Negative experience: Flight got canceled, not fox's fault but trying to get help on the weekend was impossible. Never got a real person and just got sam message on every number I tried. I left a message and number and never got a call back. I hope others have a better experience because mine sucked. Good luck.

Fantastic experience: I’ve booked 3 Hawaii trips through Tammy and so far 2 trips have been flawless (the 3rd is in February 2019). I don’t even live in Fond du Lac, I live in Milwaukee but the first trip was with friends from the FDL area so we booked with them through Tammy. The next time we went with her because she was the easiest travel agent to work with to date and the same applies now. So...thank you Tammy! I really appreciate your help!

Fantastic experience: Terri will always be my go-to travel expert! Every time I book with her, I'm confident that the vacation I'm going to have will be well-planned and an absolute blast. She gives me enough options that I felt like I have plenty of great choices, but also simplifies the process to make everything about my vacation easy. Fantastic experience: The two agents I've worked with (Cindy and Terri) have always been very attentive and quick to respond. They give enough choices to chose from, but nothing overwhelming. The agents are friendly and ready to help at any time.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and gives flight options for you right away when I've called them... no waiting. I was able to call them back to book the flight option I decided on even the next day with no problems.

Negative experience: Normally I don’t do this but I’m fed up. My husband and I were supposed to go with a group to Mexico the first week of June 2020. Due to Covid-19 that didn’t happen. I requested a refund for almost $2300 on 4/6/20 and WE STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. Every single time I ask our travel agent she tells me it is not there and that I need to be patient and it doesn’t seem like she is doing anything besides just looking to see if it’s there or not. I asked for a phone number for those in charge of the refund and our travel agent wouldn’t provide it to me. Our time to go to Mexico has passed and other people within our party have received their refunds. I was under the impression that travel agents were supposed to go above and beyond for you and this definitely wasn’t the case even before any of this. I’ve planned numerous vacations myself and had a much easier time than I did using this travel agency. Even Disney refunded me my large amount within 3 days. If I were you I would just plan your own vacation so you know first hand what the heck is going on with your money. Ridiculous.

We would never buy a house from a rookie... and we would never rely on a rookie for travel advice.She stays on top of everything.She returns phone calls and emails as soon as she can. Never have to worry about her getting back to us... we know she will and that she will have answers when she does.She looks out for our interests and covers every detail with us and lets us make the decisions.Just this week she stayed at the office until after 9:00pm making some reservations for us.We have recommended her to other couples.Currently have three cruises booked with her

Fantastic experience: I love that Cindy at Fox Travel is always on top of things. She frequently has clients at her desk but she calls me back as soon as she is off the phone and responds to my emails very promptly. She has helped me plan my wedding and is helping all of my guests get the same package and flights to our destination. She has priced everything out numerous times with different airports, different days, different resorts, etc. She has done an amazing job! My family has been going to Cindy for a few years now and we will continue to use her services! 10/10 would recommend!
