Fantastic experience: What a great trip to Mexico we had because of the work Jen, at Expedia Cruises did. Based on my preliminary searches, I know she got us a better price than I could have gotten overall for the entire package. She had all the logistical instructions printed so we knew exactly what to do and who to look for when we got off the plane in an unfamiliar airport and country. Our connecting flight was canceled the night before so we scrambled to find another option. Jen made sure that the transportation was secured so when we arrived 5 hours earlier the transport was waiting for us and our arrival to the resort was seamless. I would highly recommend and will call her again!

Fantastic experience: We just got back from our trip to Cancun and it went perfectly. Jennifer was our agent and she was incredible. Hurricane Beryl Went through the Caribbean the week before our trip and we were all freaking out. Jen helped us get travel insurance and kept us up-to-date daily on the weather and condition of our resort made sure everything was perfect and it turned out to be an incredible trip thanks to her. 5 stars. Fantastic experience: Months ago our party of 18 decided to do a family cruise. I've booked cruises on my own for just my family but didn't know where to start for so many other families. On a whim I called Expedia and got Becki Love. So glad I did. She was so great I didn't hesitate to move forward with her in booking our cruise. She has been amazing each time. While we were on a vacation out of the country, we had a close family member pass away. I called Holly in the middle of the night. She responded quickly and rescheduled the return flight for us to the next morning. We recently returned from a trip to Thailand. Holly arranged this trip perfectly. Our rooms were set up just as we needed. She was so worried that we get at least one good meal a day that she made sure our hotel offered an excellent breakfast. We would have been lost without Holly's advice on how to arrange travel while there. She had me download an app that provided local taxi service before we left, just to make sure we were all set up. I looked around at various travel agencies along the Wasatch Front, lookng to book a honeymoon cruise, reading reviews of each travel company. I settled on Expedia Cruises and called the number. Becki Love took my call. What a blessing that was! Becki, on a late Friday evening, took my call and went to work! She listened to my desires, then put together several options for me, listing pros and cons of each. I quickly decided on the Western Carribbean cruise and she got busy! She booked the cruise and our airfare, made sure we knew where to be and when, answered all of our questions, suggested several different travel insurance options, and gave us tips on how to proceed, Then, she followed up on all of it! We felt totally pampered! To top it all off, Becki then sent us chocolate-covered Strawberries and a bottle of chilled sparking cider to enjoy aboard the boat, accompanied by a sweet card. I am the mother of 6, the grandmother of 30 and great grandmother of 7 and all their spouses. My dream was to “take” them ALL on a cruise. That was done and Holly assisted me every step of the way including a bunch of swag for the big Family Feud Game prizes. The biggest challenge was masterminding the cabin assignments where cousins wanted “to be together” yet there had to be at least one 21 year old in each. We’ve been home a week now and I’m still basking in how wonderful it was…..everyone had a great trip, great time and enjoyed each other tremendously….and nary an ounce of drama! The ship itself and staff were very aware of and accommodating to all 56 of us (even remembering all our beverage choices in the dining room). We especially enjoyed the availability of the conference center for after hours games, chit/chat and our own holiday Karaoke. Thanks to all!
