Ms. Leilani T was patient and helpful to get me new quote which beat my old insurance by a mile (will see how the claim service go) Everything is done in a timely and professional manner. 5 stars for the great experience.

Fantastic experience: Nice and efficient! I had to get an international drivers permit. as I was not familiar with the process I called ahead in the morning to get instructions on what to bring and whether or not I needed an appointment. They said to just show up with my Texas license and payment method and they would get me the permit in 10 minutes, and they sure did when I went there later in the day!

Negative experience: Came in today around 12:30 to get an international drivers license. The initial service was quick in checking us in and taking our picture. We then proceeded to wait while 3 employees "assisted" one customer. What should have been a 5 minute process took over thirty. Would recommend a different branch for timely service.

Fantastic experience: As a Michigan member in Texas I find myself a fish out of water at times and had some serious issues regarding my families multiple membership's. But when I stopped into this location 13376 research in north Austin tx, Sandra A, was able to handle ALL MY QUESTIONS & CONCERNS without any problems. Or bs. Fantastic experience: Was in and out in 20 minutes for my IdentoGO appointment. Great customer service!

Positive experience: I wouldn't go there for IdentoGo, they have only one machine and a bunch of people waiting, despite the designated appointment time, or be prepared to wait 30 mins and counts.

Negative experience: Not the friendliest of staff. When I arrived the front lady was on the phone. I waited a while but then walked 3 steps to the left to casually look at the travel items for sale as I waited. There was a man and woman also behind the counter. The man DEFINITELY saw me but did not acknowledge me. I saw another man approaching the front door so I moved back to the front of the office to get back “in line”. The man entered and was IMMEDIATELY acknowledged by the man and asked to help him. WTH. First you ignore me then offer to help someone who came in AFTER me!! . The 2nd lady finally offered to assist me but she must hate people and /or her job because she was condescending. Sorry I asked her to repeat where I had to sign the form. I wanted to make sure it was correct because I didn’t see where you arbitrarily pointed where to sign. Maybe having a sign to direct people where to go instead of just standing around waiting for the staff to greet you. Regret getting a membership with them after the reviews.

Fantastic experience: I walked into the ofc & talked to Paul at the North Austin ofc on 7.24.24. He was wonderful- I have not encountered such stellar customer service anywhere. Paul represents AAA in the best way possible. He's exceptional. Thank you Paul! Barb Kuplicki AAA member for 40 years.

Negative experience: I visited this place to get an international driving permit. The first employee who helped me said that after filling out the forms, since it would be his lunch break, I could take the completed forms to anyone in the office and they would assist me. So, I completed the forms and explained to one of staffs in the office that I was told to bring the completed forms to anyone. In her response, I was told to "Be patient!" until my name was called. ( There were 1or 2 other than me) I felt quite uncomfortable with her high-handed attitude. Fortunately, a staff nearby her explained where I need to bring the form, and I went back to my seat to wait. I don't think saying "Be patient!" to someone who followed the instructions and brought the completed forms is appropriate. After observing the situation, I realized it wasn't a system where my name would be called, so I brought the forms to another staff. Finally, I was able to get the permit.

Fantastic experience: Went to get my international drivers permit. Had to get pictures taken. They were quick and efficient.

Negative experience: Avoid AAA at ALL costs!!! Dishonest, unreliable and they are also participating in false advertisement and directing their sales agents to terminate calls regarding that issue!!! Do not do business with AAA . This company use to be one of the best!!! I don't know what happened but avoid them!!

Fantastic experience: Had to get fingerprinted for my medical license, Kirsten was very professional and pleasant, made the whole thing go by quickly, and she put me at ease with her lighthearted manner. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Worst company anyone could ever waste their money on. Waited on I20 over 5 hours to kepted being told they were working on finding a company in the network. Please people do not waste your money on this company.

