Fantastic experience: Still sailing high after 4 incredible days on the high seas! I’ll admit - I was super hesitant about a Disney cruise (thought it might be too kid-centric for this girl), but WOW… I admit that I was wrong! The service, the food (oh, the food!), the attention to detail… absolutely next level. I had the best time and would 100% do it again someday. We explored Nassau & Atlantis, I spent a morning snorkeling in Bimini, we were lucky enough to snag a cabana for our beach day, had brunch at Palo, saw 3 of the best broadway-style shows, and basically made every dinner menu our own tasting menu. Huge thanks to Dustin Burton for being the best travel agent and spoiling us all, never missing a detail, upgrading our upgrades, and making sure everything was picture-perfect from start to finish. It wouldn’t have been the same without him!

Fantastic experience: Kristen was awesome to work with. Kept an eye out for lower prices and made booking through her so easy!! Answered any questions we had quickly and check up on us after the cruise to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend using Kristen for any of your travel plans.

Fantastic experience: Edited 3/2025 - We used Emily again this year and she was just as fantastic. She helped with planning questions up to the date of my trip, and then again while we were at Disney. We'll be using her again for our next trip. Emily at Visit Mickey helped make trip planning so much easier! While I love all-things Disney, having someone help monitor the latest promotions, help make dining reservations and answer questions makes the entire process much easier and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I started talking to Juli about a future Disney trip about 2 years ago! Now we’ve had our own magical trip this past week!! Juli was incredible through the whole process, our plans and dinner reservations everything she arranged for us was excellent and even got the most sought after character meals that we hoped for!! Anytime, I had a question or wanted to chat about future plans and ideas she was so receptive! If I changed anything or changed my mind she was always so patient and helpful!! Fantastic experience: Planning a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios can be very overwhelming. Visit Mickey with Addie made it so much easier!! Fantastic experience: This was our first trip to Disneyland and while we have been to Disney World many times, it was overwhelming to figure out what the best options were for our family at Disneyland. Addie did a wonderful job pricing out several different resort and ticket options for us and managed to modify our room when our travel party changed. During this process she was very patient and willing to answer our questions and provide information on all options. She was able to book all of our dining reservations that we wanted which was a great help. The ideas and planning guide she sent to us helped us have a relaxing 3 days in Disneyland and California Adventure. It was a perfect trip for the 5 of us which was made possible with her specific ideas and suggestions.

Fantastic experience: We recently took our first Disney cruise on the Dream over spring break. Kristen Duffee helped us arrange everything. Through my multitude of questions and concerns she was there with all the answers. And even during the cruise she was available if there was anything we needed. I highly recommend her if you are planning or even just thinking about a Disney cruise! We will definitely take another one at some point and ask Kristen for help again.

Fantastic experience: June 2024 Juli helped me book another trip! The entire trip was magical! I had very specific needs and wants for this family trip (budget, convenient laundry, number of beds, husband and I have annual passes but the kids do not, meal reservations for a larger group of 5 compared to our normal 2 people that had to fit the kids meal schedule, etc), and we did a split stay to boot to be closer to the different parks! she knocked it out of the park for us. I cant tell you many times we switched resorts on a hunt for the best deal that fit our needs because different discounts came out at different times and they had different room availability! What a learning curve! This trip was a huge success because of her! Thank you juli, you are the best! 10/2/23 Juli helped me book another vacation and she was just as wonderful as last time! I had so many complicated questions and changes. (I upgraded to an annual pass, switched resorts, and kept asking about discounts and deals.) Juli was so patient with me and I truly feel like she helped me get the best possible value for my trip. We had a great, relaxing vacation and are thrilled with our savings! I can't wait to book with juli again! She made the process so fun and exciting. November 2021: Juli, my vacation planner, was amazing! She helped me navigate selecting a resort and choosing restaurants, and I didn't have to pick up the phone to call Disney at all through the booking process! She saved the day for us when our flight was cancelled at the absolute last minute by calling Disney for me to shuffle around our park and dining plans for the day (she answered me at 6:30 am!!!). I was able to just focus on getting my flights rescheduled. It was a HUGE load of stress off my back.

