Negative experience: The building as black mold on one side Flys in the office and at the front door need a clean up inside make sure customer like me with asthma can set without getting sick so I had to use my asthma pump and go out side because mold was giving me headaches they could have stayed across street

Positive experience: En mi caso tuvimos demora porque la camioneta donde nos íbamos a ir tuvo una fuga de anticongelante… No tiene conexiones para cargar el teléfono solo los antiguos de usb… Para conectar un iPhone no se puede… Es bueno el tiempo de traslado pero… Si te toca el asiento de la puerta… Siempre en cada parada te vas a tener que bajar… Fuera de eso pues está bien

Overselling tickets..so therefore just stick you on next 2 hour scheduled..stuff people in chairs/squeezed..tight seating I would think they refund or somehow compensate for peoples setbacks ..don't seem to care at all

Negative experience: I used to really enjoy this company not any more! They lie on the phone to you just to get your business the price has gone up. I scheduled my trip over the phone and inform the operator of my drop off point. They confirmed and gave me a conformation number and said be sure to tell the driver in the morning. So when I arrived I informed the lady behind the glass and also the driver where my drop off point was and they said that the shuttle I had scheduled doesn’t stop!!! I have taken this shuttle numerous time and even confirmed the drop of with the operator over the phone. Seeing that I had to get to work I got on shuttle. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity, Not to mention the drivers total disregard for everyone’s safety, half of the trip he was on the phone and texting. Totally unacceptable! Very disappointed and unsatisfied with a company I once enjoyed so much.

Negative experience: People really don't speak English and the buses be too packed but you really can't complain because the round trip tickets are just $50 and you can stay there for 30 days and still use your tickets.
