Negative experience: Whoever I spoke to was extremely rude over the phone. I asked a question a his response was “I can’t understand you but your membership is cancelled okay”. His tone shocked me, I couldn’t imagine speaking to anyone like that. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
Negative experience: If I could give this place negative stars I would. The manager Brent is a useless manager that doesn't know how to deal with customers or conflict. Krystal is by far the worst travel agent I have ever went through. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else!
Fantastic experience: I have been an AAA member for over 12 years. I've had to have vehicles towed a few times in those years, but also that's were I go for vehicle titles and everything to do with PA DOT that you can no longer go to the DMV for. I also get discounts at NAPA and hotels on a regular basis. It's money well spent for a bit of security and the benefits.
Negative experience: Horrible service upfront. The worst place that I have ever went to to get anything done at. Do not waste your time even going there . People upfront there are beyond rude. A haven’t seen a rude place like this ever in the Erie Pa area. Don’t come to this place. If I could I’d leave 0 stars here.
Negative experience: My mother called to get her battery jumped and an individual showed up trying to do everything but jump her battery. He was aggressive and disrespectful. In the end, he asked if he could tow her car someplace. He spent his time taking a pictures of her vin in order to jump her battery. The whole experience sounds shady. He threatened to have AAA to not service her again when she told him that he didn’t need to take certain things a lose under the hood to just jump her battery jumped. In the end she called someone else and got her car jumped. I would expect AAA to have drivers that treat senior citizens better than this. There was no customer service at all today.
Negative experience: If you need insurance don't go through these guys you'll be jumping through hoops for everything other than roadside assistance. Can't even get an new insurance card the day after paying over $2,000 the company is a joke
Negative experience: Everyone at this office is extremely rude, and they have a teams messaging between themselves they use to talk about customers behind their backs. Everyone beware
Negative experience: Do not use AAA travel services if you plan to have prompt service. I waited for one full week for a return phone call and finally acted upon the upgrade of airline seats on my own. Waiting cost me over $100. The travel agent stated she was very sorry which didn’t help me at all. This was the second time she did not return a call. I had to reach out myself. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for travel services

Negative experience: Was there 10 mins before closing and they wouldn't serve me. Simple registration renewal.
Negative experience: Renewed my registration online and and when it came to printing out my new card, the image it showed me was valid 2 years ago. Went to AAA to get it fixed, they charged me extra money to fix tge issue that was on their end...their reason... "processing fee". If I don't like it, then I can go somewhere else. Ultimately, it wasn't her problem... next time I should have mailed it in or met with them in person.... way to have high standard AAA!!!!

Negative experience: I would not trust this office with your travel planning! I have made 2 trips to the office today and received (3) different costs for the exact same trip! And the travel agent employee that is the most confused and gave me (2) incorrect prices for this trip gave herself (2) 5-star reviews on Google! :/ I will be cancelling my AAA membership upon its expiration! Very poor service and this rep didn’t seem to care that she was giving out incorrect information and causing me wasted time! Very disappointed!

Negative experience: I am a 29 year member of this organization. I have never been treated as badly in all those years as I have been over the last two weeks. Everybody in Erie office that I have I talked has been very rude and condescending in front of other people. If it continues I will stop my membership for the entire family and never recommend AAA to anyone!

Negative experience: I went in to transfer the car title! The two ladies doing car titles are very rude. They treated me very badly! Also, the lady that does insurance is also very, very rude! I would never go there again anymore!
Negative experience: Last 3 visits to AAA I was treated rudely and not given the assistance I asked for. I even adk to speak with the manager who did not come out of his office to speak with me. I have a service animal who is completely trained as a service animal. There is no reason for this discrimination. Shame on AAA for allowing this treatment. No one at Aaa has gotten back yo me after several attempts.
Negative experience: Went to check status of my number plate. Instead of explaining me the situation the lady tried schooling me with a raised voice. The management should carefully choose who meets the customer. If you’re having bad day just go home.
Negative experience: Jennies great but can't say that about the rest of the folks in there. The one person was just rude. She wasn't even helping me but she kept injecting negative comments. She's a detriment to the company. Look at the other reviews too. Canceled my AAA membership. Hinklers got it done for me without a problem.

