Negative experience: Working with Emily was a terrible experience. I have previously worked with other travel agents who have provided much most assistance. Emily was really just a booker of the vacation not providing us with any options for the resort or flights. Gave us the basic room at the resort which was small and didn’t work for our family and then when asked why she said she figured we had done the research. In my previous experiences the agent will give the options available not just give us the basic. I should have asked prior to getting to the resort if there were option but I assuming the agent would lay out the options to us. I would never use this person again or recommend them to anyone and when I brought up my issues with her she didn’t seem to care or be of any assistance

Fantastic experience: We are still in the midst of prepping for the trip, but Fox Travel and Morgan have been very helpful in all the last minute changes incurred in our previous Israel trip plans.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to go on a vacation stop here. I can't speak for all the advisors but Paula who my parent has gone through for several trips has done a terrific job. Hard working and saves you time with a lot of the trip planning like air travel, hotels and tours. Take time stop in you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My Fiancé and I were getting overwhelmed with all of the resort options for our honeymoon, so I reached out to Fox World Travel. We were between Mexico and Jamaica and Morgan sent over several options for both that were in budget with everything we wanted. She was very patient and prompt with answering all of our questions. Once we decided on a resort, booking was a breeze! I had to provide minimal information and she took care of everything. There are no hidden fees, they are fully transparent with everything. We mentioned that we were interested in the private dining option at our resort and Morgan went the extra mile and reached out to the resort for info and ending up booking that for us as well! Very happy with our experience and will definitely use Fox World Travel again!
