Fantastic experience: Parker was amazing and helped us plan the most incredible honeymoon. He was very knowledgeable of all the hotels, transportations and excursions. We had the best time and wouldn’t have been able to do it without his help and expertise!!

Negative experience: Customer service is a joke. It's like they don't care that you are a paying customer. Clearly a lack of training in this particular office. No smiles, no good morning, no please, no thank you. I'd give them less than 1 star, but that wasn't an option.

Fantastic experience: So thankful that PA AAA offices assist and can file vehicle issues, not all states do that service and I can not be thankful enough for the dedicated knowledgeable staff. Also, travel advisors of the 21st century are still relevant. Parker is not only technically proficient, but he has also personally traveled and has a wealth of knowledge and insights into the tricks of making your travel experience the best it can be. Forewarned is forearmed.

Fantastic experience: Great knowledgeable staff. Have been a long time member. Some people do not realize how many added benefits there are to have a AAA card. Not only roadside service,vacation,hotel and car rentals but also Insurance and notary services. You save so much money have membership it pays for its self actually. I recommend checking out their website. I think it's called clubhub. You can save usually 20 percent on movie tickets, amusement park attractions, car rentals and hotels. Also you can book sports events and shows. One stop shop for entertainment. You actually get a discount on your car insurance. You can ask for a quote while there. I'm all about saving money nowadays with the outrageous prices of everything. Also if you not sure just ask all the workers at Cranberry have always been friendly and knowledgeable as long as I have been using this Branch.

Negative experience: Easily the worst customer service that I've experienced in years. There was a system issue affecting my account and the rep told me to call an unrelated company, which I did and shocker... they couldn't help since they didn't have anything to do with my AAA account. I called back and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me when i asked to speak to someone else. I tried another branch, the Robinson one, and the gent that answered spotted the problem and corrected it quickly. Beyond the poor excuse for customer service at the Cranberry Township branch, the email support option is unresponsive and I'm still waiting on a callback from the area manager, 17 days and counting. Hoping someone in management sees this and looks into the issue since I'm clearly not able to speak to them.

Negative experience: Awful customer service and racism. Had auto title work and was called to new rep ( minority) who couldn’t process. When I asked other rep to help, she said she wasn’t going to help her and i replied that’s not nice. Other rep then rejected my paper work. I told her she was wrong and that I would go to cranberry messenger up street to process and that’s exactly what I did! Going to report them to regional manager and NAACP

Negative experience: Road side service really sucks. We are 50 year members and twice they couldn’t help us. Battery died. while waiting for me at hospital. They had no battery to replace in car. Another time car just stoped on way to visit son. They didn’t not have truck available to take care to garage. Had to leave car and take Uber to cranberry to get other car at home. Membership fees seem to be getting higher and service is getting worse. In all fairness the service we had in previous years was adequate. We now need passport photos and I’m almost afraid to go there.

Negative experience: We got there at 5:45 and they had a 45 minute wait. Granted they close at 6, but the miserable lady at the desk checked us in and said she would do the title transfer. The other guy showed up with the title at 6:00 and she then refused to do it because the other guy got there at 6:00. We could have had time to run down the road to have it done somewhere else had she said at the time of check in (5:45) that she could not do it today. Thanks to hynes notary they went the extra mile and actually waited for us to get there to do it. Past there closing time. I can say I will never use AAA notary service terrible customer service. She should have said at 5:45 she could not do it today instead of saying she would then because the other guy showed up 15 minutes later when there was a 45 minute wait already. Still had 30 minutes to wait. A hole move

Fantastic experience: Above and beyond service! The staff were very friendly and helpful with my out of state title transfer. They worked with me in ways that went beyond what was required, like helping me with a charger when my phone died as we were trying to complete the transaction. Additionally, they supplied me with bill-of-sale paperwork that can help prevent complications down the road related to my vehicle purchase, even though they did not have to even give me information related to that. It was an excellent experience. Recommendation: Bring cash for a discount from the transaction fee for credit cards and checks.

Positive experience: Friendly place, but with all the technology available today, why can’t they allow appointments, call ahead sign in, or maybe a sign in list with your cell number so you can walk around the plaza while you wait. Instead, it’s mandatory to stay in their office while you wait. I’m not complaining that I needed to wait… this is normal life. I’m complaining that we need to sit among lots of their people while we waited (for 2hours). Use technology folks. For example, if the travel agent lets the receptionist know she’s nearly ready for the next customer, then the not-busy-receptionist could send a quick message or text. If I don’t return within say 5 or 10 minutes, go to the next person. Easy peasy. Aubrey was great and stayed after hours to help us.

