Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at triple A Tyson getting an international driving permit. The process was pretty simple and quick. And the staff was very nice and kindly explained everything I have to know.

Her personality was amazing, the wait to get my registration done didn't even feel like I was waiting. That's how great she was keeping me company.

Negative experience: I joined AAA plus member for a year. After 6 month I need roadside assistance they said I need to wait for 7 days to get jump start on my motorcycle stuck in the middle of no where. Then I want to cancel the membership. They told me I won’t get any refund if I cancel it even there are 6 month left. This is ridiculous. Either you give me service or give back my money aaa!!

Fantastic experience: Great service. We went to get international driver's permits. We filled out the forms online and brought them with us. They took our photos and completed the process in less than twenty minutes. Very friendly and professional service. We heard another associate helping someone plan a cross country trip and the technology they used was pretty impressive.

Negative experience: Largest scam and I have the recording from roadside assistants management. I look forward to this going public. Follow up to AAA follow up...I've posted everything on Reddit, FB and other social media outlets. I've also contacted many friends and relatives. I've canceled my subscription after the interaction with your management. Once you hear the recording, it was your management that encouraged all of this negativity.

Negative experience: I signed up again for AAA because I liked the idea of having a go to for towing my car every few years. Rather than calling a town truck company. Tonight i had a flat tire and used their app to request roadside help. The app said it would be two hours. Two hours came and went and no help. So i called the number given on the app. I was put on hold another 45 minutes. Then someone came on and told me they could not help me. They had no one available. Besides the fact that information would have been helpful 3 hrs ago, now my kids are waiting for me, its late and the other tow shops don't pick up. Because I have to go find someone now. Not AAA. There are so many things I could say here. Don't waste your money on AAA membership thinking they will come help you when you have car trouble. Because they wont.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in for an IDP, which went perfectly. In and out in 5 minutes. Super friendly. In addition and more importantly, they pointed out that my passport was expiring within the next 4 months, and many countries require 6 months of validity to enter. Sure enough, the two countries I'm travelling to require 6 months. I don't travel internationally frequently and this was the first time I had ever heard of those requirements. The information I received prompted me to book an appointment at the passport agency in DC for an expedited passport renewal and essentially saved my vacation which had been months in the planning. AAA, thank you for being invested in my travel plans, asking important questions and for catching my oversight!!

Fantastic experience: Great service, lounge for the clients. Hot coffee and tea while wait. Nice atmosphere. Parking available. Mr Lundie was very helpful. We had no itinerary figured out but he found us options and shown us many different places and ways to get in there. Also the store sells a lot of travel gears. Great place for shopping too.

Negative experience: If you are keen on being charged for two memberships instead of one, ask for Sharon (desk to the far left). If you you want your new AAA auto insurance begin on a fixed date in the future, but your present insurance immediately cancelled so that you are uninsured while on vacation I warmly recommend insurance associate Delvin Reed. Apart from that if you call by phone bring plenty of time to be connected to people you did not want to talk to and who will put you in another loop. Liked the music though... Regarding the 'response': I am also very sorry for choosing AAA as insurer...

Fantastic experience: Went in on a Saturday to get an international drivers license. Was so impressed! The process was efficient, and the office atmosphere very lively and positive. Everyone was genuinely happy and ready to help. I especially appreciated that Kathleen ( the agent who helped me) not only quickly processed my request, but also went out of her way to share ways I could reduce costs and stay safe during my travels! I also talked to Gibrila as part of a "get a quote on your car insurance and a free license pic" deal. Super informative and helpful! (And not salesy). He helped me understand my automobile coverage and pricing better and shared tips for how I can keep my premiums down. Kathleen later told me that he had saved someone 2100/month in an insurance bundle, same coverage. If I weren't moving, would definitely have talked more!

Negative experience: Currently stuck in ATL due to insufficient time to get off one plain and on my outgoing flight to Montego Bay. The travel agent that booked my flights failed to consider the size of ATL airport and the time needed to get off one flight and on my outgoing flight. The next outbound flight is at 9 am tomorrow and AAA/Travel Impressions refuses to pay for hotel accommodations for me tonight! I am so, so, so upset right now. I DO NOT recommend using AAA/Travel Impressions for arranging ANY travel plans. Clearly they are not experienced/professional or accommodating individuals who you should trust in booking your vacation. They keep saying the flights were "legally connecting flights." This is completely not an acceptable response. Delta Airlines staff even told them that they should have allowed at least an hour, NOT 30 min., for me to get to my outbound flight.

Fantastic experience: The office is clean and organized. Two different helped us out selecting some maps since we were cross country traveling. The maps and tour books will be useful. They also sell luggage, high quality stuff from the looks, and some luggage on sale. Overall, I just came to get maps for having a AAA membership, and was happy they were free. Otherwise, you purchase them from $5.95 and tour books for $14.95. Worth it just for the maps.

Negative experience: my husband and I made our vacation arrangement through this office and were very disappointed with the service. the agent quoted us a price and told us we had reservation all set for our trip, however, when we went to pay and pick up our itinerary she said the price had changed and we had to pay over $200 extra. She also told us we had Exit seat reservations for the entire round trip, but when we called the airline to confirm they told us we had no seats, and since the plane was full me husband and I couldn't even sit together. Additionally, two weeks prior to our trip, we called told the agent to add our TSA numbers, which she confirmed she did. Again when we called the airline to confirm they told us they did not have our TSA numbers at all. After we returned, I went to the office to discuss these issues, she basically blamed the airline for everything, and told me that as for TSA numbers, she has no access to the airline! I noted that is her responsibility to tell me she has no access to the airline TSA numbering input vs. mislead the client. After this experience, we will not use this office and definitely will not recommend it to others.

Negative experience: The call center that caters to this area has some very sub-par reps. Something about their work environment is lacking, i'd assume because they truly have no regard for customers. This service is supposed to be a reflection of care and concern, that was few and far between during my numerous calls this weekend. I spoke with a rep, who i won't name that laughed when i expressed dissatisfaction with the fine print in AAA's agreements, due to high call volume I was unable to speak to a representative. Not only that, this young lady didn't misguided me to the wrong dealership to tow my car causing me to need another tow the next day. On to today, i spoke to a gentleman with whom was also unpleasant. I expressed wanting to upgrade the plan and he said it takes a week to process..what kind of bogus stuff is that??? smh when i expressed this he said "i didn't tell you to buy this package" I immediately asked for a supervisor and spent about 2 minutes on the phone arguing with him until i was transferred.
