Fantastic experience: I used DVC shop rentals for a recent stay at the Disneyland hotel and I couldn’t be happier. The website is really easy to use and navigate. Once you have selected your dates and location you have to wait for confirmation that the reservation is still available which only took less than 24hrs. I had a couple of questions that were also answered in 24hrs which was great. As I was renting points I didn’t think we would get the same perks as being owners but at check we did receive free parking which was really good. The savings that we received from using DVC shop rentals over booking with Disney direct were massive. Would definitely recommend using this company and I will be using them for any future Disney stays

It’s all transferred with zero issues into My Disney Experience. I haven’t had any problems getting into any room making other reservations. Positive experience: Very good prices on stays at deluxe resorts. The processing fees were a bit of a surprise, but the cheap cost of my stay is worth it. I would definitely recommend this website.

Fantastic experience: I’ve done DVC rental villas a few times now, and my experiences with DVC Shop have always been smooth, painless, and result in me being immersed in the ambience of the happiest place on earth. I’ve never had any issues with my reservations, and everything is so automated, there’s hardly anything for me to worry about. The selection of locations and dates is vast compared to other brokers, but remember that Disney parks are popular and rooms get snagged fast. Make sure you have a few options in mind when searching.

Fantastic experience: I had been trying for weeks to book a DVC Resort Studio at the Grand Floridian during the month of December. Every time I thought I saw availability, I tried in vain to book it from other sites but it was always sold out. When I saw it listed on DVC Shop Rental’s website for the date I was looking for, I requested it, knowing that it could still sell out before the request was fulfilled, and it was confirmed within 2 hours. I was SO excited! Again, I had been trying for weeks and this was a birthday trip for me, so I couldn’t be more appreciative of the speedy service and seamless process. Thanks so much for helping to make my vacation memorable!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience dealing with this shop! I requested a rental and paid in full and they were not able to secure it. The money was refunded and back into my account the same day. I then requested another rental and they were able to secure it. They work promptly and answered my email quickly when I had an inquiry! Also great prices compared to other dvc rental sites! I will be booking again!

Negative experience: Communication is difficult and slow. i tried to call the number in their website but no one is picking up. Theyre not very responsive to chats as well. Confirmation of my paid reservation is not as fast as the other rental companies. I explained that we are leaving the country soon and Louis respon ded to my email, saying that i will get a feedback the following day, that i today. Still waiting for the confirmation. I hope we get the confirmation within the day, like she said.

Fantastic experience: Booked a confirmed reservation at 60% off the disney world rate! Transfer of the room to my name stated it could take 3 to 5 days, the room was transfered the same day. Easy website to use and the whole process went as smooth as could be. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have rented DVC points from the DVC Shop three times and will continue to use them in the future. They are always able to secure my custom reservation requests at the Polynesian and Grand Floridian resorts. I admit I have tried renting with other well known companies who may have a slightly lower price, but I am always told the resort is booked or that I would have to be placed on a wait list. I contact the DVC Shop and the same requested stay is secured one day after submitting the online form. Payment is a breeze, and I like that the full payment is not due immediately. Communication is always prompt and professional. I highly recommend the DVC Shop!

Fantastic experience: I've used DVC Shop Rentals multiple times now and their service has been second to none of the other DVC rental sites used. Not only do they post confirmed reservations that are literally within a day of check-in (I was able to score a last minute Poly deal for under $300/night!!), they were accommodating and super responsive for another reservation I had to change, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Lois and team are incredible, offer great deals on DVC rentals, and truly care about the customer experience! I cannot recommend them enough and they are my first go to for all DVC rentals!

The hotel was confirmed for me within a day and easily integrated and updated in the app. My room was ready early and the check in was easy. The wilderness lodge was a big win! Great place!

Fantastic experience: Booking was seamless! You can choose from "confirmed reservations" or, if they don't have what you need, you can enter a custom search to find availabilities. I was worried how long it might take since we had to pay 20% upfront, but within 24 hours, they found a DVC owner who confirmed our reservation! They emailed me the confirmation number, and I was able to link it right to my Disney experience as if I would have booked it myself directly through Disney. The website and app is very well organized and easy to use giving you the two options. The owner, Lois, clearly knows what she is doing. I got the impression that this is a small business after speaking with her on the phone. You can't beat deluxe resorts at moderate resort prices!

Fantastic experience: Don't be discouraged by the process. A staff member will absolutely walk you through the process and help you with selling your points. I previously used this company and will use this company again in the future. Super friendly staff. Will go out of their way to help you sell your points. I have not used them to purchase points or reservations, but I imagine they are just as wonderful to purchase as they were to sell. Selling process can be confusing and overwhelming. Trust me my fellow DVC members. This is the company that you want to use. If you want to have a magical experience. There are other companies but I promise this is where the magic is at.

I had the reservation in My Disney Experience the same day. I was able to buy points for the same room type to make it an 8 night trip. The resort set me up with a continuing stay no problem upon check-in. Definitely looking to them again in a few years when I return to WDW!
