Positive experience: My first experience booking with a travel agent vs booking myself and I wasn’t impressed. I felt I did most of the leg work; researching locations (I was emailed with a list of hotel options, which I then researched and picked what fit us), I spoke up wanting to book on the upgraded side of the resort- which was never offered or mentioned, I picked our room preference, I picked out what transportation we wanted and found my own upgrade for that as well. I emailed to have my upgrades booked, and that was done as expected but if I feel like if I didnt do my own research I wouldnt have known any upgrade options. The travel agent I booked with stopped all communication (except for marketing emails) the moment our balance was paid in full. I got an email from the company, not agent, week of travel with our details and that was it. No other communication and zero follow up once we returned. Felt as if I could have booked our 10 year anniversary trip myself and it had been the same experience.

Negative experience: No clue what their issues have been, but I've literally tried to give them money and.. crickets. I don't know them, just found them on google.

Fantastic experience: Adriana did a great job of planning our trip to Alaska. The train ride across Alaska was amazing. We even got to see Mt. Denali in all of its glory.

Fantastic experience: Adriana did a wonderful job coordinating with our daughter in law. In 3-1/2 days, we were able to see everything we had hoped to and more!! Highly recommend having her plan your trip to Disney World. She knows all the tricks, ins and outs to make the most of your time. Make sure to get the Food Plan. It is really a time and money saver.

From non stop flights to cater to our toddler, to the details of what time to get to rope drop at Epcot, Brooklyn was knowledgeable of all things Disney. She was available when I had random questions, and we didn’t have to do anything but show up. I’m a busy, working mom who didn’t have time to sit and plan. I am super thankful! We will definitely book with Brooklyn for our future trips!

Fantastic experience: Just got back from Ireland on a guided bus tour booked thru Michelle’s Destinations with Adriana. We had a great time and got to see so much of the country in the week. We flew into Dublin, making a big circle around much of country , with emphasis on ancient sites and castles, then flew home out of Dublin. Highly recommend a trip to Ireland through Michelle’s Destinations with Adriana!

Fantastic experience: Adriana is an OUTSTANDING agent. She’s so personable and makes wonderful recommendations - things no Google search would ever bring up. I’ve had the opportunity to take two trips she has organized and both were trips of a life time. Since she has traveled so much herself she does an outstanding job of suggesting where to stay, where not to stay, what hotels are under construction (or near construction- nobody wants that view from their hotel room) as well as where to eat, how much cash to carry, and don’t get me started on navigating the Covid rules. One trip was on the tail end of Covid travel restrictions but we went right through with no trouble following her easy instructions. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it is knowing that Adriana will make your travel planning SO much better, less stressful and you’ll have a great trip. She genuinely cares and wants people to have a great time. 10 Stars out of 5!

Fantastic experience: This was our first time using a travel agent but man am I glad we did. From the start Adriana was with us every step of the way. Any time we had questions or were worried about anything, she was always there to guide us. We will definitely be using her again. As a matter of fact, I am in covos with her about another trip.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful trip to Disney World with our son, daughter in law and grandson. Adriana did a great job helping us plan the best trip. She even booked us a great dinner at Tusker house and my grandson was so excited to see all the characters. We will continue to always use Michelle’s Destinations for our vacations.

Negative experience: Contacted company by email 9/29/22. Business partner 3days later to get information regarding our trip and stated someone would call me by Friday with rates. Presently still have not heard back.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I need help booking a cruise or destination they've been there for me. Michelle was so kind last year and upgraded me and my husband's room since we were renewing our vows! I arrived to check in and they guided me to the platinum club! They're my favorite travel agents!

Fantastic experience: Michelle's Destinations worked hard on our behalf to create a great trip. Unfortunately, the hotel we booked, Tru by Hilton, had different plans. We had booked and paid for a trip to Michigan for a youth competition in January 2022. The trip was in July 2022. Michellle's confirmed the trip details several times, sent us documentation and had everything worked out. The week of travel we confirmed with Tru that the room was paid for and the reservation was ready. We confirmed with Tru that a late check in wasn't going to be a problem, since the room had been paid for, and Tru confirmed that it was fine. During an 18 hour road trip during which she drove straight through, she called again and confirmed with them that we would be late, probably around 4 or 5, and they again said that it was fine. Upon arrival at 5:30 am, my wife was told that there was not a reservation, that they could see where there was one, but it had been removed because we didn't arrive before 2:30 and it had been returned to inventory during the audit. The manager told us there was nothing to be done, they would not issue a refund and that this was our fault for arriving too late. Michelle's responded early morning on a Saturday and was able to get a full refund very quickly. Turned a bad business practice from Tru into at least a tolerable situation where we got our money back when the hotel said we wouldn't. Michelle's went to bat for us and hit a home run!