Fantastic experience: Paul handled my IdentoGO fingerprinting process like a pro. After a hiccup with a mismatched name and calling customer service, he was able to get me in and out in a jiffy. Not only did he work through lunch, but he did it all with a smile on his face. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

Negative experience: Get a lawyer automatically if you have a claim, these people block your number when you have a claim, lie to you and give you the run arlund and dont care how many days work you lose like when I had a reservation for a truck and when i get there to finalize the rental my phones BLOCKED and so is Enterprise rental, I lossed another days work over this. No excuse Ashkay from AAA LIER and said he didn't block me but wont call!!! Enterprise says different

Negative experience: I filed a sexual harassment complaint over a yr ago on a roadside assistance call and no one will respond to me! Not this particular location, but the company. I have been a member for 24y. I have repeatedly called and sent emails. When they emailed me to renew my membership, I emailed back addressing this again, and it has still been ignored! I would like to be acknowledged, as a female, as a mother, as a member, for having an inappropriate driver, make me incredibly uncomfortable in the middle of the night, when I reached out to a trusted resource for help. How many other women has this driver done this to? How come nobody is addressing such a serious situation? I’m enraged and hope this will get someone to acknowledge this.

Fantastic experience: Everyone that works here is super nice, they’re quick and go out of their way for their customers, especially Paul! The best customer service out of any AAA we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to a bunch for an IDP every year.

Negative experience: I went there to update my name with them on auto insurance policy as I changed my name last year, the associate took more than half an hour and then I went to take pictures for my passport, now it has been more than four weeks,on my auto insurance policy, it still reflects my old name and the pictures quality was horrible as well.

Negative experience: I been using AAA Texas since 2015, at this location 2years ago my agent“( B Working) he was the reason I’m using AAA Texas service”moved to San Antonio since that don’t like go there too many mistakes keeping me to wait for long time. Time to find something else.

Fantastic experience: Love all the positive feed back great to hear. For all the other reviews that are 1 star they are talking about the tow service and they are contractors they don't work for the company.

Fantastic experience: They were able to help me understand why I couldn't get a document signed by my bank or previous notary help me reprint it get it signed get it notarized digitize it email it to me so then I was able to get it sent off ASAP to where I needed to get it to and only charged me $6 cash I will definitely be praising them to everyone I know and I'm not even AAA member :)

Negative experience: AAA was dispatched to pick up my vehicle. The tow truck driver had vehicle loaded then informed me that they would not tow it due to a ladder on top of my vehicle. At that point in time the tow truck driver got his bridal stuck. We were on the dangerous left hand side of the freeway when he hooked up his kicker battery charger with the hood still halfway up to exit the freeway, so that he could free up his bridal in the nearest parking lot. Upon doing so, the shoulder came to immediate end and I was forced onto the freeway doing about 20 miles an hour with vehicles coming up behind me doing 60-80 mph. I have never been so terrified in my life. Never again will I let someone influence my decision making. No idea why the tow truck driver did not tow the vehicle to the nearest parking lot to free his bridal instead of putting my life in jeopardy.

Negative experience: I called for a tow 8 miles back home. AAA said it would be 1 hr from Burnet towing. AAA never sent me any text map to monitor my drivers progress. I called back, AAA Lied to me and said they were on their way. I called Burnet towing myself, and they had no idea that I even needed a tow. They called AAA and called me back and said they were on their way. Had I not called, I'd still be sitting there. AAA never called me back to check on me or anything. AAA sux...

Negative experience: I was told multiple things from agents that ended up not being true. I was told that I could cancel at any time if my car broke down and I no longer had the vehicle in Possession Without paying penalties.. However this was not true as in I had to pay a penalty even though told multiple times by agent that I did not have to and ended up costing me more than going with another company.

Fantastic experience: Service was top drawer! Lonnie's famous chicken fried chicken was possibly the best I've had. Side dishes were excellence, service was excellent. I highly recommend this establishment, this is one of the best-kept secrets in the Austin area, but not for long.

The 1st driver had a pickup he obviously couldn'tove it. By the way: my carport is maybe 20 spaces away. I pay for the stall yet my car still is in the sun. That Being Said: AAA is pretty cool & It Is A Blessing

Fantastic experience: So glad to have AAA Roadside service. I used them three times for my most recent trip - 1) Got a discount on my hotel rate with AAA, 2) Got free maps, and 3) Got roadside assistance when I brilliantly locked my keys in the rental car trunk in California! Seriously, small annual price to pay for all that! Big thank you to Kelly at dispatch on May 29th when I called from Burlingame, California! She was amazing - gave great service over the phone!

