Fantastic experience: Ben Dewinkeleer is the most helpful person I've come across at AAA in the last 10 years of being a member! He genuinely cares and wants to help, with a great attitude and calmness to him thats much appreciated in a high anxiety environment like a RMV. He does his job very well and moves quickly, he deserves a raise and promotion! This is the guy you want running you're store! Thanks for the help Ben!

Fantastic experience: AAA is worth every penny! I was SHOCKED to find myself dangerously stuck in the snow in my driveway today. Usually, 4Wheel will get me turned around so I can be street facing, but I overshot it, slipped or whatever, and found myself getting tight with the chicken coop. If you've been on the hill you know the driveway sits up an embankment of sorts over the chicken coop, and that there isn't much grassy knoll to be parking on in between. The more I worked to free the truck, the closer to the coop I sank. Thank goodness I paused and was quick to realize I was making things worse. I called AAA to come help and within 20 minutes there was someone backing down the driveway with the necessary tools to free the Nissan! The yellow dot is the chicken coop, the red dots are where my front tires were. They green line is where the grassy knoll bends down hill.. A close up of the ruts for good measure.. I'm almost certain I would've rolled Betty down the hill and into the coop had I kept trying and NOT called AAA. I'll tell you, AAA is the BEST!! It makes for a VERY thoughtful gift as well! (*Thank YOU Mome!!!)

Fantastic experience: Kudos to the agent that helped us yesterday June 4th. Travelling from Vancouver, BC Canada via Ottawa, Ontario. After arriving in upstate NY we had a crazy drive on country roads to. Pittsfield, Mass. Knowing we didn’t want to repeat this drive we went to the nearest AAA. Sorry didn’t catch the agents name. Explaining our situation he showed the map to us as well as planned a more straightforward route. We were so relieved with all he did. No worries we will get back for our flight with ease. Fantastic experience: We just leased a new car, and had trouble with the communication at the dealership. Katherine, (Cathy) literally saved the saved the day, (and my sanity) by taking care of everything! She's such a great agent! I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: After hours of waiting and several call backs, I was finally told "we don't have any drivers, maybe you could call back tomorrow". So if you are counting on a road service request being fulfilled in Berkshire County, don't.

Negative experience: Member for over 11 years and have bought membership for others as gifts. First time every I needed a tow. Tried to schedule it in advance as for an appt I had waited a week for. Told they don't do that, just call the morning I wanted it towed. Started 8 am yesterday told my tow would be there at 9:05 am. Text at 8:35 saying the driver was at my car. Not true. Text a min later saying he was on the way and click on link to follow progress. Link had no map and no driver was enroute. Called several times through the day and always told the "dispatcher" would be calling me in 15 min. That never happened. Spoke to 3 supervisors. All customer service reps were professional and polite (as was I) trying to help but never actually were able to give me a time or get a tow here. There are more frustrations and details but ..... Last call with a supervisor ended 10 pm last night with expectation it would be picked up btwn 5 and 6 am to make it to my appt in time. I received a 3:45 am call asking if I got service - did not. I called again at 5:30am. Tow truck arrive at 7:10 am. He was very nice, said he could have gotten my car much earlier but the dispatcher sent the message to the wrong device. Their system has very serious problems and they will loose business.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had to get our drivers license renewed today. It was very easy to call and get an appointment. I must say that we got superior service. The clerks were very friendly and made us feel comfortable from the beginning of the process through the end. I highly recommend the AAA for RMV services in Pittsfield, MA

Fantastic experience: Renewed my MA driver's license today. Got the real I.D. version at AAA Pittsfield office. Excellent friendly service by the AAA office employees! What a relief compared to the MA RMV office!! Thank you AAA!!

Positive experience: They are always friendly and helpful in the Pittsfield office. Calling them however is a whole other experience. When you call you go to a national number that takes forever to get through, even if you need a car towed. After about five minutes you MIGHT get through. This has happened more than once. Basically, it is no longer as personal as it once was, which was part of its appeal.

Fantastic experience: Best Agency in Berkshire County. These ladies & gent are fabulous with everything going on with covid 19 they still provide a smile and make you feel welcomed. I love renewing my driver license and registration here. Both Sues, Karen, Lucinda and Will are wonderful thank you so much for being a great team and providing a wonderful atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: Rmv services are awesome, best car insurance too. They were having computer issues and still pushed through and remained pleasant under pressure and stress! I will never go back to the dmv again, will always do my business here.

Fantastic experience: AAA has never once failed my family, friends and myself. They're always a phone call away and eager to help any way they can. Mom has always gotten my sister, myself and now my two grown daughters AAA membership as a gift annually. Now that im sitting here writing this review...its most certainly near the top if not the best gift to receive, or give! Thank you mom and thank you AAA for always being there for us!

Fantastic experience: We already liked AAA for their outstanding roadside assistance. They also were, by far, the most reasonably priced auto insurance provider for a car that we just purchased. AAA's customer service is something we also value; in every phase of their business we've dealt with knowledgeable and courteous team members. We highly recommend joining up!

Negative experience: The associates at this branch have been rude every time I come down here. They refuse to register my truck because I bought it in New York even know I have all the proper paperwork to do so. It makes no difference where i bought it from if I have the same paperbark I would have received from a Massachusetts dealer. It did not appreciate the associate becoming rude with me and the other laughing at my situation. I'm done with AAA.

Fantastic experience: My husband just got his passport photo taken here, very easy. It's nice to have a local office. We have booked 4 trips using Jennifer as our travel agent and she is extremely helpful and takes care of many of the details for us.

Fantastic experience: The staff @ AAA, Pittsfield were very accommodating, courteous and friendly for my short notice for trip tic and maps needed within 24 hours. I was greeted immediately upon entering office, thanks for taking some of the stress out of travel!
