Fantastic experience: Great outdoor activities, shopping, eating, hiking, mountain biking to skiing or boarding. Some places are a little pricey but what they lack in high prices they make up for with making you happy and full especially if you're eating.

Negative experience: Poor maintenance of ski runs, about 10% was groomed across 4 days

Positive experience: Park City Resort is an impressive ski destination with excellent facilities, well-maintained trails, and a lively atmosphere. The resort offers a great variety of runs, from beginner-friendly slopes to challenging advanced terrain, making it suitable for all skill levels. The lifts are efficient, and the mountain views are absolutely stunning. The town itself is also charming, with plenty of dining and après-ski options. However, the one downside of my visit was the snow conditions. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience a true powder day—most of the slopes were quite icy, which made skiing a bit more challenging. While the resort’s grooming helped, it wasn’t the ideal soft snow experience I was hoping for. Additionally, the lift tickets are on the pricier side compared to other resorts, which is something to consider when planning a trip. Overall, Park City Resort is a fantastic place to ski, and I’d love to return for another try—hopefully on a perfect powder day! ⸻ Park City Resort 是一個相當優秀的滑雪度假村，擁有完善的設施、良好的雪道維護，以及充滿活力的氛圍。這裡的雪道種類豐富，從新手友善的緩坡到具挑戰性的高級路線一應俱全，適合各種程度的滑雪者。纜車運行效率高，山景壯麗迷人，度假村周邊的小鎮也很有魅力，美食與滑雪後的娛樂選擇豐富。 不過，此次造訪唯一的遺憾是雪況不如預期。沒有遇上夢幻的粉雪天，大部分雪道偏硬且有較多結冰區域，讓滑行變得較具挑戰性。雖然度假村的整備仍然不錯，但缺少了柔軟的粉雪，總覺得少了點樂趣。此外，Park City 的票價相對較高，這也是需要考量的因素之一。 整體而言，這裡仍是一個很棒的滑雪勝地，希望下次有機會在大雪紛飛的日子裡再來挑戰！

Positive experience: Lots of fun runs way too many people very hard to dodge most of the people when coming down the slopes. Parking was very expensive for a weekday.

Negative experience: Poor signage. I think they are metering power lifts shut down for no reason. Given the ticket/ pass price not worth it.

Fantastic experience: First time there, and I love the atmosphere. Very family oriented.

Positive experience: Great mountain if you can avoid the crowds. As is the case with all Vail resorts, lift ticket pricing has gotten absurdly expensive so best to plan ahead and buy an Epic pass (Local is the best value imo)

Negative experience: Was insanely crowded and waited in line for hours. Not worth it with the strike. Hopefully it picks back up.

Fantastic experience: With the extra powder a lot of runs are opening up. The longest line was 3 minutes as of 1/12/2025. Not a lot of powder to work with, but the next few weeks should continue to get better. Free parking if you carpool, Large lockers = $17, most of the restaurants (Baja Cantina) have food for 2 people for $20, and all the groomed runs were awesome.

Negative experience: extremely long lift lines. not worth it. I don't see any trained ski patrol on the mountain and saw several people get hurt with no one to help them.

Negative experience: Vail resorts is so tremendously greedy that they can't fairly compensate their highly skilled and professional Ski Patrol. Their absence makes it very clear that they are essential to the success of their ski resorts. Ruined my trip, wasted my time and my money, and shows a huge disconnect between their customers and their management. PAY. YOUR. STAFF.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! Ski in and ski out facilities. The staff are amazing. Dining options are great!

Negative experience: What a dumpster fire. Won't even negotiate in good faith with the ski patrol. Not a good look. Spend your money elsewhere, Vail resorts suck.

Negative experience: What an enormous and maddening disappointment! 25” of fresh snow over 4 days but the ski patrol strike has prevented lifts and runs being open. Absolutely over run with people trying to ski but stuck standing in line. Work it out, stop peeing in the bath water and wasting our time and money. Vail inc might never see us again.

Negative experience: I really wanted to like Park City but it was way too crowded. I’ve skied many mountains but this experience was disappointing. The ski patrol is on strike and that has a big impact. Vail Resorts and Park City have handled the situation poorly to compound problems. Vail Resorts could be a case study in terrible customer service.

Negative experience: Vail sucks

Negative experience: Showed up, paid a few hundred dollars for day passes, and less than 10% of the mountain is open No signs, no communication, the ticket seller didn't notify me. There's got to be something illegal about this. Anyone want to join me in a class action lawsuit?