Negative experience: Elusive!

Negative experience: First time I used roadside assistance, they said about an hour.Had to call them at least four times and they finally said the order wasn't confirmed. Took four hours to get to us. Tried to change my policy to get a comparison quote, called and called and couldn't get them to give me what I needed for the comparison. Highly disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Always get great service here. We are 35 year members. I don't often need the towing service but the peace of mind a membership offers is priceless. Every year I visit this office to get the sticker for my car as my inspection and registration are due in the same month. This saves me time as well as a couple of dollars. The office is neat and clean and AAA offers so much from a travel agency to insurance of all kinds and loads more. I am always treated with kindness and respect whether I call or visit this office. I highly recommend a AAA membership!

Fantastic experience: I needed auto insurance and was able to manage the transaction on the phone; he gave me a quote, I paid the premium and membership dues and now I am a AAA member!

Negative experience: Everything was great until I needed to file a claim after 12 years. I had to personally call every week to get any progress and the accident wasn't even my fault, so it was not going to be at any cost to AAA. I thought I was paying more for better service, but that ended up not being the cast at all.

She was very reassuring and was able to find the local AAA towing and the name of the place to which I wanted to have my car towed. Everything she needed to know was available to her since I have used their services before. I was very pleased that she said she would send Spyker Towing since they have assisted me when I have locked keys in the car and one previous tow. I was very pleased with Dana and the entire transaction. I heartily recommend the services of AAA and Spyker in Austin, TX. ss I also appreciated the kindness of the tow truck driver, Anas Khazaali.

Negative experience: They will hide certain things, not explain in detail, assuming you know everything about car insurance. They will withhold money if you cancel well above the stated amount in the policy terms. They will use any excuse to deny or justify it. When they try to explain their side and the reason the arrogance of the members is unreal. I am sure not all reps are that way but the 2 I had were really arrogant. DO NOT get car insurance with them. I would recommend (like a good neighbor......). In all fairness as a 22 yr (8yrs current, 5 month gap, 14 yrs before that) customer of the AAA roadside the service is great and the people in that division are awesome. I recommend that 100% but not car insurance. The is not directed at this particular branch but my overall AAA car insurance experience. Policy was set up over the phone with a customer service rep. Maybe this office would explain all details, so to be fair I wanted to mention that. Best regards! My edit.. after reviewing google terms for leaving reviews: My last ditch effort to try and work out our differences regarding a refund was with someone at this location. And the car insurance I recommend I remove the name. This was my experience only. I do recommend AAA road side assistance.

Negative experience: I had a TSA pre check appt and the AAA guy checked in 4 others that came in way after I did - not even acknowledging me until I had to call out to him myself. Shameful selective acknowledgement and poor customer service The actual TSA guy was super nice and quick.

Positive experience: Staff and service will solid. The online quote for, in my case, an overseas driving permit, was incomplete and left us with a larger than expected bill. No big deal...this is a relic of the golden age of travel before the internet and when the older generations are gone, the demand their services be done purely online will win out and we'll all be happier.

Fantastic experience: AAA travel services- We used AAA for travel in California. We just returned from our second cruise, going through AAA Austin. I can't say enough about Hyaun Baxter, our agent. She is the best! Everything was perfect from the departure flight, transfer services to cruise disembarkation. Our friends booked directly through Princess cruises, and no one there informed them of all the special promotions like Hyaun did for us. I highly recommend AAA travel services, and especially Ms. Baxter. She is professional, knowledgable and responsive. I can't wait to set up my next vacation with her.

I have purchased renter , auto insurance along with membership. As per the communication with me one figure and AAA charged another amount. I tried to call several times to Mr Patrick , he is not answering any call. Then I call his manager Mr Travis , he told we are checking and call you , it's more than 2 weeks still I am waiting thier call. This kind of service they are providing after your purchase .