Last two times she wasn’t available and our tickets were messed up! 1st time missed the flight as a result. 2nd time was the word experience ever! Aliva (don’t know if I spelled that correctly or not) was condescending and extremely rude! Tickets were not right! Return tickets were not connected correctly!
Negative experience: Holiday weekend and closed. Not very reliable for a travel agency. They blamed being closed on the holidays and the weather, but other businesses in the area were opened. No proper indication they were closed. I am a premier member and feel like I am being ripped off. AAA has a habit of not being very reliable when I need them.
Negative experience: Horrible experience with them when you visit them for the first time they ask you to be become a member. Once you are enrolled from later services they just reject our needs and say this is not possible or they give you many reasons. They are so busy in sipping their own coffee and least bothered about people.very pathetic experience
Negative experience: This person "Brent Chermack" doesn't have respect to anyone even himself. Rude, disrespectful and doesn't know what his job responsibilities. It's been a few years I am Premier Member of AAA and never seen anyone like him in AAA services.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE company to deal with for car insurance. We had discussed with my 18 year old son the cost of car insurance. We looked online and got quotes to show him how much it cost sx. One of their reps reached out to my son and conned him into getting a policy. It was effective Sept 1st. When my son told me about it and we explained to him that he is still covered on our policy and does not need to get his own, we called to cancel. It was Sept 2nd. They refused to just cancel him and charged him 100. for ONE day of coverage (for which he still has coverage under us). When I called and talked to a rep he told me no problem that my son would be fully refunded but that was a LIE!! I will never do business with them again in any form.
Negative experience: All the staff were nice except the one who said that since THEY spelled MY LAST name wrong on the reciept I didnt have to come in but someone else said I did, after the 3rd time of going in that day because they stated they needed to verify the VIN of the car even though the car needed to go to the garage. Never buying a car out of state again, wish people knew how to do their jobs properly. Not even a sorry.

Negative experience: The peach street location personnel have the worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady at the front desk checking people in is very rude with customer and lacks common human deciancy. Shut the whole office down please.
Negative experience: On Sunday May 29 at 5:21 I called for a tow 3 times and each time I went through the prompts and when I got to the prompt to speak to an individual, the line was disconnected by AAA. It was a holiday weekend, and no one answered their phone. I am looking for another road side service insurance.

Negative experience: When I called or went online, I was directed to go to an office with my questions. I went to the office and they just told me there were some brochures in the front I could look at.

Negative experience: Raised my rates 2 weeks after I signed up. Cancelled and went back to All-State which ended up being less anyway after review of coverages. Stay away at all cost. The guy we were dealing with (started with an M) was extremely rude when we started questioning why. Upset with myself for ever switching.
Fantastic experience: Switched from Allstate to AAA for my auto insurance. Really did save over $432 even though I increased my coverages by approx. 300%. Julie Lindsey (agent) was phenomenal. She made it quick and easy. She got me signed up for AAA Onboard app and took the time to walk me through the app. After 2 months, I'm trending an additional 18%-20% additional discount for safe driving that the app recorded. Highly recommend my agent and the app.

Negative experience: Incompetent...I went with my mother to get a flight to Florida and a rental car. We specified a “Ford Fusion” sized car (full size). After coming home and reviewing on the Hertz website, Toya Smith ordered a Chevy Spark (the smallest car) for my mother. Now I am concerned that her flight is incorrect also. Toya seemed incompetent in doing her job. She wanted us to sign my mother up for Hertz Gold at home. My mother paid $35 for her services that she wanted us to do ourselves. I will not be back.

Negative experience: They need more help on saturdays. We were waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours before being waited on and another 1/2 hr while paperwork was prepared.

Negative experience: Tried calling them during the day and no one answers and it keeps going to a voicemail.
Negative experience: We called to inquire about auto insurance . We were connected to maurice - WOW - this guy is RUDE and Arrogant ! He made it sound like i was bothering him. I won,t be getting insurance or anything else from AAA .-- All because of this guy !! My neighbor called him to fax over a new insurance card - and maurice went off on him, saying he's to busy - and leave a message on the automated line and a card would be mailed --- it was to be faxed over- but he said that would take about an hour or more ! WOW - My neighbor said he is now changing insurance companies ! This guy needs intense training or a new job !

Negative experience: I inquired about the cost of AAA car insurance. I currently pay 50.00 per month. I was told it would cost me 180.00 per month . I didn't question the cost but was more than surprised. In less than a week I received a letter from AAA insurance. The cost quoted to me was because of a less than perfect credit score. I have been a AAA membership for years, have never been late paying my insurance premium and have never had an accident. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my AAA membership and would not recommend them for travel services, any notary work and especially car insurance.
Negative experience: pretty slow. i was there on a saturday and was surprised that there were people standing in line at 1PM when the office closed that were told they would not be helped and the should leave. I completely understand there is a closing time but how do you turn people away who had been waiting for 10-15 minutes already.

Fantastic experience: Very professional at the tags and title section. However registering a salvage title in PA is like trying to register a salvage jet to fly in the airforce :)
Negative experience: You call the office and they have you on hold for an hour just to ask a question. All these people out here unemployed and you got people on hold for over an hour because you don't have enough people answering the phones. Lets make some sense here.