I wanted a trip where I could just arrive in Orlando and have everything taken care of beforehand and she absolutely delivered!! I felt so supported before the trip, Kathy knew all the right places to book and had the most useful tips. She was up at midnight making reservations for our dining the first day we could make them, she arranged for the most wonderful transport to and from the airport, and even checked in on us during the trip to make sure everything was going well. Fantastic experience: Where can I begin to sing the praises of Addie at visitmickeywith addie and how she made our trip to Disney World so special? Addie helped me formulate in my mind what our priorities were for the visit and then suggested ways to include EVERYTHING!!! She made all our sit- down meal reservations for us! That alone was a HUGE task! She found us the PERFECT resort for our needs. Our resort was one of my favorite parts of our trip. She arranged our visit to Universal. She suggested a company so we could order groceries for our villa. She suggested all sorts of ways to get from one place to the other since we were not renting a car. She arranged for our airport transport with a town car/van transport service. Oh, how this helped so much, especially needing a car booster seat and seats for 4 and then 6! After doing all this reserving, planning and everything else on our behalf, Addie made up a WONDERFUL, very professional, itinerary for us which we referred to every single day! Fantastic experience: My family hadn’t been to Disney in forever (this was a few people’s first time) and Dustin set us up with some amazing recs!! After explaining to him what we were looking for and what people were fans of, he immediately suggested some incredible activities. When we weren’t getting ideas directly from him, we were able to reference the incredibly thorough personalized guide that he provided us at the beginning. Fantastic experience: This was our families third trip to Disney World but first time back in 8 years. So much had changed and it would have been completely overwhelming to navigate all the nuances of Disney. Enter Renee, Disney expert, who hand held our family from concept to completion. She listened to what we wanted to accomplish on our vacation, offered several lodging options that would meet our needs, reviewed pros/cons, and took care of all the booking. As travel approached Renee took care of booking airfare. She helped plan our park days and with that information we were able to fill in our dining plans even taking care of booking the reservations at the moment you're allowed to (pricesless!). Detailed instructions on how to use the Disney app in the parks were so helpful and our phone call the week before travel to review really cemented the daily steps we would take to maximize our park time. This service sounds very expensive but, and this is true, travel agent fees come from Disney not us which made Renee's help both priceless and price-less. We will be using Visit Mickey Vacations for our next trip and I hope this review will give you confidence to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Addie helped us plan every detail of our trip! She customized our itinerary to precisely our taste. One of the coolest things she did for us was a window seat reservation for a late night dinner on the lake at Epcot so we could watch the nighttime fireworks show from inside, which was perfect for my son who is spooked by fireworks noise. She made everything so easy and even answered texts during our vacation! She is our go-to Disney girl from here on out!

Fantastic experience: We were overwhelmed and on a tight timeline for our first-ever Disney trip and Renee Hergenrader made it so easy for us! Fantastic experience: I will never plan a trip without Chrissie's help! My family thought we would do WDW 1 time only, and she patiently walked me through every detail for planning our trip. She met with me in person, answered questions I didn't know I needed to ask, and fielded every random question I had along the way. We loved that "one and done" trip and started planning our next WDW trip before the end of that first week. Since then, she convinced my family to try a Disney Cruise. I swore I would never take any cruise, but we were hooked! As we got off the boat from our 2nd cruise, we started researching the next cruise that would fit into our schedule and immediately booked another with her. Chrissie has taken care of booking all transportation and transfer needs for each trip, including adding our Universal stay details. I could go on and on about how helpful she has been in helping take the stress out of vacation planning.

Fantastic experience: If you're planning a Disney trip, don't do it alone! Our trip was infinitely better because of Addie's help! I'm the planner type - but Disney is another animal! There are SO many details to think about and time-sensitive decisions to make. But it was zero stress because Addie went above and beyond answering all of my questions about resorts, dining plans, dining reservations, parks, rides - everything! We booked about 6 months out, and she would run the latest promos as Disney released them to see if any would benefit our package. At 60 days out, she even booked our dining reservation for a character dinner! As the trip became closer, she sent detailed info on all of the events and special things going on during our stay. For us it was the Flower and Garden Festival and Easter displays. She sent details on all of the topiaries and pop-up food vendors for the event! It didn't cost us any extra to use Addie's travel agency services. It actually saved us money! I priced out a package on Disney's website before I got a quote from Addie. She was able to apply a promo I wasn't aware of to save us over $200 on the same package I quoted on my own. If you're new to Disney, haven't gone in a while, or even if you go often, you'll find planning so much easier with Addie's help

Fantastic experience: Renee helped my husband and I book an amazing trip to Universal. Truth be told, we (husband and I) were fighting over which trip to take- I was all in on Harry Potter and he was all in on the VIP tour. Renee helped to answer all of our questions and merged our two goals into one. I had to swallow my words and tell my husband he was right- the VIP experience was AMAZING and included what I wanted from Harry Potter!!!! I highly recommend Renee's help to anyone questioning what/how to plan out their trip.

Fantastic experience: I loved having Julianna organize our Disneyworld vacation. She found the perfect room for us, booked our restaurants- and changed them for us repeatedly, had all our park and party reservations taken care of, and answered every question I had almost immediately. All we had to do was pack and step into our fabulous vacation.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Renee Hergenrader to help plan our Disney experience and let me say on behalf of my family that she did not disappoint. Our entire trip was simply magical. No worries. Everything was taken care of ahead of time. We simply walked out of our Grand Hotel and Spa and into the parks. Too good to be true. Our hotel was luxurious, yet kid friendly. Transporation was right on. Breakfast in Goofy's Kitchen was perfect! Everything was decorated for Fall and Halloween. I don't know how Disney does it, or how Renee keeps up with it but Like Mary Poppins says, "Practically perfect in every way". I would highly recommend Renee to guide your family through your Disney experience so that it can be as magical as ours was.