Fantastic experience: The entire team has been great to work with over the past few years! They found us an AMAZING cruise around Iceland that we just returned from. Very easy to work with and very responsive!

Fantastic experience: Multiple great experiences with Shelly! She has booked two Disney World trips for us in the past and this year we decided to do a family trip to Mexico. We had no other information beyond that point. Shelly provided us with multiple options within our budget and gave her personal opinion on the resorts she was recommending. We ended up stay at Hotel Xcaret in early June! Such a wonderful experience and excellent for a family! Call and ask her all about it! Everything was so amazing and we we so impressed with Shelly that while we were floating in one of the resort pools we decided we needed to do this more often :) We then decided we would have Shelly help us plan a trip for our 15th wedding anniversary…in July! We of course had no idea where to go, how to book it, how to handle all the extras such as transfers and travel insurance, so we came home and called Shelly! My husband and I are now headed to Jamaica for our first trip without the kids ever! Under budget! And have no worries! Call Shelly today, everyone needs a vacation with the year we have all had! Fantastic experience: My family and I have used Michelle’s destinations for multiple vacations over the years. From Disney to Mexico, they are always very thorough and provide their expertise. Our latest vacation was in Mexico during hurricane Delta. Our resort suggested we change our flights and leave the area immediately. There were no flight left leaving Mexico before the hurricane arrived. Not only did Shelly and Michelle provide us with multiple options to move inland; but also provided emotional support and their own experiences with hurricanes to help ease my anxiety. They stayed in contact with us and checked on us throughout our trip. They were both wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Michelle is always cheerful, accommodating, and sincere. This will be the third vacation that I have booked with her and she's definitely earned my buisness. I called her less than a week before I wanted to travel and without seeming to break a sweat, she got everything worked out- even airfare- with days to spare. We already had the resort and dates picked out and were wondering if it would save us to use a travel agent. I live in Tulsa, so all of our communication was via email/phone. He was great!!He answered all of our questions, we got the reservations we wanted and saved money over if we would have purchased on our own. The reminder emails were great and had helpful info. The website was easy to use for tips and payments. From start to finish, they were great to work with!!

Gorgeous beach, exquisite accommodations, delicious food/cocktails, only 20 minutes from the airport and the attached pic shows the glorious view that we enjoyed from our room (no filter needed... it was THAT perfect) Prior to booking, we were juggling/changing dates and staff was SO very patient/responsive in continuing to research and provide updated quotes/options/info during that process. Ended up booking last minute, paying less than advertised on any of the other internet sites AND received a level of personalized customer service that truly went above and beyond. Completely stress-free (as all vacations should be) and we are grateful!!!

Without a doubt, she does an amazing job of taking care of all of her customers from recommending vacation spots, making reservations for air, hotel, rental cars, personal guides or anything else you might need. We have been most impressed with the way Shelly continues to follow us online as we travel, to make sure that everything goes as planned making any changes that are necessary etc. To sum it up, Michelle's Destinations Unlimited, whether it be a honeymoon, cruise or a weekend trip to some city near by or far away provides an excellent service that you can depend on.

The first consisted of 12 family members, the second consisted of 11 members and the last with 3 members. They arranged shuttle transportations for 2 of these trips. After driving ourselves crazy trying to navigate the cacophony of travel websites and constantly changing deals, we decided to ask a travel agent for help. Fantastic experience: I really don't know why everyone doesn't use a travel agent to plan their vacations. You get the benefit of personal recommendations rather than internet research all for what is quite a bit cheaper (by my comparisons) than if you tried to do it all yourself. Plus, all the time savings. Michelle's has helped my family plan a few of our vacations now and I've only ever had great experiences. We recently planned a Bermuda vacation and went back and forth quite a bit working on dates and locations to optimize for beach and city proximity (with personal first-hand knowledge) as well as cost.
