Fantastic experience: Jennifer was able to plan the perfect Disney trip for my family last minute! I was pessimistic that we could get a room with a view of the fireworks over Cinderella's castle and reservations for character dining on such late notice, but Jennifer was able to book everything we wanted. It truly couldn't have been better. She set us up with a great car service to get us to and from the airport, which saved us tons of time. She was always available to answer my questions along the way. I can't recommend her enough!

Planning a trip to Disney and a Disney cruise can be overwhelming. It's a big financial investment and even though there is tons of information on the internet, I wanted to use a professional to ensure we had the right options for our family. She found the perfect cabins (ship location, room size, connecting cabins, verandah's that were open to all our rooms), the perfect Disney resort (family suites, Skyliner transportation, highly themed which the kids loved). Fantastic experience: My family just recently returned from our vacation to Disney! We had a wonderful time and we had a great experience working with Jennifer to plan our trip. Fantastic experience: Jennifer planned our surprise Christmas for our two kids and did a phenomenal job! Because it was a high-occupancy time at the parks, we avoided all the pitfalls by listening to her advice. She got all our table reservations--even Cinderella's Royal Table at Christmas!--and advised us on a great Lion King themed room for our kids. Fantastic experience: Jennifer provided good insights into the Disney resorts and helped me choose the best hotel for our family of four with kids ages 8 and 9. She also shared great information about the Lightning Lane passes system and was very patient answering all my questions about how the different Lightning Passes work and how to make the best of them. Fantastic experience: Jennifer has helped me with 2 Disney family vacations (2018/2024). She asked questions and catered her suggestions to our family. They were totally different trips because her suggestions were based on the kid's ages and the fact that we wanted different things from our vacation with toddlers vs older kids. We were able to do all of our "must do" items and had great trips both times. Planning a Disney trip is a lot of work and it was nice to wake up to restaurant reservations instead of counting 60 days before and waking up a dawn to make sure we get the reservations we wanted. She was patient with me and explained the many changes that had happened since the last time we visited. She also made updates to our reservation based on new promotions that came out while we were planning, saving us money along the way. It was a great experience, and I will use her again when we go to Universal int he future.

Fantastic experience: I found Jennifer through a local Facebook group that was discussing the best travel agents in the area. I was a little nervous about handing over our trip to a stranger, but her Google reviews were so high that I decided to do a phone interview with her. From our first contact, she was immediately responsive, energetic and competent-answering my questions and offering suggestions. After filling her in on our family's details, interests and budget she was able to recommend hotels and dining options. Her inside information (from repeated visits to the hotels and parks, as well as her large client base) was incredibly useful to me, as this was our first Disney trip. Once we signed the contract we provided her with a list of dining requests and the magic started. She booked our hotel (The Contemporary) and got us highly coveted dining with princesses (Akershus and Cinderella’s Royal Table). Then she gave me a crash course on genie plus, recommended park order and a layout of what time we should leave our hotel (and what mode of transportation was available). She also provided us with the list of the best rides for our family in each park. As our trip got closer she continued to be readily available to answer last minute questions and make suggestions. Once we were in the parks she followed up with us to make sure our stay was going well and to answer any other questions. Planning a Disney trip can be overwhelming and difficult, but working with Jennifer took away so much of that stress and enabled me to truly enjoy our vacation. She was an invaluable resource.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Eacret planned our family Disney trip and gave spot on recommendations to make sure my toddler had the best trip possible! She is really diligent in keeping your trip planning on track from start to finish. Traveling with small kids to Disney can be overwhelming and Jennifer shaped our vacation to take the guesswork out of Disney. A travel agent for Disney is a must in my opinion and I wouldn't go with anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Eacret of Magical Adventures was incredibly helpful planning our Universal and Disney trip! She got us a Rock Star suite at the Hard Rock, which came with express passes for the parks and was a fabulous hotel. She is super knowledgeable about both parks and has the BEST tip sheet to prepare for the trip, especially for the Disney Genie. And she reached out multiple times on top of that to see if we had any questions. Will definitely be using her again!!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer helped us plan our family's first trip to Disney World earlier this month. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about the Disney parks and resorts! She helped us pick the perfect resort, plan our park days and rest days, make restaurant reservations, and also walked us through the Disney app and using Genie+/Lightening Lane for rides. I was so intimidated about planning this trip before finding Jennifer, but she helped us plan the most amazing trip! Fantastic experience: Jennifer planned our trip for my family,including my 8 and 5 year old grandsons. Everything she planned worked out perfectly...she suggested we stay in the Port Orleans French Quarter resort...we all loved it...we never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus...the rooms were great,the food court food was very good,the front desk and lobby greeters were excellent and the pool was terrific...and the boat ride to and from Disney Springs was lots of fun..Everything about park admission tickets and her directions about making park reservations and getting magic bands wirked perfectly. She also gave us excellent recommendations for airport transport and stroller rentals.I can't imagine planning a Disney trip with anyone other than Jennifer!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer was so helpful from the moment I contacted her. She knows all things Disney. She let us know when it was time to book dining options at each park and personally recommended restaurants for us based on our needs. She went through the trouble of booking reservations so we didn’t have to (especially the hard to get character meals). She was honest about ways to maximize our 4 day stay. She recommended we stay in priority rooms at our resort and so glad we did, it was so close to our bus stop to get to the parks. Also, the small tips such as advising Instacart for snacks and water was key. She checked in with us throughout our trip and we used her tip guides every day at the parks. Can’t wait to work with her on our upcoming Disney cruise this summer!
