Fantastic experience: Hello! Jessie and I had a wonderful vacation just the 2 of us at Secrets Playa Mujeres all adults all inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. Justin Wolfson set up our trip and organized such a wonderful package including air, travel insurance, room, and transport. We initially planned to visit the beaches of Crete and later the Amalfi Coast. However, Vincent pointed out that both destinations are quite similar in their offerings. He suggested an alternative itinerary that included the beaches of Crete, a jump to Santorini, and a visit to Florence and Tuscany, where we could enjoy the region's renowned wineries. His suggestion turned out to be perfect; we were able to score some incredible private winery tours in Tuscany, which became one of the highlights of our trip. Fantastic experience: MSc is definitely one of the underrated cruise companies. Very good experience with the staff the quality of food and quality drinks. The yacht club is a must. We put in for the bid upgrade to the yacht club. It was worth every single penny. Very clean ship. The buffet was very large with various types of food. Been dealing with Justin for over 10 years as my travel agent. Highly recommended. If you need any assistance whatsoever, basically Justin is there for you.

Negative experience: I've only used them once and it has been the worst travel experience I have ever had. To make things worse, I found out from other passengers that I paid I paid over twice as much more than others on the same cruise even though they booked after us. I asked for a refund before boarding the cruise because things were so bad and it only went downhill from there. Save yourself the trouble and use somebody else.

He booked our flights, hotels, trains and taxis so our trip was stress free and we didn’t have to worry about getting around once we got there since this was our first time in Europe as adults on our own! We went to Rome, Positano, Venice and Paris. Justin also helped us stay within our budget and put us in the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever been to. He answers so quickly too which was an added bonus. First, he does an outstanding job helping plan the trip, he’s always given us options and locations to choose from based on our budget. He helps us make our decisions considering our preferences based on his knowledge of the area. Anytime we have a question or issue at any point he is available to us, this is particularly comforting during the vacation. He helped us organize a trip to Cancun, Mexico and it was one of our best trips yet. The beach was gorgeous, clean, and had wait service which was important because the beach was our main priority. I can’t rave about the food enough, the specialty restaurants were great but even the food at the buffet was amazing. The staff of RIU Porta Murejes was outstanding, their service and attention to detail will be hard to match. If you want the best vacation for your budget I can’t recommend Justin Wolfson enough!

Positive experience: Not much interaction with agent and felt could have provided a bit more assistance and intel on choosing better cost airlines; and providing more info on how to deal with the travel insurance after a hospital ER visit. We took the plan that was offered and felt more help was needed. Never received policy from insurance company. Trip planning and transfers were good otherwise.

Fantastic experience: The service our Chubit travel advisor , Justin Wolfson, provided for us was more than exceptional. My fiancé and I wanted to go to an adult only all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. We gave Justin a flexible budget to work with, and from there he worked his magic . He provided us with multiple options and from there we chose the one that best suited us. The resort was more beautiful in person than the pictures described it to be, the staff was very welcoming and friendly , and the food was decent with a wide variety of buffet options and restaurants to choose from. We had transportation provided to and from the airport and someone to help us with booking excursions throughout the week. Justin stayed in contact before, during , and after our week vacation just be sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were pleased with our experience. Not to mention Justin gave us the best price available out of all the other travel agents we tried booking through. Fantastic experience: Justin Wolfson made our travel experience unforgettable from beginning to end. When we first contacted Justin, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and our budget. He gave us many great options to chose from. Once we decided he handled everything every step of the way with constant and clear communication including, flights, hotel, passport verification, transportation, and anything else you can think of. We even got thrown a curveball as the negative covid test restriction went into place right before we were going to travel and he was on top of it. While on vacation he checked in on us at perfect times to ensure everything was going smoothly. I can't stress this next point enough...The day before our return flight a major snow storm was happening back home so I messaged Justin concerned about flight delays or cancellation, well he messaged me back and said he was already on top of it and monitoring our flight status for updates!! There was also a problem with our return shuttle to the airport and when I messaged him, the problem was solved in about 2 minutes and 15 seconds. I will never book another vacation without going through Justin as I know for a fact that he will absolutely make sure every aspect of the trip is monitored and in order so there is no stress from the second I leave my house to the second I return. Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I love to escape to somewhere warm around January every year but this year we were unsure if that would even be possible due to covid.