Fantastic experience: Renee Hergenrader did an amazing job helping us plan our family vacation! I told her everything I did and did not want, and she planned it out perfectly. Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I asked Renee with Visit Mickey with Renee to help us with our Adventures by Disney trip to Italy. I had originally thought that we could just manage on our own; in retrospect, we are so thankful that we enlisted Renee's help. It was comforting to know that everything was taken care of and we had a contact in the States to reach out to if we needed. We are already thinking, "Where's next?"

Fantastic experience: We will never plan our own Disney vacation or use another Disney travel agent except Renee Hergenrader. She is truly the glue that makes the magic happen at Disney. I don't have enough space in this review to share all the details she managed for us but will try. In Feb. 2021, she booked our 4 person trip with a stay at AofA. She shared articles as things changed including the Skyliner being down the week we planned to be there (we love the Skyliner). But knowing she had the latest updates put us at ease to make any needed decisions around changing plans or finding other ways to go about our trip. She made recommendations based on our preferences and even woke up at 5am to secure dining reservations when they became available. About 40 days out from our trip my parents decided to join us. Renee worked tirelessly over two days to find up new accommodations that would fit our now 6 person reservation including someone who would be using a scooter to get around. Then about 15 days before our trip, our niece decided to join and once again Renee worked around the clock to secure her tickets and such to make her Disney experience as good as ours. She made our transportation reservations (AH-mazing) to and from the airport and helped us one night via text to secure a hard-to-get dining reservation (one we didn't want originally but wanted that day) at a fantastic restaurant. She communicates all the time and provides itineraries of your plans with confirmation numbers so you have everything in one place. She also spent hours on the phone with Disney when online options didn't exist. Both before and during our vacation. We are so grateful for Renee because our trip in January 2022 was one for the books! We can't wait to go back ... of course, using her 5 star services.

Fantastic experience: Julianna was more than a travel agent in planning our 1st Family trip to Disney World! She was a lifesaver!! We are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work in making our trip so special! Julianna’s attention to detail on our family’s needs was spot on. When a family emergency arise and we had to cancel our breakfast plans for Chef Mickey’s Julianna saved the day by finding us a new reservation for our last day!! Fantastic experience: Renee helped us plan and book our recent Disney vacation and everything was perfect! We visited all 4 parks and stayed at the Contemporary Resort which allowed easy access to the monorail system! She got us reservations for Via Napoli and La Hacienda at Epcot and both were amazing! She pointed us in the direction of Kingdom Stroller Rental and they provided easy delivery and pickup to our resort with a brand new stroller. We will definitely use "Visit Mickey with Renee" in the future!

She also made sure to get us in the virtual queue for the new guardians of the galaxy ride, and told us the most popular rides and how to made sure we got the opportunity to ride them- this is something we would have not known to do and we would have missed out the coolest things. I’ll never go back to anything Disney without using Kristens advice and services!

She was so responsive and handled scheduling a vacation for me and my husband that would coordinate with one she had planned for my sister and her family. No easy feat! She was also available to help us with some issues we had while at the park with the Disney app. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Denee. Fantastic experience: Our family vacation would not have been so amazing without Renee! The transportation and transfers were seamless. She booked every detail, dinner, lunch and gave us such an incredibly detailed schedule to follow. This allowed us to ENJOY ourselves so much more. We travelled with 7, 9 and 11 year old children staying at the Polynesian, two days at the parks and then a Disney Wish cruise! Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Julianna for our recent trip to Disney! It was the first time going to Disney for both my 5-year old and my husband (and I hadn't been there in over 16 years), so there was a lot to sort through, a lot to learn, and a lot to digest. Julianna made every step of the process painless and enjoyable. We asked a LOT of questions, and every time we received a quick response that were easy to understand for us Disney newbies! She was always ready to help, whether or was answering questions about Genie+, providing the most recent info on character meet-and-greets, or managing our dozens of gift cards. Fantastic experience: Renee Hergenrader was the travel agent for our trip to Disney World. We hadn't been to Disney World for several years. We did not realized all the changes in the process of making reservations for entrance to the park, lodging, transportation and dining. Rene was a game changer. She assisted us in all those aspects which we could never have done ourselves. She even made changes in the middle of the process as we learned that our son could join us from New York City. I don't know what we would have done without her.

Fantastic experience: This is my second trip booking with Denee. I of course purchase my own flights. This first trip was to disney, a few years ago. The most recent one this year was to Universal Studios. All I can say is WOW. Denee not only takes the time to go over every experience you are wanting, but helps you understand in detail about what the experiences will entail. Fantastic experience: I am super late in writing this but Denee was amazing. I am a single mom and was able to take my two kiddos on a Disney Trip for our first time. Without Denee I don't know how we would have been able to get as much fit into our trip.