Negative experience: Honestly struggling a bit with a more complex roadside assistance claim. Everything we can read in our membership booklet, online, and even what almost every employee told us the tow should have been 100% covered because we have had the Premier RV membership. We were partially reimbursed after over a month of back and forth with many associates but still had to pay $600 out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: I went in to set up an new resident PA title transfer and get license plates.. The place is well organized and is following COVID-19 safety measures; masks, 6-feet distancing and markings on the floor to help with that. Someone took my name and number and said they will contact me once they are ready. I went over to get a sandwich at Subway and by the time I was done, my phone received an alert. Chris was extremely helpful and in less than 30 min I had PA license plates, paperwork filed for the PA title and my AAA membership renewed. She even printed extra copies of certain documents in case my insurance company in my previous state needed the documentation. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: My mother & I broke down yesterday. I was panicked but my mom is a member & called for help. Someone was to us in under 40 minutes. The driver was super nice & delivered us to the auto repair shop safely. You know what I did? Once home, I went online & became a member myself!

Negative experience: Had to get pictures for passport...they were wrong after the person held them up to the template said they were ok...they weren't...then when I asked what's the next step for my passport I had three employees look at me and say "I don't know "...hopefully I'll get a refund

Fantastic experience: Called AAA because my car locked itself, for the 1st time in my life, with the keys in the ignition. Not sure how that happened. Luckily the car was off but a major inconvenience for me. Mark, a AAA road technician, arrived 55 mins later and worked hard, in finger numbing temps, to get into my very stubborn Honda Pilot. It seems my car did not, I repeat did not want broken into and gave Mark a very difficult time getting into. With my help, and just about to the point of Mark and I wondering if getting into my car would even happen, we FINALLY unlocked it. Thanks Mark and thank you AAA office dispatcher for your roadside service. I'd recommend you to ANYONE! Boom John Rieger

Negative experience: When transferring an Ohio title had extensive difficulty. Agents were present and helpful once the issue was identified. Fees are exorbitant, though that's at least partly the Commonwealth.

Fantastic experience: Well this is very good place if you own a car get AAA its a lot cheaper than having to pay for a tow truck. Just think one tow it pays for its self. The staff there is very friendly at cranberry two and bulter very nice people.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. I would never use them in the future. I would give them zero stars if I could. A man claiming to be the manager (having done this for 22 years, according to him) not only wasted our time, but also mentioned it would cost an additonal $150 on top of the prepaid service for him and his two workers to do their job. Then they didn’t do their job anyways — they left the car stuck in the mud and said to call again in the morning if we still need help getting it out of the mud. Why pay for that service if they can’t do what they are paid to do?! I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Negative experience: The young lady that did our vehicle transfer today was INEXPERIENCED...UNPROFESSIONAL ITS DOESNT TAKE 2 HOURS TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK. Only 6 months ago the young lady WHO MOVED TO OHIO did our paperwork in under 30 minutes. TRAIN YOUR STAFF

Negative experience: Went to AAA to register my car for the first time in Pennsylvania. Clerk was very unhelpful. I had to ask about advertised discount for joining AAA and was told it would be 20.00 more if I joined AAA. How is this a discount? Was also told over phone that I needed to bring the vehicle with me so they could verify vin number. O.k. that's acceptable. So I did. Except the clerk couldn't be bothered and never even went outside to check it. Clerk was not friendly, did not explain anything and I would not even know what I was charged for if not for receipt. Honestly I have been treated better by state employees at the DMV office. Not to mention 175.00 to title and register a car is ridiculous!

Negative experience: The staff here are absolutely beyond miserable and unfriendly. My mom, husband, and I went in to get papers notarized this evening and they hardly even said hello (and we were the only customers in there). The notary called us over with a nasty tone to her voice only to tell us we needed an addition witness for her to do her job. No further explanation, rhyme or reason. "Sorry, can't help ya, bye..." was pretty much our experience. Will never be returning to this aaa location. If these people hate their jobs so much, I highly encourage them to find some positive in their world's and move to the next employer. I sincerely hope they read this review, as well.

Negative experience: I have tried calling them 5 times in the last two days only to be on hold for 5-10 minutes then told no one could take my call and hung up on. Do you just never answer your phones? Completely ridiculous.

Negative experience: They must feel strongly against answering phone calls. Horrible customer service. Also have to wait 20+ minutes when you're the ONLY customer/client in the building. Ridiculous that these people have jobs there.

Negative experience: Usually this office is very good at supporting your needs. Unfortunately, their website states you can renew your Drivers License at this office. You cannot! (if you receive the application in the mail requiring a camera card photo don't waste your time at AAA) After waiting 20 minutes for the office to open at 9am, we learned they did not renew photo driver licenses. We finally had to go to the PA DOT office 20 miles away to get license renewed! I also tried calling AAA local phone number but was on hold over 25 minutes and then got disconnected. AAA - please revise your webpage to make it clear that people must go to the government offices to renew photo driver licenses.
