travel insurance and she has been guiding us through the process the entire time. There was an instance that an excursion was cancelled due to weather and all we had to do was email Karen and it was refunded back to our account while we were still on our vacation. Went very smoothly. we appreciate Karen Allen and Adelma Vacations for help making our dream vacation of a lifetime our best vacation yet. plan on using them again for our next dream vacation. Fantastic experience: Shannon Smith has been wonderful in helping me plan our New Zealand vacation. I was overwhelmed with too many variables to figure this out on my own. Shannon found out what would interest everyone in our party and gave us some great options for excursions. She has really helped us maximize our time in country and see as much as possible. 8 1/2 weeks to go! Update after trip: Best vacation ever! All of the tours scheduled by Shannon were great. Small groups with wonderful guides who were very knowledgeable about the area. Most beautiful place on earth. The 14 day itinerary was the perfect number of days in each location. Everything went smoothly with all of the arrangements. Most low stress vacation ever! Look forward to working with Shannon again.

She spent the next two hours working it all out even though it was after her office hours and during her family time.