Negative experience: 12/30/24: not a good day for skiers/boarders. Lots of lifts/runs closed. Really long lift lines, everywhere. Expensive lift tix, parking & lodging. Only impressed by one thing: the immense patience of all the skiers/boarders trapped in those lift lines. One-day lift ticket price ($328) is excessive and just plain greedy. We will not return; there are so many better places to ski in the West.

Negative experience: If you like long lines, this is the place for you. Spent more time waiting for lifts than skiing. A disappointment after waiting months for this trip. Instead of paying the ski patrol a few dollars more, they keep 85% of the mountain closed and ruin the experience for everyone. Tried to get a refund and they told us to pound sand. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Bring back ski patrol, end the strike! We need safety first out there. Long lift lines due to limited terrain. Lots of falls today and people going down on gurneys. We needed more patrol!

Negative experience: Don’t go to PCMR this winter! It’s not safe. There are obstacles everywhere and Ski Patrol is on strike so if you get hurt or lost good luck getting off the mountain! There are better places to go. Do NOT recommend at least not this winter. We have been skiing here for about four years. The experience definitely used to be better. Lately, it seems like Vail is trying cheap out and Bille and dime on everything. It’s $28 or more to park and the reservation system is not always easy to use. The main lodge had a broken toilet for multiple days in a row. If you like waiting in line more than skiing this is your place. Lift lines are horrible (because many lifts are closed) bathroom has lines, lines everywhere. Show up early or don’t plan on skiing anything until after 1:30. Vail resorts need to invest in Park City! There is currently a Ski Patroler

Fantastic experience: A lot of ski terrain. A lot. Park City is somewhat like European resorts where you can ride lifts to different areas for hours or even days, before you see it all.

Negative experience: Have been going to Park City for the past 15 years and I wanted to get a Day pass and found out ticket is $299 and if you buy online you can get 10% off. It’s ridiculous for a super long lines on weekends. Not worth it. I’ve always had a season pass so it wasn’t too bad but very disappointed at how there’s no local discount pass anymore. One good thing is they have free beginner practice slope. Kids under 4 is free and kids in Kindergarten to 4th grade can get free 5 day epic season pass. You can pre-order now for 2024/2025 ski epic pass that will give you approx $100 per day but for locals to buy during season it’s ridiculously expensive for a non luxury resort. Also note they do not have Microwave available and must purchase food. Ski rentals on site are expensive. Cost me over 50$ to fit ski that came lose.

Positive experience: Great bluebird day on the mountain. No lift lines made for a great skiing day, mostly. Many of the runs and chairlifts were closed. This would be fine, given that it's late season, but ticket prices were still over $200 for the day. On our last run, a charging moose prevented the skiers from reaching the lodge. The 5 ski patrol did not provide any information during our 1hr 20 minute wait. Management, we were told, refused to start up a lift that would have allowed us to leave much sooner. In the end, the young moose left, and we skied down. I'm not sure I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place for skiing, the mountain is so big. We had a tremendous time and will go back.

Fantastic experience: Overall Park City ski experience was amazing. Went in early March. The first day we got tons of snow and the second day it was clear and pristine. I mostly stayed at the village side. Tried the top peak double black - awesome snow condition, no ice at all. The lounge was okay. Crowded but the food was good (pricey though). I loved the view from mountain top. On a clear day I could see through the whole valley. Lifts closed promptly at 4pm, so make the last lift to the top, and then you got another 30 mins to play and go down to the path. The fire pit next to the lifts were great for relaxation after a half day of skiing. Felt like vacation truly.

Fantastic experience: You’ve never skied a mountain until you’ve come here. The Canyon side is very picturesque and a little less crowded. Lifts are a little older (no spot to rest skis or snowboards). The runs should be modified though, as some were listed as dotted blues (easier way) and they were not for the faint of heart. Overall incredible time all around. I appreciated the lodges on the slops had vegetarian options. Park City side of the mountain is great too. A little more crowded though, especially on the green runs. Wish there was more posted signs on mountain etiquette because some people stop in the most idiotic and unsafe spots. Loved that the female bathrooms have pads and tampons free of charge Best resort in The States! Well groomed and super friendly staff. Lots of maps displayed everywhere too.

Fantastic experience: Ok its pricey. But its so worth every cent. Its smells so amazing. The people are so nice. Irs really wow. The skiing and food are 3.5..4. What makes this 5. Its the luxurious stay and by far the best service. Is give skiing a 5.. but really its like hard 4. Food there's not lots of choices and you can't just eat whenever. There's hours. Otherwise this if you have the cash go. Seriously its expensive.
