Negative experience: Completely incompetent!!!! Once they break your car they will push you around and put you on hour long holds. AAA CO will not be available for contact or to tow your car once they have broken it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone multiple times to this location for passport pictures and international driving permits and they are always so nice and prompt. Also shoutout to Peggy who assisted me today. She was super helpful and went above and beyond.

Negative experience: I bought their roadside assistance online for $65 annually. They should make it more clear they only cover up to 7 miles of towing. They wanted $95 to tow my car the rest of the 12 miles which was mostly highway. For an additional 15 minutes of driving they wanted $95. It’s $65 a year for the service. Not worth it at all. I have roadside assistance through my insurance. I bought AAA after having a bad experience with my insurance provided roadside assistance. They charge $12 a year for up to 100 mile towing. I ended up using them instead of paying $95 to drive a total of 19 miles after already paying $65. I had a good experience this time with my insurance roadside. I will definitely not be renewing my service. What a rip off. This is Colorado. A lot of people live more than 7 miles away from their grocery store.

Negative experience: Calles in for a two git automated phone tree. After entering my info I was told a contact had been sent to my text. I clicked on that site a message appeared saying info was not valid. After hitting 0000s and xxxx's person in Georgia answered and was able to schedule. O told her of the trouble I had contacting AAA. This person said they had heard it was a real problem to contact them. Just another example of how corporate America operates, give us your money for service then we will make you jump through hops to maybe render that contracted service. I will not be renewing my AAA PRIMER plan. It's a shame AAA used to be service you could count on, no more, call the number and see for yourself. BTW while in Kansas 6 mo agoi did need a tow after I broke down, the highway patrol told me if I did make contact with AAA a tow would be 8 hours to get there. Something is wrong with AAA.

Negative experience: This is not my favorite branch. Wheat Ridge may be now, but I had to spend extra hours of my time, because the notary here is not properly trained in what his role is and refused to do one for me when all he is to do is verify I am who I am and I sign before him. It is a shame because we pay for AAA to get these extra services and perks and I had to go elsewhere to get my requirements and needs met.

Fantastic experience: During an allergic reaction, I locked my service dog in my truck. Jeremy arrived within 15 minutes and unlocked the door in less than 2. Worth the membership just for that! I had a really bad experience in the summer in a different area, but this one was top notch!

Negative experience: After being a loyal customer for years, I will be canceling this month. I have been getting the run around with customer service so I called this location- Gloria was very "off putting" and pretty rude. She said she can make an appointment but she can only give me 5 minutes- and would not even offer a time that allowed her to have more time with me. She was very short and dismissive. AAA with customer service like think I am sure you will see many customers going to Company's that actually care for the customers.

Positive experience: My first time in that store and it was busy. The front desk receptionist helped me immediately with a great attitude and willingness to resolve my issue. Great selection of luggage and travel essentials with good prices that include AAA member discounts. Go take a look, I believe you'll be pleasantly surprised at how nice this AAA store is.

He arranged great places to stay, fun excursions, and reliable transfers. We recommend this office to anyone looking for a good travel agent!

Fantastic experience: This AAA branch offers all the numerous services offered by "Triple A." The staff here is experienced, helpful and very competent. I came for an international drivers license and the process was seamless, efficient and very cordial. I also noticed how AAA has been deploying more technology to streamline their process. Good!

However it was my annual fee for my credit card. I do apologize for my error, you guys keep giving great service thank-you....

Negative experience: Its been a very disappointing experience. I paid for 2 cards for my son and I back in May, and we still haven't received them. so I have to say, it sucks. I would like my money back but I'm sure that'll be another issue with trying to get a refund. I would never recommend you folks to anyone.

Negative experience: Cant tell you how horrible and rude the service at this AAA was. I spent several days trying to work out a solution to an overseas problem with my license. The gentleman I spoke to gave me incomplete instructions that sent my niece acting as my proxy all over town. When she returned, they again failed to deliver on their promise to complete the transaction directly contradicting what they had told me. The woman I spoke to, Vicky, the tone deaf receptionist, was one of the rudest most thick-headed employees I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with. She refused to put me in touch with her manager. All in All, can't tell you how incompetent, arrogant, inconsistent, and irresponsible these folks are. I've been life long member no less!

Fantastic experience: I can count the times on one hand when I have left a google review for an establishment. This location deserves 6 stars. The customer service we got here was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, polite, jovial, and professional. I wish I could come here for all my needs!

Negative experience: Travel gear was fair to poor, not was it cheap or fairly priced. The maps were just plain cheap. They didn't offer higher end options such as a rugged cover or atlas's or anything. And finally it felt like the people were just there to sell me something even though their sales skills left much to be desired.

The first one a lady that after I said why I need it to use a tow car even tho I was corner due the situation to used my "husband's" AAA and if she was gonna give me a hard time her response was: YES. The second rep couldn't help me cuz according to him even tho we had two my car same plates same vehicle in the past, they couldn't send. Tow truck for a mile that I need it or 5 miles cuz my "husband" wasn't there and even tho we legally married, THEY COULDNT HELP.

I went back today to get another one and it's still the best service, best prices, and great things for sale, like neck pillows that were cheaper than Amazon! The wonderful woman that waited on me is sooo nice, and so helpful that I couldn't help but feel happy inside, leaving with a big smile on my face. Thank you. Keep up the great work. America needs more businesses like yours.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are all so accommodating and helpful. I have used this facility for approx 15 plus years in various capacities. The latest was an inquiry about my passport pictures that I had taken elsewhere and declined by the Dept. of State. I went in with my redo pics and Sandy was so great and patient with me and explained why I should have the pictures redone, of which we did at your facility. I had my pictures done by this facility for my last passport renewal and should have started here with this one. Lesson learned. It is just so nice to walk into a business that you feel you are the most important person there. Thank you Sandy

She was very knowledgable and helpful and gave suggestions based on our budget, which was a pleasant surprise from some of the other travel agencies we contacted. She sent us out great information right away, and it was such a great experience. One of the reasons we continue to be AAA members. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: They said it would be an hour to an hour and a half so after two hours I called, they said it will be another half an hour then after that called again and they said it would be another half an hour to an hour again ... then my mom called furious and they said someone said we said we weren't with our car which we never said, the worst experience and waste of time ever How ever I am happy to say they saw This review and rewarded me with not adding that tow to my membership so it was free because of the bad service I received, thank you I appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of AAA for many years and wouldn't be without it. I love coming to the Southwest facility. They are always friendly and helpful to the max. Recently I changed my home and auto insurance to AAA (Safeco) and could not have asked for any better service if I tried. Insurance is one of those necessary evils but Carol was fantastic and so delightful to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I have been a AAA member for 46 years and everyone at this office definitely performs at AAA standards, or above. I find everyone helpful from the front desk, travel agent (Angie). We even have used the car buying service. We knew what we wanted went on line to see costs and options. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and didn't have to go to the dealer. I use this office for passport pictures, luggage and travel supplies, tour books... Angie has planned trips to Disney World (family of 9) and Hawaii for us and has done a great job. So, in summary, this office and personnel are extremely helpful and professional. I always am extremely pleased with everyone in this office. I can not imagine not being a AAA member.

Negative experience: Are you kidding me? I've been paying money for this 'service' for over 30 years - and probably have used it less than five times in all those years. My 49 cc motorbike won't start... and AAA refuses to tow it for repair because it is less than 50cc's! Bye, bye AAA. You've been taking my money for too long.
