Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Neptune teravel agency especially the owner Anna Wojtas . She’s very professional, finds the best deals and was right on the task when I had a huge problem with the LOT air lines . Polish lot denied my mom entry for the flight due to “expired covid passport “ even though she was up to date (and even if not - the us law allow to travel on “expired covid passport “ ) Miss Ania was able to the rebook my moms flight at a different date despite polish airlines telling me off and sending to filling the claim on their website.
